Hey I’m Aniya a lot of you may know me I use to work at this dollar tree I just recently got fired because me and another employee got into a physical fight that she started they sided with her cause they never gave me a reason on why I was getting fired I asked to be switched to another store and I got nothing I don’t recommend this store what so ever just off the fact they are never stocked the manager is a horrible person she’s rude to employees and customer the gm doesn’t care because she’s friends with her outside the work place they are never stocked it’s always something going on in that store it’s not a good work place at all

I love coming here, getting great deals and seeing things that other places may not have. I wish they would keep those shelves stocked but I think they need more employees for that.

This literally might be the worst dollar tree I have ever been to in a couple states across America. The store is always a mess no where to walk boxes in the aisles.the shelves stay empty but it’s always boxes everywhere it’s a fire hazard the manager at this location is a psycho and she’s a liar I just witnessed her lie to the police about two teenage girls that simply told her your store is junky she got mad at them started cussing at them and then kicked them out the store although both parties escalated the situation she could have easily defused it considering that she’s a manager . She seemed more upset about them calling her out on the store being disgusting as it always has been and the seven years that I’ve lived over in South Shore.

I called first and spoken to a customer service representative before I went into the store, and asked about a product if they had it in stock. Which were 31 4×6 and 1 4x4, representative was very helpful and knowledgeable and even set the items aside for me until I was able to come pick them up. I want to thank you for your good customer service skills and for being extra kind.

If I can give this place a no stars that’s what it deserves zero stars. The cashier sale associate is unprofessional, disrespectful and carries a NASTY disposition that match it. Shelves always Unstocked and disshelvled products all over the floor as a customer you are never welcome in the store and you never get treated with respect. Ghetto customers service skills pan handlers always outside the store hanging around Selling products. The store and the customer service is a total disgrace.

Depending on the time of day. You can get in and out quicky with friendly service. Around 4-5pm, the after work/school crowd arrives.Times have changed for this Dollar Tree. Seems that the store has a dependable restocking associate. For the first time I recall, the store was fully stocked with items. I only hope it's consistent.

Not long ago, I would’ve considered this a good location. The shelves used to be superbly stocked. And it’s a larger store so there was a great variety.Now, it’s completely trashed.Boxes have been in the aisles for 2 weeks and counting, presenting a hazard.Shelves have been empty.I get not having reliable workers, but I blame corporate as much as I blame poor management at the store level. There are temps whose sole job is to stock. This place has missed many sales due to most of the stock being unreachable in boxes.Also - I temperature checked the frozen food, which was stacked in the store like everything else. It was room temperature. So be careful about buying such things from this place.Bottom line - skip this one and go to another

The staff at this store are awesome. They work really hard and are very helpful. The stock is really good for both the toys and teaching supplies I needed. I will say the shelves weren't in the best order and the whole store had a bit of an unkempt feel, but I suspect they were really busy over the weekend so maybe this isn't the norm. Still, good place for discounted classroom supplies!

This store is always cluttered with stock on the floor in boxes instead of properly stocking the shelvesI couldn't find an employee to ask about an item I wanted to purchase.

The staff was nice. There's a man named Tony who works there, he is very helpful & nice. They had almost everything I wanted. They didn't have the gallon of Crystal Geyser Water. The had the Niagra😖...They always end up going back to carrying the Crystal Geyser.

The Dollar Tree on S. Stoney Island Avenue has tremendous stock of brand names products. I was actually surprised to find so many popular brand foods and other products. They sell fast so you may want to find out which days the store stocks to get the best choices. This is by far the best all things $1 Dollar Store I have personally ever shopped. There is ample parking & security at store. The staff is helpful and cheerful.

I am giving them 2 only because I've been there b4 and didn't have any issues. However the last time I was there was a nightmare, there was a long line outside which I think was intentional. Went inside and most of the shelves were bare. I only found 2 things. Then after waiting in line the register stopped working and since there were only 2 registers. When I finally got done I tried to warn others waiting outside so they don't make the same mistake I did. Wasted my day.

Great shopping. I found everything I needed for 1.00, before the prices go up to 1.2511/8/22 Last time I'll go to this store. The shelves were not stocked, the place was dirty and check out was very slow.

Shelves are empty, but at least there were no boxes blocking isles. The store was more organized than usual, but an empty store should be easy to keep up. Looks as though the store is closing. Only in our zip code could this be allowed to happen.

Given the unique challenges of working at a busy store on Stony Island, I’m sure the employees do their best. Usually, I am impressed with their patience and professionalism because I have witnessed some extreme verbal abuse from the customers. I only dock a star because it can be very disorganized and poorly stocked at times and if the store is understaffed, good luck getting in & out.

Come to this location all the time, 4 years to be exact but today will be my last. I got charge TWICE, once on my card and then in cash. The cashier told me my card declined so I had to give her cash. I check my account and the transaction went through, I went back to tell her that the transaction went through on my card and showed her that it posted not pending. Her response was “it do says posted” but she still didn’t want to refund me neither way. The manager was yelling in the back but never came to the front to confront the issue but instead sent another worker to the front to give me corporate number and tells me I’ll have to call them for my refund. All of them kept saying and was only worried about the drawer being short thats all, they didn’t care about me being charged TWICE!! This location lucky I want my car…that’s all imma say

It was my first time in this particular store and I couldnt find none of the 3 items I wanted. Some shelves were completely empty. The reason why I'm giving why I'm giving the store a score as high as I am is because the store was clean and the cashier was nice and greeted me entering the store. Well, the gentle that was on the floor was on his phone and couldnt help me find the lane I needed...

I was able to find what I was looking for. The shelves were a bit bare with boxes stacked all around. Also, the floor was dirty and filled with trash.It is usually a cleaner environment so maybe I caught them on a bad day. So I only marked them lower for the bare shelves.

Usually I have little problems finding whatever I am looking for at Dollar Tree. However, today there only a few journals and hardly any office supplies that I had need of.The store was in disarray due to staff I assumed were doing a restocking, so I do intend to go back at a later date. I give this location a 4 star out of 5, due to there being lots of items to choose from in the toy aisle for children. I am looking to donate various toys, games and school supplies for an orphanage I support in Kenya. I happy on that regard.

Lot of nice guys today was a little messy there cuz I don't have enough employees but they got a lot of stock in the aisle's.Let's hope they get it put up and on the shelf soon cuz there's probably a lot of good things that you could buy but they're not on the shelf other than that the cashiers are very pleasant and if you need help there's someone there can help you or tell you where stuff is. 👆

Me and my husband use to be able to come here and get all our cleaning supplies but lately, the last few months this location has been a disgrace. For months now their selves have been empty and I now warehouse been came in but instead of them stocking the selves they have boxes scattered thru the aisles where you can't even get thru the aisles. It's horrible. On top of that they always always have 1 line open when there are a thousand people in line, come on now, y'all gotta do better.

I live in the suburbs, and I'm in love with my Dollar tree. But this one is even better. They had so many things I didn't even know Dollar tree sold. They were extremely busy due to they are in the hiring process, but what I can say is that the cashier( darker tone, buzz cut) took her time to apologize to everyone in the lines for the wait. I hope they raise her pay.

What a pleasant place to shop. Everything is $1 or less.the store is clean fully stock and has customer service to smile about. Everyone was helpful and they opened lines to accommodate customers.I highly recommend for party supplies and balloons.

Yes I love going to dollar tree and it shouldn't matter when there homeless individually is there or not don't judge when you don't know what there going through and also before you get to know them
