UPDATEI was contacted by Chad.... What a pleasant person to speak to. I really appreciate his time and patience but most importantly his understanding. I never want to be a mean spirited person. Especially seeing that one person I look up to has a model (DO SOMETHING GOOD FOR SOMEONE EVERYDAY) I not only look up to him but I Love him like my grandfather. Alison is special! I am very particular with who I trust my senior special needs Frenchie with, and Alison won us both over. She is so patient, considerate, gentle, and respectful. I can’t get over how nice my dog smells! And she wasn’t traumatized at all. We will be back soon! Thank you

This was a 5 🌟 experience from start to finish and Kat was extremely patient and helpful assisting me with the self wash for my new puppy who arrived today fresh from the farm 🚜He arrived filthy with muddy paws 🐾 burrs all over his yellowish white coat and he smelled like a barnyard 😆Kat helped me hoist my new Great Pyrenees puppy into the wash tub and she gave me helpful instructions and helped comfort my baby as I shampooed his filthy coat, washed him out with a powerful jet spray and used a blow during hose to dry him out.I spent at least two hours here today washing him and the staff let him take a peaceful nap as Troika cleared out products from their lower shelves to take an afternoon siesta.I picked out an adorable plushie elephant 🐘 toy and a good brush and we will definitely be back for more treats and toys.Excellent staff and there are so many high grade food options here including healthy treats, adorable toys and a professional grooming spa.Great boutique pet shop if you live here in Chicago's River North neighborhood.My pup is pleasantly exhausted and for only $15 this self wash experience was a ton of fun!

I’ve been taking my dog Millie here for a year now and the last 2 grooming appointments have been anything but acceptable. About a month and a half ago, it took they 3hrs and 15 min for my 27lb bernedoodle and they told me it was because it was free nail cut day and that she was a “large dog”. Yesterday, I picked her up and received a completely shaven down doodle with a skinned tail! They say she was matted but I brush her daily and know she was not matted. The before and after pictures are one night different. So sad they’ve done this to my doodle.

Thomas did an awesome job grooming my Bernadoodle Norman. He was really matted when I brought him in and Thomas was able to keep him fluffy but still give him the haircut he needed.

I recently had a fantastic experience with the staff at RN Team. They were incredibly accommodating in getting AJ in for grooming at the last minute. Their proactive approach was particularly impressive; they called me as soon as an opening became available, which was greatly appreciated.AJ's groomer, Thomas was not only quick but also highly skilled, resulting in an awesome grooming job. The efficiency and quality of service were outstanding. I'm thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and the attention to detail shown by the groomer and the staff.A big thank you to the RN Team! Your dedication and excellent service have definitely won a loyal customer. Highly recommended for anyone needing top-notch grooming services!

They sadly don't listen to you when grooming your dog. I brought photos of the dog's correct haircut and her brother who is currently dog showing so Thomas would know how to cut my dog's hair. He literally did the OPPOSITE of what I showed him, despite photos, instructions and a live model of what my dog should look like. What more is needed to get the right groom? Very disappointed!!!

Entire staff is so helpful and friendly every time my pup and I go in! Very knowledgeable about the products in the store and always willing to answer questions. Jesus went out of his way to get the correct size harness I needed from another location! Can’t wait to try the grooming services that restarted not too long ago.

Deja has been grooming my little pupper for a few months now and does an amazing job! She also guides me on how to best brush at home to avoid matting. Absolutely recommend her for anyone looking for a well groomed, cute and happy pupper.

Great store, A bit pricer than other pet stores for most of the stuff they have there but it’s better for your furry friends ☺️. I’m not sure if they do price match and for what places the do price match with but you can always ask and see if they do. I go here when I don’t have time to go to my usual spot. I don’t know how there grooming is But overall a GREAT pet store.

My dog is a pretty shy and nervous dog and Sophia in the river north Krisers helped her feel super comfortable gave her plenty of pets while she was using the drumming tool. She’s a 50 pound hound retriever mix. I appreciate her going above and beyond for my pup. Highly recommend her.

Just sent my goldendoodle here for a bath and de-matting, he look SO good! Way better than I ever could have done and easily the cutest hes ever looked. Enrique at the River North location did fabulous and we will definitely be returning!

I take my Pomeranian puppy Hank here for grooming. We’ve tried a few other places (also more expensive) but Sophia at the River North store has been the best by far. He’s been here 3 times now and each time his cut looks great! I highly recommend!

Similar selection to the rest of the city Krisers, we were able to get a large bag of the hills science nutrition large breed dog food for our dog as well as a medium sized salmon no hide. They have cat supplies - including bowls food and toys. Dog supplies - including bowl, food, toys, leashes and harnesses. They offer many foods including frozen, refrigerated and shelf stable (kibble, canned and dehydrated). They also offer grooming serves which we did not use at this location yet but plan to. Staff were friendly and offered a coupon available to us at the time. Street parking is available but is limited from 4-6 pm on weekdays for the bus lane.
