I visited this store on 12/3/2023. Around 7:30pm. It was 2 women cashiers and a women security guard. All three women were very rude to customers. The security guard was walking around on her phone and telling people they had to return whatever they don’t want to wherever they got it from. The cashiers were literally yelling (no exaggeration) at customers. I was in line and it was 2 African boys were at the register. It was obvious that they were new to the country and did not speak very good english. The cashier was so nasty to them because they didn’t have enough money for the groceries that she rang up, they were going through their cart to decide what to put back and she was yelling and rolling her eyes the whole time causing attention to the situation. When they get done they gave her all the money they had and ask for bags and she said no they are 20 cents. They did not understand her and she stop talking to them and started ringing other people up. They went and got bags and she stopped ringing the people up and asked them where they got the bags from, they pointed to where she asked did they pay for them and they are looking confused. She started yelling and calling them thieves. I offered to pay for their bags and she told me no cause they should not be stealing. I gave them the money to pay her but the whole situation so was disgusting to watch her degrade them the way she did. I will not be visiting this store and hope that Aldi gives their employees better training.

The store looks clean on the inside but as I left the store on the outside there was a lot of debris around the store you need to clean it, it doesn't take that much to clean up the paper and debris around the store that you serve food at. I was going to call and complain to the company about this issue and I saw this information on my telephone and I decided to let you!!!

Really great to have a store in your neighborhood with fresh produce and they sell this sausage that taste just like McDonald's. The migrants are starting to harass you as you try to enter to shop

This Aldi has all your basics. They do not carry a lot of organics or imports at this location. Produce varies in quality and freshness as well.

Aldi always has quality meat at a resonable price. Good fresh veggies and produce and I must always visit the Isle that has blankets, pota slippers, toys and household items that are always good to have.

Store is very organized and well stocked. Floors are clean and the parking lot is filled. The patrons are very pleasant toward each other. The lines at check-out flowed quickly.

My mom and I stopped by the Aldi store number #66 and the cashier Kearra refused to honor your “Twice As Nice” policy because I did not have my receipt for four items that had not been used but they spoiled. The items were a cantaloupe, spinach, mini avocados and cauliflower.Kearra initially she told me to put my credit card in but then she said never mind and she told me to remove it. After the transaction was complete I noticed that she didn’t apply the credit to the other items that I purchased which came out to be $52.45.I asked her why and she stated that because I didn’t have my receipt so she just did an even exchange. Then she proceeded to point to a sign that allegedly stated the policy and she asked her co worker Ms. Love to show me the sign however, the sign did not state that a receipt was needed for them to honor your “Twice As Nice” policy. She proceeded to get loud in front of other customers and she had a line at her register so all of the customers heard her. I told her that she should’ve applied the store credit to my current purchase or, she should’ve given me a gift card. Her coworker co-signed with her stating because I didn’t have my receipt they could only give me an even exchange.I immediately called customer service when I got in my car but she kept placing me on hold for 15 minutes so I hung up and I called back when I got back home and I filed a formal complaint. According to ALDIs customer service department, she was supposed to give me an ALDIs gift card but she didn’t.I’m looking forward to the regional manager calling me because I should not have to be subjected to this type of behavior in the black neighborhood ALDIs.I never have a problem when I return produce in the white communities but it’s always at this 6621 location and at the location on 83rd Street where they have black cashiers and managers.The Twice As Nice Policy should be the same policy across the board at all of the store and not when they pick and chose for it to be in effect. For all that I know, the cashiers could be keeping the ALDIs give cards or cash for themselves if customers aren’t aware of the Twice As Nice Policy.

ALDI is a good store, but not up to the level of Walmart. However, with the recent closures of several Walmart stores, I'm looking for a new store to regularly shop for groceries. ALDI offers good cereal, snacks and meat 🥓, but l don't like the bread. The pop is too high. The milk is good. So is the produce. So you see, there's a conflict. We'll see moving forward. Still working it out.

This Aldi was pretty great. I found the prices were better than the Jewel up the street for almost everything I bought, and they have a pretty great selection of almost everything you would need. The store was surprisingly spacious and not too busy. There were only a couple of downsides. First, I didn't have a quarter so I couldn't get a cart. Second, they don't have any self checkouts and the checkout line actually ended up being kinda slow. And third, they close at 8, which is kind of early. I will probably be back here for my regular shopping.

Verrry clean, well lite, produce is fresh and accessible. Isles r well stocked, orderly as aisles r wide enough for carts to move thru easily. Cashiers r pleasant an professional.

Lots of hard working women. Just a little to basic. Meaning, stores like Jewels, Fair play and Food For Less seem to have a bigger variety and in most cases food I grew up on ( Doritos, Oscar Mayer ect ). Aldi I find myself taste testing new brands and not being being satisfied. Not. saying its a bad store. It's something for the new shopper, in and out shoppers.That being said I like my varieties and old school foods and Aldis is convenient.

First time visiting since remodeling. Bright well light, seems larger, carries a lot of stuff other stores don't ( large plastic see thru canister of salted cashew nuts at very reasonable price) loaf of wheat bread,hot dog and hamburger buns cheap than what I normally pay .

We visit this Aldi once a week for its great prices. Yesterday evening (12/11/2022) around 5pm I went alone with my 2 year old. There is this man who likes to ask for peoples's cart after they unload to take their quarter. On my way to the store, in the middle of the parking lot, he looked at my quarter and thought it was for him. I told him I was on my way in not out. As I was getting a cart out, he came up again and saw me asking my baby if she like to ride on the cart. Then without asking me or my baby, he picked her up and put her on the cart. I was feeling unconfortable but I just thanked him and went into the store. Again while we were in the store, he came up and asked if I can buy him a $.79 can. I said yes, then he went and grabed not only a can buy also a large cola. I didn't like that but decided not to say anything. After I checked out, he came to get his stuff by my car and took my cart as well. I asked if I can have my quarter back since I need it next time. Then while I was holding my baby in one hand, he grabbed me and hugged me and pushed me against his face. I was terrified and pushed him away with my only free hand.This whole experience is horrible. I am not against people picking up carts and returning them to get the quarter, but I don't like to be asked to give away quarter everytime I visit Aldi. And this picking up my baby and trying to hug me is pure harasement.

Fresh food . nice an clean. Great. Wine layout. Only thing you have to watch the cashier's they will try to cheat you big time the male manger is. Very rude an he over talks you an just so you know he's not willing to be at falut when it comes to you getting over charge.

Lovely shopping experience. Nothing that I found was out of date or had bugs in it. Bought twice as much for my money than I did in my last supermarket. Very happy with Aldi, selection very good, prices good and nice a clean. I will make this my new shopping destination, as long as I can get transportation as I don't have my own.

Always visit this Aldi. I know where everything is. Yesterday I went to Aldi because I noticed that on my last visit I was over charged (3 Monsters and I only brought 2 and only received 2) The cashier asked why I waited so long to come back. I explained that I didn't live in the area. I really owed her no explanation. I had my receipt in hand. She was so rude. By the time the Manager approached I had became irate. I balled up the receipt and through it to the floor. The cashier (long as it didn't hit me) I'm a sixty five year old woman I felt the cashier wanted a fight. Why is customer service so poor almost everywhere?re.
