We’ve taken our dog here a few times and they have never done a spectacular job but for the price we weren’t going to be super picky, but after today we honestly will not be taking our dog there again. Our dog was not matted when He went in but came home with a lot of uneven hair, extremely teary and irritated eyes, and scratches. This is the worst job they’ve done on our dog so far and I’m honestly concerned they may have mistreated him. He’s been warm and lethargic since we got him home. I highly do not recommend this place after today.

Horrible service. Off the bat I asked the man for a schnauzer cut and he agreed. She had long lashes which no one has ever trimmed off. Their excuse was “you didn’t ask for us not to trim them”’. They guy that groomed her said he wasn’t told about the schnauzer cut. And when I confronted the guy to took her in he said “I’m sorry ma’am” and walked away without giving any other explanation. He charged $60 for something I could’ve donde for free at home. They are horrible, LAZY, and rude. They also don’t ask for vaccine card so if a dog goes in there with PARVO or another infectious disease good luck.

My girls are so happy! Axel, Flavio and Luis where very friendly! My dogs are clean and they both have an amazing cut. I have never seen them so excited after getting groomed. I absolutely recommend this groomer. Great price for this quality of work! Finally found a groomer that they like and that I like. We will definitely come back.

Took my fur baby in for a full grooming package and they claimed that she had too many knots which she didn’t, they cut her hair really short and not only that but they charged $10 more just to cut it off more and it’s not evenly cut, they did not brush her teeth and her nails are still long. Horrible service will never take her to that place ever again.

Took my dog to get a haircut and he came back with RED EYES they said he came in like that When there’s TONS of reviews with dogs that come out with red eyes. Make it make sense such a coincidence that all these other dogs “already came in like that” ?

Such irresponsible staff !!! I made an appointment to groom my cat a week ago , they agreed, but when l was on my way with my cat to to get there , l called them just to say that l will be a little early, the women told me that she is too busy and won't take my cat!!! I said that l made an appointment a week ago, asked her to check it and she didn't bother herself even to check...just kept saying that she busy and won't take my cat....l was shocked!!! I had to pay the driver, lost two hours of my time and etc. Terrible disrespect, rudness, and irresponsibility....Shame on them!!!

I experienced the worst service. I came in with my pitbull terrier and she was perfectly fine when I dropped her off. When I went back to pick her up her eye was red and she was a little uneasy. I highly don’t recommend bringing your pet to them!!!

I've been bringing my puppy for a year with no issues at all. The price is very reasonable compare to others, one thing I appreciate is them asking me from the start if his aggressive wich helps them provide a better service to your pup.

I was a frequent customer years ago. I came back recently to have my 2 pups groomed. My pups are regularly seen at Petco but the pricing seemed better at this establishment and I had liked the service I received back then.When my husband and I went to pick them up, they tried to upcharge me 90% more due to my dog being “aggressive”. I read the contract and there was nothing that stated such upcharge. When I asked for an explanation of what exactly I was being charged for, the workers were unable to give me a valid reason. No signage was posted at the time - the worker took out a poster from underneath the counter and said they usually had it out but not at that time. The posted did say if the dog was aggressive they’d charge $10+. The worker who took care of my dog said he had to use a cone to groom my dog so I asked if the $35 were to charge me for the cone - he said no. He was unable to explain to me what the different tiers were of whether an up-charge was $10 or $35. I really think he was trying to get more money out of me because my husband stayed at the beginning of the service that he was personally new to the establishment. They were not aware that I was familiar with it from my experience years ago.I ended up having to speak to the owner I believe her name was Rosa. As we went back and forth, she was unable to explain to me what exactly equated to the $35 charge. Not to mention the fact my dog had never received feedback of ever being aggressive with any of her past groomers. She kept saying my husband had agreed to the service - however I demanded to know what exactly what the $35 charge was for and I didn’t receive a clear answer.In the end we came to an agreement that I would pay $15 in addition to my $45 service charge. I was still not happy but at that point I just wanted to take my dogs and leave.I observed the groomer get my dog from the cage and she was terrified of him.Have a clear statement or inform customers of what up charges consist of. Are there levels to it?It almost seems that it’s $10 if your dog is “aggressive” in general (whatever that means)$20 if your dog is “aggressive” and they use a cone. $30 if your dog is “aggressive”, they use a cone AND 2 people are required so one can hold the dog. $35 just because it’s a new customer and I feel like charging that much. It’s your business and you have the right to charge for things - but be ready to back it up when questioned. Cameras would be useful in order to prove your claim of dogs being aggressive.P.s my 10 pound mini schnauzer mix will not be coming back here.

My best friend brought her dog to get groomed and they returned him with bloodshot eyes!! They claimed that’s how he arrived which is not true! This place needs to get shut down or something, they’re hurting our furr babies.

I took my husky for his very first bath today, and I want to just say thank you so much. My dog was very scared because ,he’s a baby and didn’t know what was going on. And they were so patient with him, I appreciate that so much. I know my baby was being a little fussy. But they were super friendly, and super understanding. I also take my other dog here and they are always so nice and leave him looking fresh. 100% recommend coming here. At least to me they’ve always been super great.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would, took my puppy here and she came back all scared and terrified. We cannot even get near her or touch her without her running away from us. She does not get excited to see anyone anymore and instead hides. Save your money.

Last year right before the holidays I took my dog here. A month later she began to change her attitude and her fur started to fall off. We took her to the doctors and realized that the people here DID NOT wash their grooming materials and ended up leaving my dog with mange. Never returning. It took over 6 months for her to heal properly. Do NOT take your dog here.

I took my dog here twice and never AGAIN!!! The first time I took my dog he came back with two red eyes ( popped veins) they told me my dog was aggressive and my dog is never aggressive at home . The second and last time my dog was limping and very defensive when we tried to touch him and didn’t really wanna get up for three days . They did something to my dog ! !!And when you ask them what happened they love to say your dog is aggressive -_- . This is a horrible place to take your pet and very unprofessional . This location should be closed for animal abuse .

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE.This is not the first time my dog has come back with a cut. But the very first time it was a simple cut and the lady claimed it was an accident.I dropped off my dog yesterday afternoon, and he returned with his hair super short and MULTIPLE cuts on his body. When we contacted the lady she refused to even admit to what happened, and said that the dog cut himself. THERE ARE CUTS NEAR HIS PRIVATE AREA.My dog is shaking, scared and in obvious pain. He is so scared he doesn’t even want us to touch him.

Been taking my miniature schnauzer there for years up until last year. We were told he was aggressive when he’s never aggressive at home. After his cut he became very sensitive to the touch, especially under his arms and he tried to bite us. He never did this before. We’re positive the employees were aggressive with him. Don’t take your babies there!

Took my dog in for a trim bath and to get his nails cut. He came out with a deep red eye and his nose bloody. I don’t doubt they did something to him. They claim he was being really aggressive but my he is the friendliest dog ever. Ever since coming home he has been sad and scared. They need their license removed. They need to be shut down.

I took my Yorkie here a earlier this year because our regular groomer wasn’t available. The lady told me she wasn’t sure how long it would be because they were very busy. I reluctantly left my pup and waited for them to call me. After 3 hours I called to inquire, but was told they hadn’t serviced my dog yet and not sure how much longer we’d have to wait. I told them I wasn’t waiting anymore and was going to pick up my dog who probably hadn’t been fed, walked or given water all that time. When I got they had him on the table getting ready to trim him, but I told them we were leaving. There was a lot of commotion in the back supposedly due to an aggressive dog so the employees rushed to the back. This place is terrible and should be shut down by the city.

Brought my Yorkie in to get groomed despite unfavorable reviews because my baby was in desperate need of a cut, when it was almost time to pick up my pup the groomer called and said I owed extra because my pup became aggressive while having his legs groomed and that’s not the worst part, the cut wasn’t good it’s choppy and uneven.not appealing at all, my pup was shedding very bad and on top of all that he came home with fleas!!! Horrible place to bring your pet they treat the doggies so poorly and very unprofessional would not recommend this grooming facility to anyone!!! They aren’t worth the one star I gave!.

My husband chose to take my shi tzu here because it's cheaper than our normal groomer. The haircut was uneven and his face wasn't shaped as requested. The worse part was that he had three small cuts which they claimed was because he kept moving. My dog goes to the groomer regularly and this has never been a problem. He has never come out injured. They obviously aren't professionals.

I would give this place no stars but appearantly that is not an option. They cut my dogs hair very nicely but it seems to me the rushed and are very unprofessional because the cut my dog on the cheek and put no protection for he couldn’t scratch off the scabs. He keeps scratching the scabs and starts bleeding. It hurts me so much people could do this to animals. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Please whatever you do DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE! My dogs were taken here for grooming and when I came back to pick them up one of them was unconscious after she had a “panic attack.” Luckily my baby is fine.

I took my dog in for a hair cut and when I went back to pick her up she had her lip ripped from the top. The guy immediately told me that she had gum and tried taking it off . She didn't had any gum when i dropped her off and she didn't have anything but just a messed up lip.

This place was horrible!!😤 My dog came bad sick they cut her paw and was bleeding, they didn’t even try finishing grooming her. When I went to go pick her up they didn’t want to give her back to me, if I don’t pay full price for a “work” that wasn’t even finish or don’t nicely. Please do not take your pet to this place!
