Who is the buyer for men's clothing at Kohl's? For many years I purchased my clothing at Kohl's: suits, sport coats, blazers, sweaters, shirts, pants, etc. Nice selections, noted brands, good quality, good prices. For some time now that has not been the case. The selections seem more fit for Halloween costumes and circus wear. Garish colors and patterns. Kohl's was once a decent place to shop. Classy stuff. Fashionable. Now it's a joke. Sad to see that happen.

Absolute joke. What kind of clothing store doesn't have fitting rooms open "due to staffing issues," but has a staff member standing there to tell us they're closed. Seriously? We spent an hour driving here, thirty minutes digging through the hot mess of clothing racks crammed together, and then couldn't even try on any of the six pairs of pants. Infuriating.

The lady who handles the Amazon return is very unfriendly and rude. Instead of letting the customers know that she will be right with you, just plainly ignores you. Very demanding of how she wants the customers to act when all they are trying to do is get the return done and be out of there. She wanted me to stand right in front of the counter and when I said I was fine standing next to it. She proceeded to tell me to move the cart that was blocking her counter. Just very mean about the whole process.

This is a big Kohl’s with a Sephora inside. Staff were courteous and helpful. Store was clean and somewhat easy to navigate. I recommend this place, just watch out for the bathrooms (needed cleaning and handwashing is not hygienic). Also, prices are not cheap, even with ongoing sales.

ALWAYS have a great deals whether you have a Kohl's card or not! I bought my rug from there just last Saturday! I saved $60 some dollars with it already being 30% off plus an extra 15% for using my Kohl's card!

Down right awful "service" (Danville il location). Service desk clerk was rude and yelling at people to get in line. Acting like we were supposed to know that she was also checking people out. It is the "service desk" when I got to an actual person they just kept telling me to download the App and do things myself. I will also point out that their lingerie dept was a mess. You couldn't find a bra there with a map. And their buy 1 get 1 half off is hard to do when you don't have 2 bras of the same size. Absolutely worst experience. Won't be back.

i don’t know why i didn’t post this when i quit but this reply is coming from an ex - kohls associate. (MAINLY FOR PAIGE) i have quite a few complaints about this place specifically this location. i don’t know if they think they are way to good to be following the law or what but kohls and paige in particular. you are EXTREMELY lucky i didn’t take this up with legal action. where to even begin. so i’m a minor i will make this clear and as a minor working here i have first hand witnessed the General Manager, Paige, tell an expecting associate no she was not allowed a break first off this lady was on her feet on damn day i give her props 👏 she radioed paige and asked for a 15 and paige straight up in front of me and another associate “no you may not.” i don’t think she was really asking i think she was telling you she’s taking a break she is pregnant, paige, girl, please learn and understand you need to be open to people and open to ANY medical reasons and being pregnant IS in fact one. which brings me to my next problem, i developed a shoulder injury while working here and they had me, A MINOR, standing on hard wood floor, no chair, no seat, no rug/mat no nothing for a total of 9 hours one day and ik you adults will say “your a minor it’s easy for you” i am bearly a minor at this point with a whole other life outside of kohls. how about you try to stand for 9 hours STRIGHT, get denied breaks, and come in and do the same thing the next day. yea not easy right? and my third and final straw was my pay. i was SUPPOSED to be making $14 an hour, right? wrong. paige do you have an explanation on why my checks weren’t over $200? not only were you gipping my pay, you were over working me and not paying me enough, paige you REALLY fed me over with that one. i can’t seem to wrap my mind around the fact you think it’s ok to not give breaks (which i can come at u for) and u think it’s aye okay to over work me and NOT pay me right. just like u paige i have payments to make. so how about you stop playing favorites with taylor and you actually start paying people right. because the fact i doordash now and have made more money in ONE DAY than i would in ONE WEEK with u is actually crazy. so paige i would LOVE for u to see this and i would LOVEEEE to straighten it out with u rather that be over the phone, inperson, but i can assure you paige if we were to discuss this is a court room you would be FIRED, that’s not a threat that’s a promise. if the law finds outs you deny minors and expecting mothers breaks/ lunches yours be cooked. capital C O O K E D, COOKED, fired, done, au revoir, so if you could get back to me about all of this it would be greatly appreciated oh unless u deny this too 😹

My experience with Sophia, in Sephora, was a delight. She was knowledgeable about the products that would work for me. Gave me helpful advice and tips. She wasn't pushy and wanted me to be happy with my purchases. She made the whole experience fun!! I'm so happy with my purchases. Scott was very helpful too. Both went above and beyond!!!

Came by kohl’s to look for a winter coat and ended up buying a a pair of jeans and some winter socks at sale prices for the holidays. Kohl’s has a lot of holiday sale prices and very reasonably priced. When I paid for my item I ended up getting a 10$ coupon for my next purchase. Thanks 👍

I love how you can return selected Amazon items here. They have sephora here now, too. The staff who were helping me find my shade was helpful. patient, and knowledgeable. I've been here many times and staff are always friendly. The store was organized and clean too.

They blocked off and closed theMen’s dressing rooms. In both Danville and Champaign. You have to carry your product all the way across the store. Back and forth. And use the now “unisex” areas in the women’s department. This is incredibly uncomfortable and inconsiderate for shoppers wanting to try on clothing in the men’s department.

Beware of their fitting rooms as they have both men and women in the same section. I personally am shocked and unhappy with this change.

Nice store but some of the sales didn't seem like sales. Many of the items were still pretty pricey to me. They had nice labels and brands but I felt like the sales could have been marked down a little more. Given today's economy and the inflation rates though, I understand.

The COVID restrictions are Absolutely insane!! Only one side of the registers are open so the check out lines are very long. No possible way to properly socially distance.

I went to the Champaign Kohl's to buy a pair of tennis shoes. I found three pairs that I wanted to purchase. When I went to the checkout with a 30% off coupon I was told the shoes couldn't be discounted. Apparently you can't get a discount on Nike shoes. I don't believe the coupon indicated that Nike shoes were off limits for the discount. I don't know if this would fall under bait and switch but I was disappointed in the store.

The lady at the checkout was absolutely horrible. We told her we were not interested in a Kohl's card. We interrupted her twice saying we were not interested as she was talking about the darn card The third time, she got super evil eyes and said in quotes, "I have to read this" with super evil eyes. She's an absolute psycho. Sort of heavy set Caucasian lady with long dark brown greasy hair

The table linens department is now minimal. Very sad, they used to have a lot of nice tablecloths to choose from.
