The staff here is super kind, very quick service and my food is always fresh. I wish I could get this kind of service in all the restaurants I go to. They're awesome here.Parking: Plenty of car parking, small amount of truck parking which is great but some spots are hard to get intoKid-friendliness: What kid doesn't love DQ?

Although this DQ is right down the street from me, I will literally drive all the way across town to a different one. Every time I go to this location, all of the staff (especially the one at the window) is extremely rude, and act like they are doing you a favor, despite you supporting their business. One time, after purchasing an item that I didn’t receive, I had to keep going back and forth with the girl at the window before she would give it to me. Horrible attitudes and service!

I had previously enjoyed this restaurant multiple times, but for the last two years, it has been nothing but problems. At our most recent visit, we ordered food to eat there. I had to go back up and ask for the dipping sauce for the pretzel sticks, and was told no it’s on your tray by the cashier. It was not, but she argued with me and wanted to charge me more, until my food was cold, and then realize that it hadn’t been put on the tray. It was still sitting in the window, there was no apology just handed to me, over a small thing of cheese. At the same time my husband and daughter are eating my daughter said her fish was cold, and my husband was unimpressed as well. After multiple occasions of this where you don’t get what you ordered or feel like a thief trying to get the food that you’ve ordered and paid for, I will not be going back. My family will not be going back and I will make sure to tell anyone who asked me not to go to this location.

We've been going to this DQ for awhile now since we live in Mahomet and the one there is closed. At first it was absolutely wonderful staff was friendly and helpful but over the months its changed and I've seen the same staff there all the time. Well tonight went to get a few blizzards for the night, get to the speaker and waited a minute or two ok fine, I honestly will wait if food is good and staff is friendly, however that was not the case. There was a young lady that started taking my order then told me to wait again, when she came back to the speaker i had to repeat what I'd just told her. At the window I don't know if it was the same girl or not but she was very rude and had an attitude, she snatched my card out of my hand and continuously banged the window open against the outside wall. She went to hand me the first of the blizzards and i asked if i could have a drink carrier since there were four blizzards and had to drive back to Mahomet to this she rolled her eyes and sorta slammed the blizzard on the counter to get a lid. I noticed the young man inside also being rough with our other blizzards and jamming them in the carrier. Overall not happy.

The employee didn't understand the orders coming in and got mad throwing the food in the garbage and yelling at the customer. The man was completely out of line with the customer. While all the commotion was going on, the employees were just holding our food in each other's business instead of just handing us our order. We weren't even involved in the order and yet they wouldn't hand us our food while they were standing around asking what happened, what happened and having personal conversations. Completely unprofessional business.

I really wish i could put negative stars on this place🤮. they don’t wash their hands, they don’t wear gloves, they leave the food sitting out until they decide they’re gonna bring it out, the machines are disturbingly disgusting. they charged me way more than what the price said on the menu, and the food was absolutely garbage. The food was cold, it was rubbery like it had been sitting out for days, and very gross.

Person running the register didn't know the food they had on the menu. The other person who spoke English, working had to come over and take my order. Got a medium dough blizzard. They made sure that they put just enough for a mini blizzard in a medium. Hardly any cookie dough in it. Went up and said something and was told that they put the correct amount in as they were told. Basically got a medium cup full of ice cream. I will drive to another dq from now on!!!

So I did my happy dance, because they still have butterscotch dipping for ice cream.However, one star for the food is for the honey barbecue chicken finger basket. I asked for it to be made fresh, she put it in, I saw it on the screen, it was disgusting 🤮. I can only pray some animal on the side of the road will enjoy it much more than I did.

3 Chicken tender combo (4pcs and MAYBE 20 fries in the box? @ $8.69ea, no drink )Tenders were extremely overcooked it was crumbling. Never knew that was a thing but it is. Fries were soggy and greasy. Clean dishes were brought up from the back and put on a portion of the front counter where everyone has their grubby paws without being cleaned first. Skimpy on sauce considering a tender is about twice the size of average nuggets. Half of the tenders were tossed in the trash. Overall, I was very disappointed

I have been in this store several times. The last two times, we ordered 2 blizzards. We were disappointed, did not get out the door before they started melting. When we got them at the counter, they were like soft serve. Also there was 2 times in the past 4 days, there were 3 teenage girls working. They were more interested in talking to each other. Appeared to be no supervision. These young ladies need to trained in customer service, because they did not provide it. I do not recommend this location. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I know the economy and all but they just seem sooo expensive anymore. Their "$5" lunch deal went up to$6 and now it's $7.52... and I'm not sure how much tax is in champaign but it came to 8.50 wich meant they charged over 10% tax... seemed outrageousParking: It's attached to a gas station so they only have a couple spots in front of the building and it's always busy. There is a side parking lot but you have to walk across the drive thru line to access the front door for this option so I usually use the drive thru..... but that's a whole other thing... the pot holes are so huge you better not fall in or you may not find your way outKid-friendliness: Of course kids like it. It's ice cream

I guess I'm just not a DQ person. The vanilla milkshake was just like vanilla milk and the chicken strips had a strange taste like maybe the oil needed to be changed that they were fried in but I threw them out. The kids refused to eat them and when I tried them I could see why. The staff was really pleasant but I just didn't like the food.

Seems like whomever is working has and attitude and willing to argue and get upset because they choose not to listen to people when they order. I repeated myself 4 times about my 4 items that were 2 for 5. He still rang me up wrong then proceeded to try to argue at the window. Shaking My Head. If you don't care about service, go here.
