Garbage Pharmacy, the Pharmacist is horrible, better off talking to a wall. No real leadership. They will never answer the phone and if by chance they do, they will hung up the phone. The last prescription my 3 year old needed a inhaler with mask, took them 32 hours the get the inhaler, and then not give us the mask he needed to get the medication. No more walgreens or their pharmacy for us. Already switched pharmacy for future medication.

Absolutely garbage pharmacy. They keep you on hold for so long just to hang up once you finally get through. They’ll let you know your prescriptions are ready but when you pick up, they won’t be ready and they’ll tell you to come back in two hours. They are not friendly! In fact, theyre annoyed that you’re picking up a prescription. This has been my experience with them throughout the years.Just don’t bother coming here despite how convenient it may be due to distance. I’ll drive a little further for a more organized pharmacy with proper communication.

I sat on hold for the pharmacy for 20 mins as they kept picking up and putting me back on hold. What is wrong with these people?If you don’t like your job, get lost, let them hire people that actually enjoy helping people. Seems to me that these people are simply here for a paycheck.Awful customer service at best. It would be in Walgreens best interest to save the money and close down this branch.The past reviews I read seem to have a similar trend.

The pharmacy staff is super rude, it looks like Walgreens doesn’t pay them and they release their frustration on the customers. Almost all of staff is like that. This my 2 years experience after moved close to it. I better drive an extra mile to go to CVS now.

Tried to speak with pharmacist 3 times over 1hr and 45 min Got put on hold 3 times two hang ups. Finally call the technician phone number and he got the Pharmacist on the phone for an answer that took 15 seconds. Pharmacist admitted they were short staffed. This does not pencil out. It’s simple lack of priorities to address phones calls. I would have done this on the app but it required me to call the Pharmacist. Formal customer service will be filed.

Nobody accountable over there ..manager is a joke passes the buck..pharmacy doesn't answer calls (made 3 totaling 46min)they put you on hold with 3 people waiting every time? ..I went there today just to get a covid test that was at 10am still waiting for result 3 hrs later for a one hr test..Never seen anything like this..really its that bad!!!

I can believe this store is no longer going to be 24 hrs, every time I go for a night or am craving I am pregnant by the way and I live so close to this store , and now I won’t get to be able to buy anything in the am . The other Walgreens is too far away. Hope corporate change their mind. KEEP IT 24 hours.

Worst Walgreens that I have been in. I believe there may have been a turnover in staff.I submitted an Rx 3 weeks ago, it was out of stock. I called 4 days ago to find they received it. No one filled it. Ok. I asked that it be filled. Went there 2 days ago, sat in drive thru 20-25 minutes. The tech said someone put it back on the shelf. They would fill it but I had to go around and get in line again or go into the store.I went into the store. It was 7 deep. Women in the end started telling me how her Rx was wrong. The gentleman in front of her chimed in about the cost increases. The lady in front of him went into detail of getting the right bottle with the wrong pill in it. She also shared her conversation she had with the previous customer. It just got worst..,She gets to the counter and we all could hear her being lectured by someone behind the counter about sharing. It must have been over 5 minutes with everyone listening.I will not be returning to this Walgreens. I only switched to take advantage of the drive thru. Yet I had to go in.

I have been to so many pharmacies but this one has the worst ever pharmacy staff in the entire US. Walgreens staff is generally worst anyways due to overall poor management but this one has crossed all others. Shame on the management who doesn’t take any action. Just tired now and finally changed my pharmacy.. nightmare’s over..

Stupid stuff! they gave my husband wrong medicine 😡😡😡I had to take the same medication as him and when we compare them we saw they were totally different peels in each bottles 😡😡what if we didn't have other bottle to compare?😡😡Stupid and careless workers 😡😡

Be prepared to wait 2 hours in line at the pharmacy. Unbelievable. No matter the time of day there's a long line around the store for the pharmacy. However they run the store it's a failure. With Covid and everything having the drive through closed out of laziness is insane.

Would give zero stars if possible. Called the pharmacy to transfer a prescription and the pharmacist asked “where is it now” I explained at a Walgreens out of state and she asked the same question very abrupt and rude. When I asked for clarification she hung up on me.

Update: This pharmacy is still the worst. I had the urgent care transfer a prescription here because they were supposed to be open late. They were closed at 7. Today I pick up my prescription. I was rushed through the pick up and they didn't flavor my child's medicine. They now refuse to do so since I've brought it home. I left there two minutes ago. Stay away from this pharmacy. Thanks for not flavoring a toddlers medication.I will never use this pharmacy again. For years I've had issues. They're so understaffed it's pathetic. Drive-thru is down spent 45 minutes on hold for the line to only disconnect. I have a sick newborn I don't want to bring in the store. I GO and pick up the medicine for them to give me the wrong syringe. I have no idea how much to give her now and I'm on another 30 minute hold to more than likely get disconnected again because they don't care enough to answer their phone. Also, can't blame the pandemic, they had the same level of service pre-covid.

This pharmacy is literally the worst I’ve ever been to. They never call to tell you if there is an issue filling your prescription or if there is an insurance issue - you just have to guess and call in to wonder if they have even gotten your prescription. They make you wait for a script to be filled to later be told it is out of stock and they have no idea when it’ll be back in. And the wait time is terrible. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

No longer 24 hr. Used to be nice knowing there was one place in the neighborhood that you could get to quickly night and day for any needs. Thanks for taking that away.

Horrible service, my medicine NEVER received on time. They dont use a coupon for the med like other pharmacies, like look how mean they are!!! Also, they always gives me hard time to gets any of my med, for example, they tells me the med is in a stock then when I come to pick it up, they goes oh it’s not in stock.. ummm why in the world you do that to me or to any of the patients ? Oh not to mention that the store is not clean the floor always has sone trash on it even in front of the pharmacy counter!! I strongly don’t recommend it and I switch to a different pharmacy as enough is enough!!!

Where do I start on how HORRIBLE this store is.1. I have auto refill on medication that is needed (life or death) every month there is an issue with it saying it’s delayed. This has been going on for 2 years. What’s the point if auto refill if you still won’t have it!2. The order online and pick up in store is GARBAGE. The people rush to get your stuff and tell you it’s out of stock when in reality it’s in the store. Then they tell you cancel the order and reorder instead of just putting the items you paid for on your order.3. When they do have your online order ready the people who come out to the car are rude. You speak say thank you they don’t say anything back. Walgreens has definitely gone down hill.4. If I could have given ZERO for this store I would have!ANDREW the store manager should really train his staff.

Walgreens has become a joke. I called and was told my prescription is ready. Go to pick up and update insurance and now am told it's not ready. Maybe ready in an hour.

If I could give ZERO to this pharmacy I would. This is sooo understaffed and ridiculous answers from the staff when you tell them you have been waiting since the day before for your prescription to be ready. When you call then you are put on hold, and then hang up on you. I waited for 2hrs on the phone during two different calls and still did not get an answer. When I went to the pharmacy, then I found a huge line and rude pharmacists. 😒 Walgreens has lost its level of customer service especially this pharmacy. They are most lively making bank from the number of people still having to come here and not getting enough staff to help. Overworking staff and that causes them to be grumpy beyond belief.

Pharmacy is always messing up my prescription orders they are always late like I get it there are tons of other prescriptions to fill but why do mine always have problems. Terrible customer service at the pharmacy too.

I filled A script for my daughter's inhaler over a week ago. she needs her inhaler daily. A guy tells me " it'll be here tomorrow I guess". you guess?? we're out of medication now. guy wouldn't call other stores, said its my job. This is like the 3rd time this has happened. I recommend using different location's pharmacy!

I was assisted by David from this store and he was a breath of fresh air. I had some issues with my online order and dealt with more than one Walgreens store that day -- David was by far the most kind, helpful, and professional employee. He went above and beyond to help me. He deserves a raise or promotion. Thank you, David!

We came here last night to pick up two prescriptions for my sick daughter. They claimed they never received one of them, which was the more important of the two. I asked her to check again and she snipped "I checked once already and were busy" I showed her our visit summary that said two prescriptions were sent. She continued to be rude and said well we only got one. Dr's office was closed so I couldn't check until morning but when I did they said they had confirmation that Walgreens received them both. We transferred the script elsewhere and we won't ever use this pharmacy again.

The pharmacy at this location is terrible. There is always something wrong with the speakers in the drive thru which makes everyone have to come inside. The line has never been shorter than 10 people every time I’ve had to go inside. And for whatever reason they like to take their sweet time when trying to find your prescriptions. They can handle controlled substances but don’t know the alphabet.

It is absolutely insane that this Walgreens has received literally that same consistent complaint for this long. There is something seriously wrong with this store. Someone needs to come down from Deerfield axe axe the manager or head pharmacist at this store. My child is sick and needed medicine. The doctor called in the prescription at 8:30AM. It is now 5PM and we finally got them to admit, after calling multiple times, that they had the prescription filled since the morning, and simply lost the prescription. My child suffered for over 9 hours because of incompetence. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN!
