I've been on the fence about leaving a review for this company, 3 years to be exact. The purchase of our floor model hot tub went well and the staff were great and patient with us throughout the process, especially whilst we had our new patio laid. Delivery went well, installation and everything was great. The problem came when the installer told us that we didn't have the subwoofer for our entertainment system, and he would be back to put one in for us. When we called for an estimated timeline, we were told that we didn't have an entertainment system. They then came on to our property without warning or without asking us, and then removed the system from the hot tub. I'm still bitter about it but not so much that I won't deal the company again 3 years on. It just took away everything that this hot tub was about with it being classed as a party tub, and because of that, we've barely used it. They did offer us a discount on a sound system but as far as we were concerned, we had one. It was an underhanded way of dealing with the situation and left us very upset with the purchase.

The product the sold was defective from the factory. They made several attempts to fix it and it is just not right. Problem still exists. And not made good on the warranty to replace it. Like buying a new car that leaks, and can’t be fixed..—After the Post the Pool company immediately came and replaced the unit. It has been functioning properly now and we are very happy with the Spa and the quick response we received from the business to rectify the problem. We do know that the problem was not yours but from the manufacturer. Good work to you and your fellow workers for the instant response and replacement.
