Spoke to the pharmacy right now and a male pharmacist answered the phone, I provided all info needed for him to find the medication I was looking for, I spelled it out, described the medication and he still did not know what I was referring to. I had called 5 Walgreens before him in search of this medication due to no one having it in stock and they all knew the medication I was looking for. He was not helpful and rude.

I am truly disappointed and disheartened by my recent experience at this Walgreens location. The staff's behavior was not just unprofessional but also shockingly condescending and rude. When I sought assistance, I was met with dismissive attitudes and a complete lack of empathy or willingness to help. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the values that Walgreens claims to uphold.

I’m better off shopping at Walmart or Target, always when in need to purchase medicine, I always regret stepping foot into this specific location when I do so, there is one employee with the name of Maricela always so rude, and when is needed to ask a question regarding merchandise or my over-the-counter items either she doesn't know or starts getting loud. I asked then why is this location open if I couldn’t even ask a simple question without getting an attitude from the employee. it’s not my first encounter with this person and I hate coming here and placing negative feedback on a certain person, But this is ridiculous close this store and do this community a favor.

It's clean, and staff is attentive. As all pharmacies, hit or miss no matter what time you go. Never will give a 5 as all these stores are contributing to the over pricing of all goods.

I have had 5 bad experiences with this pharmacy. They mis counted my medication on 2 separate occasions. Then they call to tell you prescription is ready only to get there and it's not ready. Today I dropped a prescription off at 2:00 pm. They said it would be ready by 2:45. I go to pickup my prescription and they say I don't have one but my daughter does. I open the bag and MY prescription is in My daughter's name. I immediately pulled back around and asked to see the prescription paper. The rude guy at the window told me he couldn't let me see it because it was already filled. I told them I wanted a copy of it because they filled it under the wrong name and billed the wrong insurance. When I told this guy that again they messed up a prescription he asked me then why do I still come to them. I then told him I wanted a manager because I was reporting him. He told me to be free to complain and leave his drive through. I then called for the store manager and told him what happened. After giving the store manager the bottle, he tells me that now the pharmacy is saying there are 5 pills missing. I told him I just pulled in a circle when I saw the wrong name on the bottle. He then tells me there is nothing he can do about it and gives me my handwritten prescription back and told me to try to get it filled elsewhere. I never opened the bottle or assumed that they would do anything other than change the label so why would any be missing? Again someone must have miscounted the pills. The have the WORST customer service I have ever seen in over 30yrs of using Walgreens pharmacy.

Since the changes of the Pharmacist and some staff... they treat you like a number. They're not friendly on PERSON or even on the phone. Yes, you take your job seriously... but it doesn't mean you treat your customers like they're nobody! Remember customers are the reason why you have a job! Jess and Jenn their amazing! The rest ... well??? The Walgreens commercial its false advertisement.

Pharmacy is TERRIBLE! Horrible customer service. They refused to take me 2 mins after 5 just to pick up my dads prescription. Okay fine. Then the guy on the phone reassured me that the location on Larkin would be able to transfer all My prescriptions over. I called the Larkin location and the one medication we needed most could not be transferred. The guy at the pharmacy clearly said EVERYTHING could be transferred. He failed to mention that there were some exceptions. Either he didn’t know what he was talking about or was in a hurry to leave work but failed to do his job well. Unfortunately, the medication we needed most was the one they can’t transfer and my family will just have to figure it out tonight. Pharmacy please make sure to have knowledgeable staff working in your pharmacies. Clearly a customer’s health is nothing to be careless about.

I had the best experienc with a pharmacist named Jennifer. She helped me the whole time understood my situation and helped me the best she could. This was honestly the most nicest experience I ever had from a pharmacy.

*RACIST*Beware in pharmacy department. Have racist employees who make fun of their customers who can’t speak perfect English. Carpentersville is a big Hispanic community can’t believe they tolerate this kind of behavior. When asked if someone spoke Spanish, her response was ‘absolutely not’. Looking to escalate this they forgot phone calls are recorded. Next time hang up the phone clowns

lady in pharmacy (couldn't understand her as she was very "high pitched" and very fast talking) "doesn't need a story" as she put it on the phone with me, when I was trying to explain the prescriptions my son is taking. is supposed to be for. vaccines. of covid. no appointment is necessary. I am here for more than an hour waiting but the person who attended me was very rude. that only attended with appointment. that it was a polisa but there they have a sign that says no place. and still me. They left waiting today for me to tire out my commitments to be able to arrive on time. and they could not attend me that only with schedule

I would give zero stars of possible. Waited an hour to be told they don't have the medication. Complete imbeciles with zero compassion for a suffering customer. Told to drive 20 minutes away to get the medication by a very rude tech, just what you want to deal with after 5 hours in the ER. Looks like I need to try out another pharmacy, like CVS!

Pharmacy is disappointing. Rude and unsympathetic towards customers. Prescriptions take long to fill. When there are prescription issues there’s a severe lack of communication. Serious retraining needs to take place at this pharmacy location. No stars!

This place deserves a zero star!Over the last several years and more so now there have been numerous techs, pharmacists, and each time they get more ignorant and not very knowledgeable to yout health issues and they certainly do not care. Everything is call after call, wrong medication that could cost someone's life. People are given medication for epilepsy, STROKES , MLD, if they know what any of that means. Lupus, copd, MS, but what's not a acceptable is when they will not fill your meds. They are like the government, they dont care if the person is with hot the meds and what can happen to them. I lived up north and worked at a Walgreens and I can tell you they had the best pharmacist. Techs were amazing, and all of the staff were more knowledgeable than these people. They always have to " I will call the dr to clarify " bullzhit..you Ted flag everyone. I was in healthcare for over 20 years. Duhh! Oxymorons. WALGREENS BETTER GET TRAINED IN HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE, WITH MORE RESPECT. THEY NEED TRAINING 101 AGAIN..THEY HAVE BOOKS FOR DUMMIES. READ THEM!! This place is epic fall. Shut this Walgreens down ppl are better off going to Walmart for heavens sake. You really should read the comments and learn from it. The managers should really be ashamed of themselves. But they dont n could care less .CVS, target, Walmart, osco way more courteous than Walgreens will be. Drs and clinics even hospitals talk about how bad Walgreens really is and hates to hear from them as they are the drs and higher up than a pharmacist

Refused to give my 12 year old daughter the Covid vaccine because she did not have a photo ID. Last time I checked, not legal. And the whole pharmacy staff were jerks about it. So thanks for nothing.

Bathrooms are closed. First walgreens I have ever gone to that I couldn't use the restroom. Notmally I buy a drink too if I stop.God for bid you have to clean the bathrooms during covid. I drive around for a living and need to stop at places to use the bathroom and taking that away from customers is wrong.

Be very cautious with picking up your medications here... I've been shorted twice on medications. Pick up in person, at the counter, open the bag, make them recount the pills if it seems a little light. Other than that, friendly staff.

Medication was sent over yesterday from doctors picked up 1 of 2 medications said that the pain medication would be ready later in the afternoon went in today to pick up my wife’s pain medication was never entered to be filled so we have to wait more
