Good store that serves Green Street well and has a good selection of everyday products well, but the African-American male with short dreadlocks who runs check out at evening times is very rude (in all three times when i've encountered him), and today most notably was scolding a customer (an international student with a slight accent) that he may have had a hard time understanding. The student's credit card for some reason was not working and the checkout man was angry at him for holding up the line and said to him: "You really just made me void a 70 dollar order... It's 9:30. I want to go home". In a very rude fashion implying that the customer was wasting his time. This is pathetic behavior from a store employee who certainly needs customer service training. In previous semesters I have had good experiences with Walgreens checkout clerks but this behavior is completely uncalled for.

Prices at this store are shockingly high, they are not only higher than regular prices but even exceed the prices listed on Walgreens' own app. And the manager's rude judgment towards customers using the app's coupon is unacceptable. She seemed displeased and openly judged me for using the coupon meant for customers. As a customer, it is my right to utilize any discounts or promotions offered, especially when they are provided by the store's own app. I was met with an unfriendly attitude, making me feel like a burden rather than a valued patron.The lack of courtesy and the manager's cold demeanor made my experience truly unpleasant. Avoid this place!

I WATCHED AS THIS EMPLOYEE SAT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CANDY ISLE ON HIS PHONE PLAYING POKÉMON ….HE DID NOT MOVE OR EVEN ATTEMPT TO ASK IF I NEEDED HELP BUT INSTEAD STAYED IN MY WAY WHICH IS RIDICULOUS 😡 THIS IS CHILDISH BEHAVIOR TO SAY THE LEAST…HE SHOULD STAY HOME IF HE WANTS TO PLAY GAMES SMH‼️ MANAGEMENT AND HIGHER UPS NEED TO SEE THIS

The manager is very nice to accommodate me with my online order.There system are down and would not take my online order I’m glad the manager there willing to help me and find a way to fix it.I really appreciate her so much.She is very nice she work on Thursday 6 pm night I would like to mention her name but I forget to ask what’s her name.She deserve a star And a pay raise.She is so patience with me

Pretty great! I went there looking for a very specific product (under warranty replacement) that they don't normally carry. Since I couldn't travel far as a busy student, the manager personally arranged for one to be brought over from a nearby store.

I guess not answering calls 2 hours before you close is the norm for this store. I’m also assuming that being on hold for 40 minutes is normal. I’ve been on the phone for an hour trying to call the pharmacy because I have health conditions that doesn’t line up with the medication I was prescribed. Trash store and terrible pharmacy.

Just keep in mind that this is not a drug store. Its a cpmmon market.Its spacious and nice shopping in here when Target is crowded like an ant hole.

Swiped my debit card and it didn't go through on the first try. The cashier joked about calling the cops on me. Terrible joke to make to someone that is black or brown. Bad taste and bad service.

Good luck if you count on this pharmacy. It is absolutely useless. They don't carry a single one out of the three scrips I had. I thought it was supposed to be a pharmacy, not a vending machine.

Not so many choices but can find most things you need. Located in main campus, quite convenient. Coffee tasted weird...don't recommend anyone to try that thing.

The manager Amy Walter on 407 E Green Street in Champaign, IL is horrible. I bought an HP ink the day before but the ink can't print, I went to the store to ask for returning and she slandered me, saying I took my old one there. I don't think I will sell my integrity for a 20 bucks ink. Ridiculous mean!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok place to pick up groceries or snacks, basically has what every other Walgreens has, except it doesn't have an actual pharmacy inside, but the pharmacy machine thing can get some prescriptions, just not want controlled substances, which is inconvenient.

They have one ATM which accept my Chinese Deposit Card to withdraw money (3$ fee, 400$ max), really helpful when I first came in town.
