Was calling to ask for help after my dog had 14 seizures in 2 hours. They would continue to belittle me and hangup on me. The call back was better once I talked to someone else and no one would tell me the name of the other individual. But the second person was better but to hang up on someone is crazy as hell to me

Can't say our fur child is a fan since he is extremely nervous when it comes to a vet clinic, but very friendly and trustworthy staff. They do a good job in making sure you are well informed when it comes to your pets medicine and care for recovery.

This vet office is amazing. They are kind and compassionate. My dog recently had a coughing episode that lasted all night, and despite not having an appointment available, they worked with me to get her squeezed in to be seen. Very reasonable prices, and it's obvious that they really care about the animals they see.

Been going to these guys for at least 1.5 years now and they never cease to amaze me. Always so loving and caring for my babies, and they've recently been helping me do extra research for my dog's diet (which is proving to be a pain, but they are making it so much easier!) Please go see Dr. Burk or Dr. Jodi for all your pet needs, they're seriously phenomenal (and all the vet techs and receptionists, too!)-With all our love and thanks, Casper, Taco, Chica, and Benjamin 💖

Dr. Julie (4th yr vet student) and staff were sooo good with my little Max they were so gentle and loving and fixed him right up. They were great with post care instructions and Dr. Jodi gave me her cell # so that if I needed any help with Max after hours I could call her direct and not have to wait and worry. Seriously great Vet clinic ❤️

Today we had to make the hardest decision to have our best friend’s suffering put to an end. We have never been to Chester Animal Hospital. Our normal vet was unavailable today. We called and were able to bring him in quickly. The staff was fantastic. They were kind and respectful as well as very helpful. Thank you for helping our family through this.

The docs here took great care of my sweet Ebony "Eb". My kitty was 21 years old and I miss him terribly but I'll always be so grateful to Chester Animal Clinic...they are caring and awesome.

Took my lil dude into get his annual rabies shot and when my fiancé went to check out we were slapped with a much greater charge than was discussed prior to making the appointment. We were never asked for permission to do the extra things they did and we sure weren’t prepared financially. How is this good business practice. I wouldn’t take my son in for a flu shot and then the doctor give him five other shots and a monthly pill without consulting me first. It wouldn’t fly. This is ridiculous. I will never take my dog there again.

Hope this group is successful. Wouldn't go back to that location because of an idiot named Dr. Schupp! I took him to court over service I did not ask for and crazy jacked up price.He came to court with some snooty St Louis attorney, suit and briefcase. What a joke! Well the joke was on him and his attorney. I beat the pants off that little weasel flat out in court! Won 700 dollar settlement. He was given 30 days to pay me, by the judge. Paid me on like the 29 th. WEASEL!!!!

Dr. Jodi is AMAZING, she and the staff at the Chester Animal Hospital provide great care and are very invested in the care of all of our pets!!!! Wouldn't trade this group for the world!! Dr. Jodi has done knee surgery twice on our lab and I would trust NO OTHER GROUP!!!!

Dr Jodie and the staff are amazing people. A huge THANK YOU for doing what they could for our Casanova, and showing empathy and compassion about our loss. I wouldn't trust another animal clinic to take my pets to. If you're looking for a veterinarian, I 100% suggest Chester Animal Hospital.

All the girls are great in taking care of our dog. Dr Jody is wonderful. They are all so caring toward our dog and us. Prices are also very affordable.

The staff here were amazing and very sweet. If your going for ear clipping, I do not recommend. We were first time dobie owners and took our girl here. To say the least it was not a good cut. We were very upset with the way her ears turned out. I recommend finding a vet who has a portfolio of their work.

I was a bit worried that these folks would unjustly charge us a high and unreasonable price like many hospitals have done to my family, but this clinic beat my expectations and charged us $22.50 to check up on our 10 week old German Shepherd who was thought to have an upper respiratory infection. I called ahead and they said it was $45, so the $22.50 for our 20 minute visit was very much appreciated.Our vet, Dr. Jody, was professional, thoughtful, and kind, so I would definitely recommend using this clinic and I do thank God for their service. May God bless them evermore.

My kids were visiting from out of town and needed a vet for an emergency situation with their dog. Chester animal clinic got her in right away and took care of the problem and were very nice. Highly recommend them!

I wish i could figure out, how to include 2 photos. Before and after, of my 10 year old Yorkiepoo's teeth. Oh my!!I was a little concerned, about the dental cleaning, but she needed her teeth cleaned, BAD!They were great and she did great. So happy.Highly recommend!!!!
