I usually shop at this location all the time but this past weekend I rented a truck at 7 am on a Sunday morning. Ania and Kate helped me out at the service desk. I’m posting this review because of them. They were very informative and efficient with the process. Got me in and out and on my way. Truck was in new condition and worked perfectly.

Zero stars if I could do it.I ordered a Frigidaire gas stove from them at a decent price.Well it was delivered from JB Hunt trans. Lowe's delivery service. They took my old stove and put in the new one. Well, from past experiences they always check to make sure it's working properly. Not this place!! The cord didn't even reach my outlet so they said to plug it in with an extension cord and run it for 20 minutes. Um, no... that's illegal. Called the delivery driver back and asked asked them to bring back my old stove back and they said it wasn't their problem. Called the store and now they are going to bring back the old stove and pick up the new one and give us a refund once back to the warehouse. I definitely don't recommend getting delivery services from them. They are to much in a hurry and don't care and not concerned about the problem.

What a joke of a home improvement establishment! Lacking any form of accountability but now I see that the incompetence comes down from a store manager "Jordan" Was picking up an item and received the wrong order at curbside pickup. Called curbside pickup was put on hold and eventually was hung up on. Called to speak to the store manager, was put on hold was hung up on. Called the store again asked to speak to store manager was asked who is calling I responded a customer. She needs to know my name for the store manager, I provided her my name but I asked her is it that hard to speak to the store manager. She informed me that store manager Jordan needs to know who is calling. Store manager never came to the phone. Called the store again told them the situation they sent an employee out and handed them somebody else's order later received mine. Over 30 minutes wasted. Lack of any customer service, lack of sort of responsibility, ignorance and incompetence.So be prepared Jordan needs to know your name and then Jordan will choose rather to speak to you or not! Lowes you have a problem and their name is Jordan!

The best and only place where I could buy home appliances and stuffs. This place has been a great help to us and also to the neighborhood. They have everything that we could ask for, literally everything that we need. Staffs are amazing and they are all friendly and helpful. Their selection of all products is always organized and well stocked. Everything is in a good condition and has a good quality and I can guarantee on that. Prices are also air and reasonable. We could not ask for more cause they always gave everything we need.

Margaret in custom cabinets is Amazing!!! Extremely talented and knowledgeable. She was able to take my sketch of my kitchen and turn it into reality. If you’re looking for a custom kitchen design I highly recommend working with Margaret.

Keep at least one person at a register. I'm not a Lowe's employee. I shouldn't have to scan and bag my items. Also, I have experienced a mixed bag of customer service from this location. Some times it's been good, sometimes not so much.

The pro desk is my home away from home, love these guys ! Always taken care of above and beyond, Chris is always extremely helpful and always goes above and beyond I suggest everyone open a pro account with him! James is the bread and butter of this operation as well it seems, he loves his ketchup a little too much but he is the drywall king! Great store with great folks!

I was really impressed with their service first but looking at the current situation they put me in I would never shop at any Lowe's stores ever again. I am their pro customer they took 2 days to verify if they can get the material for me after the verification they took my order then after I ordered all the other materials from other vendors as per customer's needs we installed everything at the sites and were just waiting for delivery from Lowe's and today these people after over 10 days called me and are apologizing to me and are planning to cancel my order and expecting me to apologize with my customer after investigating $20k already in the project. Worst customer service ever seen. Specifically for this order I was working with Chris and Peter in the pro desk at this location. I am never going back to Lowe's. Also would never recommend Lowe's to anyone.

We made a purchase for cabinets at this location. The sales rep was very nice and patient with us while we provided measurements and designed our dream kitchen. We had everything set for our project to begin in Nov 2022. When it was time for the cabinets to be delivered, the manufacturer was delayed with the delivery, and delayed us by a week. When the cabinets finally arrived, we began to notice they had so major damages such as scratches, drawers were off alignment. We called the manufacturer and they were able to put an order for replacements, and said it would be expressed and the old cabinets would get picked up then, unfortunately that was not true since the delivery was more than two weeks later and also did not have an order for pick up. We were now having to keep the old ones and the new ones in a space where there was already a mess. I went ahead and called lowes to see if they could take care of the pick up, was told to offer them to other people instead and if I did not find anyone who wanted them then they would schedule a pick up. No one wants damaged cabinets.I called again after Christmas and new years, since I figured it would be a better time to reset and get this finally picked up. Called the first time and spoke with the manager from cabinets and countertops who said he would schedule the pick up and let me know. Unfortunately I never heard back from him. Called again 2 days later and spoke with a female representative who informed me that there wasn't any pick up scheduled for me. She then went ahead and "scheduled the pick up" for today Sat 01/07. She also explained I would get a call with a 4 hr window for the pick up. As I noticed the time go by I decided to call again, this time speaking with the representative who we originally made the purchase with. She informed me, there wasn't any pick up scheduled for me for today. Surprise surprise, what a pattern of bad customer service. She very nicely took care of scheduling the pick up for tomorrow Sunday 1/8. The staff has been very nice about taking the call and hearing out my frustration on my last two calls, but nothing has been accomplished. I hope that with this review there can be some sense of urgency and ability to complete the work just like the one we got when we were purchasing and not continue to waste my time. This has by far been a very frustrating experience.

i have NEVER received such amazing customer support and service than i received at this store. as i'm limited to characters on here i will not go into too much detail. but if you mention trouble with a couple Ariens snowblowers ... a couple of amazing guys and a very nice lady at customer service will know what you are talking about. These 3 people went WAY WAY beyond what i ever expected. To say i received "help" is a drastic understatement. THIS is why i have bought my major appliances here. THIS is why i come back for things like snowblowers and power tools, etc. HIGHLY satisfied with this lowes.

One star is generous. I’ve been to this Lowe’s location three times now and the staff working here are rude and feel bothered to help anyone. I try not to bother anyone, as customer service is a challenging job. But, sometimes people need help. It’s quite obvious that staff here are very unhappy. I have to assume it must be bad management or general toxicity. I feel for them. Fix your culture. If customers are polite to you, you should be polite to them. I will now drive out of my way to go to another location where employees are actually polite and kind.

Such a horrible location! We ordered doors for our office! After order being late more than a month- they messed up the door. Completely different design than we expected. When placing an order we were making sure couple of times it’s the right one! Guy who help us Rich was confused with computer I don’t think he was really qualified!So bad !!!!! Such a waste of time

Please go to the other location!! Customer service is horrible!!!!!!!! It’s not the first time we made multiple offers- they took our money and forgot to place order with different vendors!! We were complaining and asking where is our order they were sending us back home to say we will call you back today - guess what - they never did !!! And at the end pray that they didn’t make any mistakes with measurements but that happened very often!! HorribleUPDATE !!!After almost 2,5 months we got our order !! Guess what . Completely different than we ordered. Guy who helped us was trying to order another one but was completely lost with computer !SO BAD ITS RIDICULOUS

Should be zero stars. We paid for their high end cabinets KitchenAid. We waited over 3 months and they missed the delivery date which cost us additional money as it through off the entire project. Once the cabinets finally arrived EVERY cabinet and door had visible damage. Scratches, poorly painted, poorly assembled (if at all), warped. And missing pieces. Lowe’s has not reached out to resolve. I have called them at least 15 times. I have gone to the store in person and been told someone is going to follow up with me. Do not waste your money. By far the Worst service and product I’ve spent this amount of money on.

They are intentionally committing fraud by mislabeling product the ladder that says $89 with no other price by it was $159. The ladder that $159 is $289. I told 2 front end managers. They said that they don't have another manager in the store. Both of them didn't even try to make any thing right

Makes no sense how a company can allow someone to place an order for 20 mini toolboxes have them still listed on the app and the site but can’t get one in the store. Oh and it’s the day before Christmas Eve. Thanks Lowe’s for ruining my niece’s Christmas

DO NOT ORDER ANY APPLIANCES HERE!!I wish I can give absolutely NO STARS!!! For the whole month of July, we struggled and waited to have a refrigerator delivered! Their delivery system is horrible! They are never on time with their delivery dates and not confirming the day they are coming! We waited twice to have our fridge to be delivered, and it never came! Until finally, we decided just to pick up the fridge at the store. When we got home, unboxed the fridge, there was a HUGE dent on the bottom left corner behind it. It disappointed us so much that Lowes do not care about their customers and how they handle their merchandise. We have been patient with Lowes during this whole situation and did not wanted to give them a hard time. But after driving 45 mins to pick up this fridge, we still ended up with a damage fridge!!!! This is an experience we learned that we are never going to shop or order anything from Lowes again!!. Do not waste your time with Lowes. Honestly, just go to Home Depot or Menards.

I had carpet replaced through Lowe's in my upstairs. The actual carpet work was good and workers were friendly.However after looking over the job there were massive cuts in my bed sheets from what I assume is a razor blade when the bed was laying on its side in my master bedroom and carpet was being pulled up (my best guess at least).These were our nice sheets that were a couple hundred dollars so it was quite frustrating and very strange to see.What is more frustrating is that I explained the problem to a Lowe's rep. He sort of doubted that they did this like I am going to invent a story about sliced sheets but asked me to send an email with photos and he would discuss with his manager and get back to me.It's been about 3 weeks since I sent the email and another follow up email a week ago was also ignored.I won't be returning to this Lowe's store and beware of damage to your property when using them for service jobs.

Lived up to their name of low customer service. My father that is on hospice at had his water heater go. I figured I'd give lowes a try because they had a same day service option. BIG mistake. First it was delivered by a woman that asked me to get it out of her car which wouldn't have been a problem but was right in the middle of cooking dinner. Next she didn't leave the install kit. Called back they said she was going to bring it, never happened. Opened up the water heater it was damaged. This is where the fun really began. First wouldn't give me a refund until she brought the kit back to the store. She didn't deliver it to me what makes you think that she's going to bring it back to the store then I asked if they could have someone bring me out a water heater in one of their load and goes they won't do that so meanwhile I have a water tank that's leaking a damaged water tank that I can't use no installation kit and no help whatsoever as far as customer service goes ended up returning it finally after 3 to 4 days and they charged me the delivery fee which makes no sense hopefully this helps someone out in the future if something goes wrong this place won't do anything for you with places like Home Depot and Menards that go out of their way to take care of the customer I don't know why anybody would shop Lowe's

Offer free carpet installation but measure much more sqf than your room has. When I asked where they got so many sqf, no one answered me. This is a real scam. I do not recommend buying anything there at all, if they despise their customers so much.

Never have I been more displeased and upset by the quality and craftsmanship of a product bought at this store. Over the last three weeks I have spent countless hours trying to purchase, pickup, assemble, and complete a outdoor fire pit as a gift for my mother every step of which has been a hassle on Lowe's end. As we worked together to put this fire pit together, pieces of it continuously fell apart. We have decided that we will no longer be shopping with Lowe's due to their inability to assist with simple tasks such as pickup and customer service.
