Friendly employees.Ordered fish sandwiches, specifically requested tartar sauce, which was omitted. They cheerfully apologized and made it right.Clean bathrooms.Restaurant clean.I would patronize again.It's hard to go south from the parking lot. It is very congested during peak times.

Really fresh, tasty food. I'm a big fan of the fish sandwich. This location offers the view of trains on the route from Chicago to Carbondale, Memphis, and New Orleans.

I like the fact that they still serve salads. I can't figure out why McDonald's quit serving salads. I guess that certainly benefits Culver's.We have a tradition of getting at least one walleye dinner when it's available, but the price keeps going up every year outpacing inflation.

I am from Out of State and continue to find the cheese curds at this location to be extremely fresh. Same consistently whether dine in or drive through. This time I decided to try Chili, very happy with taste and serving presentation. The very best diet root beer ever!!

Classic, all American experience. They do a great job saying how they support farmers.Makes you really like fast food and root beer I think.I always get either cheese curds or onion rings, I can't decide which one though usually.

The food was absolutely delicious the service was outstanding and the restaurant was very clean the food was fresh and it was quick to get a food out and I will be coming back more and more again. It's a little expensive but the food was worth it and I will be coming back soon. The order was right Culver's is always been my favorite place and I love their ice cream also! Thank you for your hard work and thank you for all you do for us customers!

Overall, I do like Culver's. But the day I went (yesterday) to meet a friend for lunch, the parking lot was so packed, there wasn't a spot in sight. Was almost going to go somewhere else with my friend, but one spot opened up. Also, I felt like my burger was just slapped together. I couldn't even move it back together again, which I'm not sure why because the cheese wasn't even melted. The service was very friendly and fast and the restaurant appeared to be clean. This isn't a complaint and it won't stop me from going back (at least not yet any way). It's just an honest review.

I came last night around 9:20ish and my visit was anything but good. I have come to this location plenty of times in the past and have always had a decent experience. Last night I went through the druve-thru and was greeted with nothing but rudeness. My card was malfunctioning at first for some reason, and the employees made me feel unappreciated and as if I was wasting their time. Even after the issue was resolved,they still continued making me feel unappreciated. Usually I am greeted with smiles and patience, but I was greeted with the complete opposite this time. I understand it was getting close to closing time, but that is not an excuse to make it a bad experience for your customer.Once I finally get my food, it turns out they got my order wrong as well. This was very disappointing to me. Not to mention I was already having a horrible day in general.

A fast food restaurant with a wide variety of sandwich choices (burgers, fish, chicken), traditional dinners (cod, pot roast, chopped steak), salads, soups, sides (crinkle-cut fries, onion rings, cheese curds, mashed potatoes, green beans) and frozen custard shakes and mixers. The service is good and the food is hot and tasty, but definitely not the cheapest option. And that tastiness comes with a pretty good amount of salt and oil. We've always found this location to be clean and well staffed with friendly people.

I ordered 2 3-piece cod dinners via drive-thru. I found only 2 cod pieces on each dinner box at home. I regret that I did not check what I received before I left.However, when I complained the missing piece using online survey, they called me back almost immediately to apologize the mistake that they made. I think this restaurant manager is a very responsible person and listens to customers.

The staff is excellent. They are fast and accurate. They are never understaffed. They always seem to be busy but you still get your food quickly. Best fastfood burger in town and their custard concrete mixers are a really good treat.Parking: Drive thru was backed up because all of the spaces for waiting were full.
