The staff is doing their best, but majority of customers don't care. They threw shoes on the floor, you find items in the wrong places and having worked in customer service for years it just makes me angry for those employees that try to make the store an enjoyable place to shop. Rant over.

Seen at least 4 employees, asked to try on my clothes in the fitting room and was told they were closed because they didn't have enough staff by a pregnant lady with half her stomach out... You don't have the staff to unlock a door? Literally only 5 people were shopping in there.. hire people who actually want to work while there..

Why are the fitting rooms closed at 7p? The first girl said the green light means they're used but the 2nd girl just said they were just closed. They actually had a lot of nice clothes I wanted to try. But I got nothing instead

First time been here, just like other Burlington. They have wide variety of choices, price are very competitive here, dont forget to look for the red tag items. Also checked on their food items. Employee are very helpfull also. Definately coming back, happy treasure hunting everyone !!!

Got lots of stuff in there. Cologne, perfume selections are good. Several name brands like Obsession, Nautica etc. Good selection of shoes for sizes 12 & under. When you get to 13 and up, not so good in my area, Danville. They get ugly and mostly cleats in bigger sizes. What am I going to do with cleats! Big foot fellas....good luck finding a nice pair of shoes unless you need geriatric velcro strapped shoes or you are a linebacker/shortstop/goalie. Good selection of big&tall clothing. Nice housewares. They got the toys n stuff for last minute gifts for all occasions. Stuff for college kids & travel. Purses galore. Bluetooth speakers & such. Snacks & candy. If you play it right, you can come outta here looking rich! No complaints here except nice shoes for big foot people like me.

I have never been to a more disorganized place. There was stuff on the floor, up on top of the racks, and just flungeverywhere. Even the check out area had stuff just sitting in a pile in a corner. The sizes were not organized and the hangers didn't match the sizes on the clothes. I don't know how anyone goes here.

Burlington just copy pasting the same response to everyone's concerns even when it's pretty clear they hire people who act like this at many of their locations. They do not check or review their stores, their profit margins are too large when selling clothes made by slaves overseas. If you have any doubts, feel free to go to a different store and ask the female employees. It's common to see them forced to endure harassment and abuse.

Last night our family was attempting to check out, our cashier Santaez was on a personal phone call while we stood there waiting. When she finished she said come down to register 4 and walked away. She rang up our items without a smile and didn't ask about my rewards, (I had to tell her about it). She was not rude per se, but she is in customer service and she had a dismissive attitude. I am a consumer who spends $100 or more every time I shop at Burlington. This flippant attitude put me in a sour mood.I think she needs more training in customer relations.

In July of this year the so-called owner was extremely violent and prejudiced toward an African American young lady and refused her the use of a dressing room yo try on a JACKET. So much so he took the shopping cart and hit her in the stomach, BTW THE YOUNG LADY WAS PREGNANT!!! He told her to get out and try to forcibly lay hands on her to put her out the police were no help.Below is an update from a Corporate Burlington Representative, Tina.Ms. Tina and the Burlington Family,Thank you so much for such a quick and honest response to the issue that was brought to your attention. I have shopped at Burlington since my daughter, who is now 31 and a nurse, was a baby. Now I shop there for my Grandude who is my most lovedpossession. If I could give less than a 1 star review I would, I cannot believe that a manager of all things was caught being blatantly racist, and actually decided to ram a pregnant gals stomach after saying "you people don't know how to keep things clean" and shutting down the changing room department. Nether of the young women deserved that treament.

And spew racist language towards the two ladies??? is this the view of the company. Also, the guy claim to be the owner of the store. If only 0 stars was an option. Attacking people and feeling it’s ok to do so because of your position is not acceptable. Video evidence shows clearly you need a new manager. I love Burlington and visit in every state I travel but this right here makes me second guess if I ever want to enter another Burlington. Do better fire this employee already. Let the courts give him training on how to be civil.

Found what I needed at a good price - the fitting room was INSANE, though. Clothes were piled almost to the ceiling. Maybe it isn't always like this? I visited during the prime of back-to-school shopping time and they seemed somewhat short staffed.

Will never shop here. After the "owner" slammed a cart into a pregnant woman for trying on a jacket in the isle, it just does not feel safe. Pregnant or not, he had no right and should be charged with assault.

the store is well organized, very clean. has a great smell in the air. efficient employees at checkout. easy to try on clothes. dressing room smelled like a nice hotel. it was my first time there and i had a great shopping experience!

I rarely give bad reviews. I was very shocked by the behavior of the employee that was manning the dressing room in the Champaign, IL store on Sunday, Dec 4th. My family took me shopping for my birthday and since I have never bought clothing in the shop, I wasn't sure how the they would fit. I loaded my cart up with what looked like great deals in two different sizes so that I wouldn't have to go back if one size didn't fit. No one was at the dressing rooms when I arrived. I helped myself. No big deal. When I came back out, the attended was there and was very rude with me. She complained that I had so many clothes ( I had taken the limit of six, but had gone back out to cart a couple times to get more since no one was waiting for a room). The attended said to me, "Oh, and I guess you're going to put them all right there on that rack, now!" and she stood there sighing loudly. After the second or third loud, rude sigh, I gave her a long look and said would you prefer I leave them in the dressing room? She said, "Well, now I have to take them all back out and put them away!"I was astounded and had no words! I had more clothing to try on and some that I was going to buy, but after that, I just took the rest of the clothing in my cart back to the rack and left. I have never, ever, been treated so poorly in my 58 years of shopping. I am a courteous, friendly shopper. This kind of treatment was very uncalled for. She was an older gal, with short hair, and a splint/boot on her foot. If she would have asked me politely to help her out by taking them back to the rack, I would have gladly done that.

I’ve been to this store multiple times and have always enjoyed my experience. Today however while checking out I had a Nintendo switch controller that I was purchasing. My cashier was having a hard time getting the security tag off of it. He asked a supervisor for help and Instead of trying to get it off he ripped the entire box and said well that was the only way to get it off. I’m just glad that item wasn’t going to be a gift.
