Heavy profiling at this store.An employee was stealing work time. Dressed in a winter coat the middle aged lady was talking on the phone & walking down aisles shopping. Lady says while on the phone stalking me that they were closing early. CHANGED MY MIND RIGHT THEN. Not giving any money to that store. While still in her coat she rung people up at the register. UNPROFESSIONAL! The lady locked me & other customers INSIDE the store to close early. Strange experience. Once three customers went to the front along with me to get out; Did they let us unlock it. Pitiful store

I come here a lot because it’s convenient and around the corner from my house but honey!!! This is theeeee worst dollar tree ever! IRS never clean or no sweeping or mopping boxes and trash everywhere there is nothing ever in stock shelves are empty! Don’t waste your time

Only thing that's good about this place is the prices! Other than that you will encounter works that don't speak or thank you and stay on they're cellphone the entire time while serving you! With one line open and people all the way down the isle! And dead mice!

Seriously I was shocked no carts, had to carry a 1 year old the whole time. Stuff was everywhere! Boxes everywhere, used the carts to hold their boxes. Not a great place I should have known by the parking lot that was a mess!!!! Even my grandson was shocked with that, he couldnt believe how trash was all over. I wish I took a picture inside and outside...but didn't have a free hand for that! The pictures listed here false advertising.....

It is 6:28 they are closed. I literally see an employee close the door behind somebody and lock it back. Always something before there were no carts because they were all being used and the only cart they had were store carts and you couldn’t use those at what point is enough going to be enough. It’s always trash outside.

10:50am on a Sunday and the door to the store is locked that's terrible. I regularly come during the week and they close early as well. I wish they would be open during the posted hours and they are not frequently.

The store near me is on 9400 S Ashland. It’s now 939am and the store has not open. There was 2 workers locked outside. They reported that they called 2 store managers. They just pulled away & said nothing to the 7 people awaiting the store to open 😡🤨😒😳

One of the worst Dollar Tree stores there is. Never stocked with any items. But, I will say that the staff is always friendly and polite. So what the store lacks in inventory, the staff make up w/ great attitudes.

This store needs to improve their method of displaying their wares. All dollar tree stores need to go back to a dollar for all items or start selling regular sized items and more name brands for the increase from $1.00 to $1.25.”

The store is great for the community. It's always clean, sometimes the lines are long because it's only one person working the register. I worry sometimes about the staff because of the neighborhood. They need to have a security officer for their safety..

Just left this store about 40 mins ago, and upon my exit I spoke to the manager regarding the gentleman on the register not asking me if I wanted bags.I felt as though I was being taken advantage of.Give me an option how I choose to spend my money...don't spend my money for me and she asked me was he on his cellphone and I replied "Yes" because he was.How are you carrying on a private conversation and working the register at the same time?(And the conversation was on speakerphone)...I don't understand???Apparently this is something that he has been spoken to about before.Not a happy camper today...Please Let's So Better People!!!

Never open on time. Been standing outside since 9:10 am and doors still locked. Many patronage have left due to tardiness and this is consistent. Even though this one is close to home, timing is everything. Have to go to another location.

Dollar Tree has amazed me this year! All my Christmas decor, bags. Wrapping paper, tape, and even stocking filler candy was purchased here. Customer service on point. I left my bags at the register and shiane flagged me down and brought them to thr door. Thanks 95th Ashland!

I was here the day before Christmas and was surprised that they had large sized gift boxes still available. They had the items that I need it so I was satisfied. The lines weren't long either they had all of the lines open so that helped.

Runs out of merchandise too fast.Hardly no employees available to help customers with questions about merchandise.The employees there usually very helpful and polite.When they say $1 it is a dollar! That's good!

Terrible management the line was super long the customer before we had over 100 items. I repeatedly asked for them to call back up. I dropped all my items right there on the floor and left.

HORRIBLE STORE FILTHY 😫 CASHIER STAYED ON PHONE AS I WANTED SHE CLICKED OVER & TOLD THEM IM AT WORK BUT I CAN TALK THEN TOLD THEM THE CUSTOMERS WERE CRAZY. ILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. THIS WAS MONDAY AROUND 10AM I WAS THERE JUST HORRIBLE. I wish I could post negative 5 stars

I really liked the place until.... I caught the male cashier stealing money off my card by saying I wanted cash back, when I never ask for cash back and taking the money and put it in his pocket. Please check ur receipts

The place looked kinda sketchy. Also on Google it says they close at 8:00 but the lady locked the door at 7:45. When they let us in the employees were real rude. Asking us "What you want". I never want to go there again.

Hello,I wasn't think about how small the store is before I went in!Thinking it was ok like last time!When I couldn't believe they didn't have any Shopping carts!What?How is a store miss having shopping carts and you have to bring your own bags or be charge for shopping there!I didn't bother to stay to shop!No Thank You!

Great Customer Service BUT NEEDS MORE REGISTERS OPENED....AND A SECURITY ON PREMISES TO ACCOMMODATE SENIORS AND ELDERS.....WORKER ANTHONY??? Was extremely helpful during my anxiety panic attacks.
