Very good shopping experience. I love the see self check out and the ability to pay on ur phone..creates a great day to get in and get out..I did not like is the person who is scanning to see of u steal the merchandise.. I get the concept of having 1 person to check out but the whole ideal is to get in a faster time if we pay for the actual membership... I work in retail as well. I just noticed tonight the woman who was checking out seemed unhappy and I asked her how was her day but no reply back. Not very good customer service in my opinion. I will be back later on a less traffic trip and hopefully the experience will be better

A huge variety of products available, and meat and seafood are available at a fair price. Staff is also very helpful. Yet, unfortunately, we got a bottle milk that happened to leak, discovering that after we left. Otherwise, all good.

I had such a great experience in the tire and battery center. First of all, I had a little Greek prince helping me. Such a handsome man, he took real good care of me. I had a nasty little dirty hole that needed filled, in my tire. Well that man with his strong hands filled my hole so tight that no air would leak out, not one bit. Thank you to my super hero, strutting around with such confidence and expertise. Seems like he has a fun time at work. Anytime time I need a hole filled, I’m coming right back to him.Love,Billy.

I wouldn't even give it a star was just in Sam's management is all in a meeting and it shows. For the employees are all rude and on their phones and don't want to help anyone even the people giving out samples. What is going on with people now days. Called and tried to and have been on hole for 10 minutes now.

I used to enjoy shopping here, but lately I've been underwhelmed. The store needs a major face lift. And the Cafe is always dirty/unkept. I doubt I'll be renewing my membership again.

Manager Mark went WAY above and beyond to make sure we left the store satisfied. My husband and I will continue to shop at and recommend this store. He deserves a raise. :-)

This review will be short and sweet...I've been a member of Sam's Club since my son was born 22 years ago!! It's one of my favorite big box stores hands down!!! I would highly recommend this business to others!!!

Love it here. You can buy things in bulk. I love also the free taste sections where you can taste the product before buying it. Love the sushi, its tasty and yummy. Love also their pizza you can get a big slice with little amount.

This place has gone way downhill since Costco came to town. Bulk of the employees don't even acknowledge you and they let pets in without checking if it's a service animal. Literally had a dog walking around OFF LEASH and nobody cared. Go to Costco

I purchased two delicious looking rotisserie chickens from Sam's Club in Champaign, IL store only to get them home and they where not cooked completely through. Least to say, I was very disappointed because of the fact that I ate a piece in the car on my 30 min ride back home.

Sam's Club is a nice place to visit once a month or so, and not on weekends. This particular Sam's Club is generally well-organized, clean, and the employees actually seem pretty helpful... Which is a nice change vs. Wal-Mart. They had a lot of cashiers on a Sunday afternoon, and the lines moved nicely despite the store being very busy.We mostly buy bulk goods at Sam's. We find a lot of good values here, but sometimes we can do better at Meijer. The reason I only gave this place four stars instead of five is the location. North Prospect is terrible, and the roads around Sam's are no exception. I just hate driving around out there, and I avoid Sam's like the plague on weekends.

It's so hard now days to find someone who does a fabulous job and to deliver great customer service. Everyone is always so polite and pleasant. Today I did a pickup and encountered Yvonne Rose. An amazing personality. Her attitude immediately made me smile. Awesome!!

Good place to shop at! Prices a decent especially if discounted.I love the scan & go serice although their was a glitch in the scanning.The food court is not bad but too much salt. In many sams club places they boil the hotdogs so is less salty. Here it appears to be fried & is very salty so do not recommend it over there! We threw them away. I wish they can start looking at salt in their food court.

The first time we went was great! We bought probably $200 worth of items we thought were a great value from other stores. The second time we went, the food court was already closed at 6:20 at night. Disappointing. We just went today to get a pretzel as a snack, we got there and they had zero carts inside and were directing members to go get one from outside. We got to the food court, the line was not moving. They had one employee and she was doing everything soooo slowly. Like rolling one side of one churro for 30 seconds. After 10 minutes we talked about just giving up and leaving. It’s Sunday afternoon, why is there one food court employee?? Finally another girl came in. We waited another 5 or so minutes. Line still isn’t moving because the second girl started on pizzas. Finally Gabrielle walked by and noticed the line and she jumped in to get the register and got the line moving. She was absolutely the highlight of this visit. The other two girls in the food court were terrible. And, our pretzels were like.. soggy? It felt like they put water instead of butter. Very odd texture to the salt topping.

Waited 1 hour for a warehouse item, got the wrong item, made to wait an hour more waiting for the correct one, decided that this service is terrible so got a refund instead and canceled our membership. Costco is better.

Loved it got a standard membership for $45. With current promotion of you sign up online they give you a credit of 45 to save on a shopping trip in the next 60 days. So that's a win. Meat selection was great as were the offered products and savings!

I love coming to shop here! The employees are always friendly, the store is always clean, and I can always find what I am looking for. I have ordered cakes and cupcakes from the bakery several times and am always very pleased with my order. Great prices for bulk items is the way to go!

There is a Costco across the way. Go there. 3pm on a Sunday and there were more people getting gas than were inside. That being said, there were 12 people in line to leave waiting for one person to check them out. Lots of wait for the food court too. Everything is old and outdated and I'm really glad I stopped going here years ago. Costco is miles and above better. It's almost like looking in the past and seeing your abusive ex after you've been married with kids for years with your soul mate. How in the world did you ever put up with that?

Store is nice and clean. Easy to shop. Customer service is a hit or miss. Had nice checkout lady this time but last time she was not friendly one bit, looked super irritated that she was there.
