Very pleased!! When I got in, and sat at the bar, I immediately noticed the bar lady, Lexi running all over the place to make guests happy, and fill drink orders. But also clean up plates and be cordial all at the same time. Then another gal, Tasha made sure I had everything I needed, and ensured that I was taken care of. So friendly and peaceful. The manager was even behind the bar cleaning dishes (young blonde chic) I felt right at home here. Thank you all! Also the guy that came in to help lexi out was good chap. Good on ya, mates! That's aussie for something, not sure tho. God bless yall!

Came on a Saturday night forgot to call ahead but still hosts were accommodating and laughed at my jokes lol. Our server Piper was top tier! The sweetest ever! Food was delicious as well as drinks. No Togo boxes needed everyone finished they plates. Haven’t been in awhile and have no idea why because it was so good. It was a well oiled machine. Everyone who touched our table was gracious. I know thats right Outback!!!

I took my parents out for their 41st anniversary (they specifically chose Outback) and I was disappointed by our service and food. Our server rarely came back to check on us and it felt like we were of no concern to her. My parents had Prime rib and the other a prime rib sandwich. Both did not finish their meals. My son did love his chicken and shrimp pasta but was disappointed that he never got a refill for his strawberry lemonade. My S/O and I both had burgers that tasted like pure salt. I couldn't even finish. For the price of the food the quality was low. We visited on a Saturday early afternoon and it wasn't very busy, we were seated quickly.

As for my 1st time here in this outback, The stakes were perfect, the condiments, The Onion blossom were on point. But I have to say our waiter Brayden K. Was on top of his game. He was polite, friendly and very professional, But best of all very... welcoming. Bravo to you young man! My children even complimented you on your fantastic service. I will definitely be coming back next time around when I am in town.

This was my first time at this restaurant. I came in wanting to like it but the first impression was so bad I don't have any desire to return. We were there for dinner and it wasn't very busy. After we decided what we wanted to order we found that our server had disappeared. We waited a long time for her to finally return and take our orders. Then there were multiple mistakes made on our food so when it finally arrived we again had to wait for our server who had vanished. It was my mom's birthday so these things were disappointing. The issues with the food got worked out but the time it took to find someone to resolve the issues was too long.

✅ Got seated after about 15 minutes for a part of 6 (pretty good wait time for a larger party )❌ Server did not even take our drinks or visit the table for another 15-20 minutes.❌ Server was coughing and obviously sick. I observed them wiping their nose with their hand as well.❌ I ordered a NY Strip at Medium temperature. It was more or less medium, but had almost no real sear on one side. It looked and tasted off, like a Walmart steak. I genuinely could do better at home.

Had the most abysmal service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I’m a server as well, so I like to give grace but there’s only so much I could take. Our serve went to our table maybe three times in total (two times because I had to flag her down). We didn’t get refills, she kept messing up the checks, she never came by to ask about the food or if we needed anything, never got appetizer plates, and the list goes on. The table beside us also had complaints about her not coming to their table. The busser was way more attentive than our server.

I came here for a friend’s birthday. The food and drinks superb!!!!!!!!!! All compliments to the kitchen and bar! Why three stars because the service was absolutely horrible! Idk if Kim was having a bad day or if there were other issues but her service was horrible. We literally saw her one time and that was when she took our order. Everyone else had to help with our table. My friend ordered a Togo order and that came to the table before our food. For the first hour no bread after asking several times. Finally another waiter got it for us. No refills on water. She completely ignored our table. she asked every table around us did they need anything. Reminder these people came after us and left before us. We had to call the manager to even pay our bill because she never came back. Me being new to the area I will definitely not be returning I’ve never felt like that or been treated like that. I felt so icky inside. I hate to even consider race being apart of this. we had a mix table so it wasn’t just one race. Once again the food and drinks yesss! The service we received HORRIBLE!

After 2 years of eating there we ran in Gabe I loved him from the start so cheerful beautiful smile and he listened to your needs and concerns about how you wanted your food prepared!! Excellent service !!! Whenwe go back on the weekend nights I will be asking for him I never had to ask once for a refills on drinks boxes any condiments to go home with me he gave it all to us and including a bag my prime rib was done phenomenally and best blooming onion I have ever had at a outback .. So if you want a server that is the bomb ask for Gabe on Friday Saturday nights you won't be disappointed!! And Gabe if you see this shine bright like a diamond 💎 That you are !!

Our server, Conner E, was amazing! He was great! Attentive, brought food quickly, and generally was a great server. We need more servers like him in the world.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of foods for those with gluten or meat intolerance, in my opinion.Kid-friendliness: Seems pretty kid friendly.

Steaks were not as good as i have experienced other visits to Outback. My wife and two daughters thought so as well. Nothing wrong, but nothing extraordinary. Service was good, no issues there. I prefer Texas Roadhouse as a better optionWheelchair accessibility: No problems for my wife to enter and move around with her wheelchair

To begin our server Julia W was great. She did everything she could to make things better but my husbands steak tasted really off, he couldn't eat it. They forgot my dressing on the side, which happens often but when they did bring it, it looked like it had some sort of oil in it. I got one of the new drinks and they put the cinnamon and sugar on the rim of the first one but on the second they didn't do it and told the waitress she could do it if she wanted when she told them it was not done. The floating thing there is a edible sugar art. The first drink had all everything and looked good, they didn't care on the second.
