They open and close whenever they chose. They are supposed to open at 8am. It’s 8:15am and there is an employee outside sweeping the parking lot and turning customers away and telling them that they open at 9am.

Best customer service in the area. The employees are kind and knowledgeable of their store's policy. If you are in the immediate area and you have to go FD then I highly recommend this location.

Good lord, inflation has really caught up to this store. Things that used to be $1 are now $1.80 and up. Of course this isn't the stores fault, but geeze Louise. Anyway, it's an alright convenience store. Ignoring the convenience prices, they have a pretty good selection of everyday items from cat and dog food to disposable plates, milk and cereal and other food items, and personal hygiene stuff. They have a pretty decent selection of diapers and feminine products as well. My only complaint is that boxes of stock tend to clutter the isles making it hard to walk through and certain low cost energy drinks and chips are really hit or miss to find there.

My first time there at this store and the doors was still locked at 8:45am on A Wednesday morning when they open at 8:00am. They was still in there cleaning and putting items back where they belong. Oh and to top it all of there was one of the employee's friend in with them they was just laughing and smiling and having a great time. SMH!!! There are very good people out in the world looking for work and you have ones like this that just take their job for granted. I hope corporate sees this review and looks at their cameras and fire's their A$$'s... Happy Halloween!!!!

I visited this store Sunday night 01/13/2019 at like 5:30 or 6pm. I was shopping for my apartment when I got A call from my father saying that he would take me shopping in the morning. I had A cart full of stuff but once I got the call I took my bag out of the cart & was about to exit the store when two family Dollar members stopped me asking to search my bag. I didn’t like how I was stopped and asked for my bag to be searched and they didn’t search anyone else. I immediately got offended and I asked the man why would he wanna search my bag when there’s cameras and he was watching me the whole time. The man responded back being very ruled to me. Me and the family Dollar manager was going back and forth. The employee was standing there the whole time watching like it was A show. The family Dollar manager pushed me out the store and hit me in the head so hard that i lost my balance & the hit knocked my glasses off my face. I told the manager that I was going to call the police and get him arrested. Once the police arrived they got both side of our story and even ran cameras back and that I wasn’t stealing but they didn’t see the manager hit me. Also the employee that stood there watching told the police that the man didn’t hit me. I was soooo upset. Also when the police was talking to the manager he told the police his name was Jeremy and it was on my police report. My step mom came to pick me up but the manager didn’t know she was my step mom and she went in the store and she heard the employee and manager talking about the fight and the employee called the manager William And said that he wasn’t going to tell on him. My step mom was so upset. I can stop believe that not only these are the type of people work for this company but they are also making them managers. I was crying so bad because the two family Dollar members was laughing and it wasn’t nothing me the police or step mom could do about it. But I will be getting both employees arrested.

The store closes at 9pm. There is no way the doors should be locked at 8:45pm.The cashier gestures something with her register, yet she is ringing someone out and there are still shoppers in the store.It doesn't make any since. Im new to the neighborhood and this is the worst Family Dollar. It is a shame I can't spend my money in my own neighborhood. The store is nasty, always smells like marijuana, profanity between the staff. Now, on this night, they lock the doors a 8:45pm. The the store hours on the door should say as such.Sometimes you don't know what your neighborhood needs. Some of us actually depend on our stores.What's sad is nothing will be done about it.

As far as these types of stores go, this one is amazing because of it's Manager. She makes the store what it is by hiring good staff. I adore almost everupne here including Cliff the watch dog. The area it is in SUCKS, but there is respect for this store by community members so you're safe inside.

HORRIBLE. i usually carried a book bag with me to carry my laptop and other things between home and work. so with that being said, i was carrying it with me in the store coming from work looking for various items while also talking on the phone. an employee walked up to me out of nowhere telling me they forgot to tell me to leave my bag up front. i obliged and let them place my bag in the front. i grabbed the items i wanted and proceeded to the front counter. upon arriving, two security guards came up beside me as if to be drawn out by suspicions of me shoplifting. PLEASE. AS IF I WOULD EVEN NEED TO STEAL.the employees steal out of their stores all the time any way, they get fired, and the franchise is constantly looking for new workers. pissed off and embarrassed i dropped the things on the counter, demanded my bag back, and walked out of the store. the worst part about it is that the cashiers tried to be all nice and formal with their words and tone when they handed me back my bag which made me want to punch their teeth in. i haven’t been back since and never plan to. i’ll travel miles to another store before i go back there. they need to close that store down.

The website states that this store is suppose to open at 8am and it is never open at that time. I just went up at 8:50am and it’s not even open. The gates are still down. No employees in sight. And their always closing the store placing a sign on the door stating that they have no power. I’m not understanding this. And one time I seen dead Rats lying around in the shelves with dropping’s everywhere. I bought a bag of chips from there and didn’t think to look all around the bag and when I got home there was a hole at the bottom as if a rat bit through it!! Horrible Horrible Horrible Store! They should’ve left the Beauty supply there.👎🏾👎🏾

This store is extremely cluttered and junky to say the least. I understand the concept of restocking this is essential in a retail store , however when EACH aisle is cluttered with boxes, carts ect this becomes a safety concern for the customers. This was my 1st time in this store since the location was opened and I can honestly say I will not return as well as makes me look at the Family Dollar corporation in a different way in regards to whom you have running your stores.

The store is cleaner, brighter, and organized. It flows. Do not understand why you cannot get a receipt from both cashiers. What if you need to return an item?

TERRIBLE!!! I don't even have to patience to even discuss the magnitude of unprofessionalism the employees display at this location. I have been to this location four times and each time I have the same review of this place. I've never written one for here until today because I tried to give this location an opportunity to prove they have some valuable workers but it appears they don't. I believe the manager needs to revamp their staff because there's an extreme level of unprofessionalism but maybe the problem is that the manager is unprofessional as well which then means they need to be fired also. Something needs to be done because this makes corporate look bad. With all of these poor reviews it makes me question why corporate hasn't done anything about the unprofessionalism of this location. Its a bad reflection of the company.

I can’t believe they replaced the beauty supply with this! The workers are rude and unorganized there’s always one line open out of the two cash register they have. So sad,last time I went I told myself I wasn’t going again the lady that rung me up was being loud on the phone talking about a car accident that her friend got into and out of all house hold items we had she gave us 0 bags and didn’t even ask if we needed any.

Horrible customer service . I will not come back here never again.I went to this store with my big bag , I had my phone and wallet in the bag, but one employee told me to leave my bag front. I told her this is my wallet, however, she did not listen, she still asked me to leave my bag!

I love that we now have a family Dollar.In our neighborhood it saves me a lot of money and i dont have to travel on the Bus.Just walk a few blocks Down.And the manager always has a smile on her face and im addicted to Shopping.Actually a Hoarder..LOl.
