Dr. Albright and her staff at Chenoa Veterinary Clinic have always been phenomenal for me. I've taken my last two dogs there exclusively (excluding emergency after hours vet visits) and have had nothing but great experiences.Recently boarded my 1 year old American Bully here and she came back home in exactly the same condition I dropped her off: happy and healthy....oh and a little cleaner!

Money hungry, Dr Albright was very rude and tried to charge me for her to read results that were done in her office. She literally charges for things that should be explained after paying for test. Not helpful at all. I no longer go there.

Best vet to do a consultation with. Dr Albright’s very knowledgeable in all aspects of holistic health and traditional medicine. The time I spent on the phone with her was so valuable. She helped me understand my animals condition and even answered questions outside of that topic to fill in the time frame of the consult. Her training makes this for of knowledge super affordable for me and cuts out some guesswork. I highly recommend especially when you don’t have a holistic minded vet in your local area. I must add. Dr Albright doesn’t charge for her time to review your info before the consult. That is amazing to me..no review fees! We only pay for her time (fees given ahead of time) on the call and for writing up the follow up/info given!! Worth every penny for my animals

tried on 2 different occasions to get my dog in for a look in a timely manner for some ear and eye drops, phone call was not returned and not willing to work me in until the next week. Dr also talks down to you.I recommend Highland, very professional and always able to work you in with in a day or 2 for prompt needs

Always get great care for my boys here. Dr. Susan is so knowledgeable about whole body heath treatments. A species appropriate diet friendly vet also a great find for those of us who feed balanced raw diets. No matter where you are in IL, Ia, Wi, or In it is worth the drive for your fur baby

DO NOT get a long distance consultation with this vet !!!! I was charged $369 Canadian . She will charge you for every minute she talks to you and every minute studying and making notes off the call. There is no capped charge. I was also told I was not charged for everything. There was no diagnoses either. All recommendations were given from a book you can buy for $60. I am angry and shocked this happened.

Horrible customer service and extremely rude ppl because I wanted to schedule an appt but ask a question since it would be a new vet. They may be okay to others, I don’t know. She scheduled an appt then canceled and walked away! I support locally but never this place!
