We’ve been taking Phoebe to the Carol Stream Central bark for about two months now and she absolutely loves it. We bring her twice a week for the Enrichment Day Care and she’s always smiling and satisfied when we pick her up. The handlers do an incredible job making sure all of the dogs are safe, comfortable, and happy while in their care. They get plenty of time to play with the other dogs, while also getting some time for rest and enrichment. We are so grateful for the staff at Central Bark, they have always been so kind and accommodating. We were lucky enough to have her boarded before we were even members. Your pet will be in the best of hands here!

We attend the free puppy hour, which is great! Danielle is very knowledgeable, educates us on how to understand the puppies social cues. We also attend the daycare, in which we are confident our Junebug is well cared for! We got an update in the middle of the day and reviewed her behavioral assessment at the end of the day. This is something we will continue!

I took my little yorkshire for grooming and I loved his haircut. It was the first place in the area that did exactly the way I have asked for! Johnny was calm by the time I went pick him up. The new groomer guy is super nice and did a good job 😉

I have not yet brought my cockapoo Frankie to Central Bark but I want to take this opportunity to sing the praises of Liz Kriescher, a wonderful groomer that recently joined the team at Central Bark Carol Stream. We’ve used her services for several years and have always been very happy with the end results, so happy in fact we travel miles to have her groom our Frankie. Liz loves dogs and loves what she does. My dog, Wicket, had his first day of day care and it went great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I am positive that Wicket will enjoy his upcoming day care days as he becomes more familiar.

Do not board here! Our dog was left alone for 24 hours, and when we arrived the next morning to pick her up, no one was there. We had to call the police in order to get our dog, and she was covered in her own urine and feces. Staff and owner have zero communication, and do not know how to run a business or take care of a dog.

I’ve been taking my dog (2yo portie-doodle, Dunham) to this Central Bark location for slightly under a month now (once a week, day care) and Dunham and I both could not be happier with the excellent customer service, the fantastic play time, and the simple yet effective scheduling process. Even before we were regulars, the team at Central Bark was eager to help and service us both however we needed, and that has remained a theme! I am so happy we found Central Bark, and we are looking forward to many more “school days” there!

Took my Yorkie to get groomed and all they did was shave him off, they cut off his lashes, whiskers and only some nails where cut and others were left long. Still charge my husband $70! If it was up to me I woud have not paid a penny for this mediocre job they did. We will never take any of our dogs there again.

I have only positive things to say! The staff is all amazing and very helpful! My dog Is enrolled in their training class for older pups and it has been a phenomenal experience! Sarah, the trainer, is the BEST and has helped my dog to grow in every way! Prior to classes my dog was very nervous around new dogs and in new spaces, and now she is so confidence and loves to play with new dogs she meets! I could not be more happy with my experience at Central Bark in Carol Stream!!

We have been taking our dog Boba to Central Bark for about a month, and it's been amazing! I cannot say enough great things about this place, I would give it 10 stars if I could. Boba loves coming here and playing with his friends. Every morning we drive over to start his day at central bark, Boba's tail starts wagging because he knows exactly where we are going and once we park he is ready to burst out of the door and into the facility. The staff here is amazing as well. Boba is so excited to see them as soon as we step in. They truly treat your pet as if it's their own. If you're looking for the best daycare for your pet, Central Bark in Carol Stream is it.
