I only get my keys made at Ace Hardware. I never have to worry about them not working. Those stupid Kiosks in other stores always mess up and have my friends going back again and again. I told them to stop the nonsense and just go to an Ace Hardware. I have never waited in a long line at this Ace, they have always been quick and have always asked about me finding what I need.

Neighborhood ACE is usually a good choice when you don't want that Big Box atmosphere...we called ahead about an item, but we're told it wasn't available, but we went anyway, and it was there...

I have been going to this Ace location for years. But after today 4-15-23, I will not return. I walked in the store about (2:15 pm) and it was about 4 to 5 workers, and not one of them acknowledged me, asked if I need help with locating anything, not even greeting me as I entered the store. I located the item I was going to purchase ( shopping cart) hanging from the ceiling. Again not one person tried to assist me. An elderly man walked in looking for weed killer for crab grass, he was greeted and assisted immediately. I did not even get a “ did you find what you were looking for ?”EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ALL.

The place is really cramped. The workers were more concerned with their personal conversations than assisting customers. Thankfully we found another one locally that was a much better experience.

They are great there! They can fix storm windows. Give great hardware advice. Have wonderful seasonal products and are reasonably priced.

Great customer service from Chris and Mike. Chris helped me select some items for my backyard. The recommendation for the weed killer was what I needed regarding my landscaping project. He also helped me find a nice fire pit. Mike assisted me with my window screen repair order. They both also assisted me with putting my patio furniture in the my vehicle. It's nice to go to store where the sales associate are knowledgeable and helpful.

My receipt says DeJay's Ace Hardware, not Ebel. I asked for the stickiest tape I could get. Unfortunately for me, the black Gorilla tape I was referred to did not stick for long but, it seems to be good people working in the store. Thank you!

Excellent hardware store. Very well priced for an Ace store.Service is fantastic. You can find or get done just about everything you need for home repair and upkeep including Window Screen repairs, keys made and great deals on paint.

I usually don’t write reviews for stores but this Ace Hardware is probably one of the best ones that I went to. The staff is super great from Chris in the back and Jennifer upfront I highly recommend this place to get all your fixer-upper needs.

Knowledgeable friendly staff. Always met at the door by friendly employees inquiring as to whether I need help or not. Try that at the depot or Menards ! I never go to the big box stores when I have friendly local help within blocks of my home.

I've always got problems finding oversized bolts ( I'm a mechanic ) and The big chain hardware warehouses always let me down... but not Ace.... Ave hardware always has what I need. I will be back and I'll recommend them to everyone I talk to. Thank you

Great local hardware store, they have a little bit of everything. Every time I've gone here I've been asked if I need help finding anything, and have always taken them up on it. I always like to but this place up if it's on the way rather than go to Home Depot or Lowe's.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The staff was beyond rude and it wasn’t just one person, they were all horrible. I live in the neighborhood and they treated me like garbage. I will never walk in that store again and will always give my business to the true value. The local True Value knows how to treat people.

Horrible customer service.The manager obviously didn’t want to assist me.I wonder why?!!?Hmm......He wouldn’t even bother doing a price check for me.I was originally there to repair a window.This location didn’t carry replacement screens.I just left.I’ll go the one in Hyde Park.
