Very young cashiers, I asked them if they sold the clear tv antenna. I was told when I called earlier that they had it in stock. The cashiers told me they did not have it. That cashiers I spoken to left for the day. We do not have it. I stood there for 15 minutes disappointed and in disbelief while they looked for the item. It is not here I was told. I decided to look for it myself because I didn't believe them. I found it on the self. I drove very far to this location because the item was supposed to be there. I am disappointed with the service I received.

I left a previous post months ago that was very positive and fair yet the experience today a few moments ago made me come back and readjust my review and stars. The young "lead" at the front desk is EXTREMELY unprofessional! I've been coming to this place for years and never had a discrepancy whatsoever! Today that changedAs I proceeded to purchase a bottle of Dawn dishwashing liquid it had been damaged so I asked if there was a discount for it. She proceeded to call a team member to ask him were there more. I intervened and said there aren't anymore. The same 4 bottles have been back there for 2 weeks. She continued to go back and forth and say that it couldn't have been 2 weeks because she was the one who put them out. I have receipts by the way.Now for one if you knew it was damaged why put it out anyway especially if you cannot sell itShe then mentioned how technically she wasn't supposed to sell it because I could drop it and say that I wanted a refund. Now ULTIMATELY I ended up purchasing the item anyway! 9 dollars for damaged goods but I needed it!They need to bring back the other staff or teach her etiquette when handling paying customers also she needs to have enough respect to NOT sing aloud with a radio playing while tending to her customers. I love the store but Akysha or whatever her name is needs an ATTITUDE adjustment and lessons on how not to go back and forth whether the customers is right or wrong!

I was very impressed by the service and the attention to my need. The other thing that impressed me was the fact that the manager and the employees were African American men. It was rewarding to be in the Roseland area and see the positive role models.

I live near by and every time I go I find what I need and employees are so kind. One time I couldn’t find some press on nails and one employee showed me where they were.They are quick with bagging and giving change and are so kind with light conversation while doing so.

I went to Dollar General to purchase a heart rate monitor, they did not have one. The place was clean and friendly. The cashier offered to check other stores for me which was a big help.

Love Dollar General you can buy anything you need on down to coffee I'm down to hair products I'm surprised they don't sell Lace Wigs because they have everything else so stop by Dollar General and pick up your coffee your tissue your house spray whatever you may need quick

it's a nice little store but I just wish when they see more than one person in line that they can open up another cash register when they have more than one person in that they help all their guests

Quick in & out, pick up a few things. Typically, disorganized and some empty spaces where the merchandise that YOU want should be! Overall, it's a dollar store, you get what you pay for!

The manager ignores his cashier when assistance for customers. He caused us a long line and wait. This happens all the time at that location. New manager us Please! Thanks
