I am so disappointed with the service today. Went to purchase 3 items. Paid for the items but on their end it didn't want to print the receipt. This was done twice. Because of something with the register. So the two times I inserted my card it show approved and payment accepted and it said remove card. So I left without products and now waiting for bank transactions to go through to go and get my money back. And I have pictures to show this was paid. Like really manager was no help which is sad. I prefer to shop in the evening at least they would had solved the problem.

If I can this store should get negative zero stars to be honest. This store years ago use be a nice place to shop at. Now they have some disrespectful people working there now. I rather travel the extra 10 to 15 minutes to shop at another Family Dollar instead of the 5 minute traveling distance. They need to just close the Damn store down

It’s been years since I went into this store, but I needed something for thanksgiving, and thought “I’ll run in here”. As soon as I walked in, it took everything in me not to walk back out. The isles were a mess, there was products ( shoes, bed spreads, foot baths, holiday decorations kids clothes)on the floor. And that was the first 8 feet from the front door. The isles were filthy, and it seemed like the workers could care less that the line was a good 12 feet long, and people were waiting longer then 15 minutes to pay for their items. Other workers just passed the line up while looking at the customers. I’m surprised they’re still open as nasty as it is in there. never stepping foot in this place again.

Hi I literally just left this store. I asked for help one girl had her ear pods on I ask 3 times she couldn’t here me . She said oh hi I said are you able to help me and tell what what’s the price of a loading cart is me being 9 months pregnant I’m assuming she will help instead she stood there and said i don’t know can’t help, you could go to the front I asked the front person (I think she was the new manager) and she obviously couldn’t help either they where that lazy to walk to the back to check the price for me I went and carried which was big and heavy Smh . Nobody isn’t doing there job there except 2 people . Never again ! This store was never like this ! They would help costumers and be attentive.

My initial review over a year ago.If I could give them negative stars I would! I walked in and there were two employees at the front, one on her way home and the other was on duty. They were too engaged in their conversation to acknowledge anyone walking in and then I made a purchase and was given my items in a scented trash bag! Now I can understand them running out of shopping bags but at least inform your customers instead of just smugly handing me my items. Then she laughs as I leave the store like she meant to do this.UPDATE The staff has been changed at this location and service has improved a lot since the bad visit I had here a while back.

Store manger chyna was no help went to get an item that was $4.55 and when I went to go ring out it’s $7.99 I told her that the item marked $4.55 and she said it’s in the wrong spot I had told her that was false advertisement because there was more then one item there and she did not care she still rang it up at the full price real bad customer service no help when I asked for distract mangers number

Terrible customer service, rude and unprofessional employees.I walked in a few days ago and no one seemed to be working. I was waiting for someone to ring me out at the register until finally this rude employee (African American male, tattoos on his arms, short hair and earrings) walked up. He didn't acknowledge me because he was too BUSY having a conversation on his personal cell phone. Thus, he was cursing non-stop in front of me. What kind of service is this Family Dollar? Is this how you train your employees? Is this your idea of customer service? What a joke!

I ernt to the family dollar on central store 08348 at 1015 am all i wanted was to swap a item that did not have a cord it was 4.50 cent there were like 4 or 5 there i shop and spend over a 100 a week if not more and all i wanted was to swap my item and did not have my recipte even if i did she still says electrical can not be retirned all i wanted was a swap or a cord mow im here at the dollar general parking lot...i will no longer be shopping at family dollat thank the worker wit the great service..Store is filthy never no carts

Store looks better.. there's two girls there that are amazing they have an awesome personality and have such strong great positive attitudes. Like mr.lambert said good for my basic needs.. good friendly workers and cleaner store 👌👌

Employees smoke on duty and have no customer service skills. They don't look presentable either with their pants sagging and underwear showing. The store is a complete mess as well making it hard to find items. Avoid this store and shop elsewhere.

Worst place ever it’s always a mess, customer service sucks! that Spanish short guy just Standing in the front doesn’t do anything With an attitude. they never open on time so don’t be surprised if they close which they shoulded. it’s 8:13am and there are just opening, unfortunately I have to continue shopping in this place and that is because Family Dollar has good prices

It's close to my house . Employees are always very nice . Large selection of food products , Clothes , Cleaning supplies , Pet food and Pet Supplies , toys, cards ...You name it ..They Got it !

Aside from the prices...This particular location is a damn disaster!! Its dirty, nothing is organized and the shelves are barely full. Whatever products are on the shelves are in the wrong spots and just overall everything looks like a damn mess.
