Well well well went here to get the blue impala. Drove 2 hours to get here, pulled up and everyone went inside. Walked around the lot for about 7 minutes. No one came out. Finally I go inside to get a salesperson and ask about the vehicle. As we are here looking at the vehicle. This older white couple pulled in. And I kid you not, before they could shut the doors on their vehicle. Someone was beside them. Had cash in hand and left with no car due to service and the fact they wanna max out DOC FEES

I purchased my first car with them I was extremely nervous but they helped me with all of the paper work and even put my license plates on for me. They were extremely friendly and seeing the shop dogs was a bonus!

Recently bought a used oldsmobile bravada and traveled over 2 hours to pick it up. The bright light bulbs were burned out, a tail light was burned out, and one of the fog lights is burned out. The car had about 10 plug in air fresheners in the vents, I now know why they were there, the car smells horrible like dog urine. I lifted the hood, the entire engine area is filthy, none of the tires match and I had to replace both key fob batteries as they were dead. Pretty disappointed.

Recently got a Cadillac SRX4 from here.Had a hiccup but it was made right.Josh,James,Diane and Allan are all top notch people who go out of their way to make sure everything is right and that you're happy with your purchase!!!Never considered going anywhere else but here;they came HIGHLY recommended!!!They did not disappoint!!!Wish I could leave 100 stars!!

In search of a new car for my Nana, I came across a WONDERFUL deal at L&L. It was a bit of a drive for us, but was so worth it! In addition to the amazing car we purchased, we were also very fortunate to be at the acquaintance of a lovely family-ran dealership. The young man who assisted us was down-to-earth and friendly (not pushy at all) and the establishment was warm and welcoming. My favorite part of our experience was that I got to snuggle with the family dog, Artisan (Artie) Mae while my Nana settled the paperwork. Hands down the best experience I’ve EVER had while car shopping! I highly recommend L&L Carlock!

Dianne and Allen are the only folks I would even consider dealing with when in the market for a new vehicle. This is a full service shop as well. They are the only place around I would trust to work on my vehicles. Whether its mechanical or body work the prices are fair and the quality is top-notch!!

We purchased our Acadia almost a year ago. Very nice people however the car has been nothing but headaches and problems since we purchased. We should have known when we had to take the car back immediately after purchase to fix the tires and all the headlights. I know it is a used car and I'm unsure of the inspection process but this one failed and unfortunately we, that have no car knowledge, rely on trusted salespeople to give us what the car is worth with not daily problems. I guess our error to do such a thing. Definitely feel "ripped off". We will not go back here for any other purchases and will stick to major dealerships. For now...on to another fix :(
