Was a fan of this place until I encountered a disrespectful and distasteful associate named “Justine”Visited the location for the raffles they were having for the day and heard her whisper “oh it’s these people again” as soon as my partner and I came into the shop.We’ve never had a conversation with her before and after just two encounters with this person, I would rather not spend my money here.If you’re thinking about visiting here, I hope you get a better associate. (Not all of them are the best either)Would recommend to spend your money at another smoke shop. The raffles are not worth it, as if you win more than once (out of genuine luck), they begin to add more conditions to the raffle (but for only you.)

Helpful and friendly staff. Awkward location. They didn't have the vape juice I wanted, but they went out of their way to find a good substitute. After 9 pm on a Sunday, you don't expect great things. I was very impressed.

Every employee I’ve dealtWith has been super helpful and friendly. A few minutes ago my boyfriend went to buy my vapes which they were out of one of the flavors I liked so my boyfriend had the guy call me and he recommended peach ice to me and I like it. He also mash the prices that I get it evergreen. I love this store. Keep doing the great things you all do.

Double check compatibility! I got set up with a new device however I was sold the wrong replacement coils for the pod system on the Caliburn G2. I got Vaporesso coils and the sale clerk said they would work. I should've double check but assumed he knew his stuff since he was very nice and well spoken. 2 hrs away and stuck with these useless coils. Contacting hq after calling the store, hq took care of me and rectified the mistake. Thumbs up

I went here to get kratom. Very good prices 1/3 of what anywhere in Danville quoted.Everyone was very nice, super helpful and informative. Made some good suggestions as well. I got 4 products there and then was told I get the 5th free, so I got something worth $100 just for shopping there. Definitely going back and referring all my buddies.

Great customer service, the employees are always friendly and helpful. Lovely selection of glass. Decent prices on a lot of items. Definitely recommend. Only complaint is the 6/19 raffle didn’t feel like it was on the up and up. They did not draw any of the tickets in the store in front of the customers, it was all done in the backroom. The suggested impropriety is that winning tickets very likely could have gone to friends of the employees or customers they prefer. My suggestion is for future drawings in order to maintain integrity is have the employees draw in store in front of the customers. That way there is no question.

Great place with great owner. I was there on a 420 trip. We even mention one of his other stores having problem. And he did great at taking care of the problem at my local wild side in Indiana. Which Bloomington location rocked 710 holiday. This location in Illinois is great. Worth 6stars or 420 stars 😂

Complete and utter disbelief that an employee had the audacity to scan my driver’s license without my permission. Asked to see my ID to check my license and then proceeded to pull it out of my hand to scan it. Are you kidding me? Won’t ever be back. If you would have told me you needed to scan for me to purchase I would have completely walked out. As a retailer you disgust me.

They are always helpful and friendly. A few nights ago I had purchased an item and when I got home I opened it and they forgot to put the item in the box and it was to late to go back. So I went back the next morning and they fixed the mistake. It was partly my fault for not checking it before but they made it right. So that's why the 5 stars.
