FENG SHUI EXPERT TO CREATE SPACE AN AIRY VIBE BECAUSE SOME OF THESE LOCATIONS LOOK CLUTTERED AND MESSY. THIS IS ONE OF THE LOCATIONS AND IT IS A NEWER LOCATION.4 ⭐️ for the topSubtracting one ⭐️ because of the lay out/no product.

June 12, 2021Store cluttered but does have a lot of goods. New manager rude!The parking lot is filty!. They meed to keep it clean—quite an eyesore.“Be careful when purchasing food from this store/refrigerator food. I bought these breakfast sandwiches and they were moldy.I spoke with manager Keisha and she was not helpful; made excuses that it was from K’s.(?).No excuse is good and the staff needs to be aware of bad :outdated products..Keisha did return my money but she has poor customer communication skills.😱.

Was okay, not a lot of products overall it was ok. Employees did greet you coming into the store;but, they should be a little more polite to customers, hope it's not about ethnicity.

Signs are never accurate. Just left disappointed yet again due to the store displaying inaccurate sale signs. When I told the cashier a sign was up she was annoyed and said she would honor it until another employee said they didn’t have to. It was so much back and forth I wanted to just throw the items down and walk out. Won’t be returning here, you think it’s a sale and it’s not! Wasted so much time looking through things.

I will not be coming here again! I went in to get some home supplies and I felt uncomfortable! “the manager” (keisha I think that's her name) was extremely rude not only to the customers but to the employees as well. I don’t understand why people choose to work in jobs they don’t want to be in.

Very neat and organized! Friendly and helpful staff. You must wear a mask even if vaccinated for your safety or no entry. No biggie.

Having this store open in the area for 5 months. I have yet to find an issue with its selection of items. The staff there is awesome and friendly. I will always shop here.

I bought a plastic container, that I had put a few thing into, and set it on the counter at check out. The check out person was busy talking. She turned the container upside down and dropped everything on the floor. Then scanned it and set it in the floor an dropped each scanned item into it from counter high. I'll never go back there!

Went there and they are keeping the doors locked because of shoplifters . What do you expect you have one person in the store at night . GET A SECURITY GUARD !! DO BETTER FAMILY DOLLAR . WHY ARE YOU PUTTING YOUR EMPLOYEES THRU THAT!!!

The one on the corner of 71st and Paxton is dreadful. They are rude, dismissive and unprofessional. Always a last resort for me.
