I attended a party at the club house. When we arrived rug was filthy grass everywhere. Tables were sticky and nasty filthy. We had to clean it ours selfs to be able to help decorate.The bathrooms had piss all over the floors and urinals were disgusting. I would not recommend renting this facility ever. The kitchen that they provided for them the refrigerator smelled like death super filthy. If I were the people who rented the club house I would have never paid. What a disaster.

Favorite disc golf course in town.Very challenging and technical.Maintenance has been getting better since 4-5 years ago! Fairways are mowed and expanded some to accommodate throws that don't exactly go as planned.It's been great for the community to have more support being shown here. And the more players come sign in to play for FREE, the more the clubhouse will see that the disc golf course is worth their time and effort.

Played this golf course for the first time 10/10/21 while visiting family in Southern Illinois and enjoyed it tremendously. The course was in great shape and the layout was fantastic. This course is beautiful and a lot of fun to play and yet challenging at the same time. I will definitely be back whenever in town.

Tees, fairways, and greens are always in excellent shape. It is a beautiful setting with a good mix of both challenging and easy holes. The driving range is big and there is plenty of room for everyone, you will not be close to anyone else, and the range is well maintained. The sand traps are in poor condition and this is the only reason for a 4 star review.I play at several courses in the southern Illinois area and this is my personal favorite. I will likely be a member here vs crab orchard, stone creek, kokopelli, etc. It is not for everyone though. My friends are high handicappers and they generally struggle here. The course will demand some placement and shaping of shots..especially playing off the back tees.

Disc Golf Course could be one of the best in Southern Illinois... Barley any maintenance done to it... Over grown in so many places. It also needs Tee Pads... Come on guys you can do better! The ball golf course looks good though.

The tees,and fairways were in great shape. The greens were fully grown in but I thought slow for how good they looked. The bunkers we're full of water but should not be there, my bad. I will go back again for sure.

I play here all the time. It is arguably the best course in the area. Nice layout, and the conditions are very good. One exception is some of the bunkers... Little to no sand. Make sure you stop in the clubhouse for a cheeseburger. They are awesome!

I ordered a cheese burger to go. Cook washed her hands for 5 seconds. Using No soap?? She then proceeded to make my cheese burger with her bare hands,??? Digging her fingers into the patty??? Ugh!! I paid for the meal left and threw it in The Trash down the street.

Great golf course. The greens were slick and fast but rolled so true. Course was hard to know where to go the first time because of lots of blind landing spots and dog legs but this course was awesome. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because they had old school grass that makes chipping fromThe rough so hard. Guys in the pro shop were super nice

What a beautiful golf course!!! 25$ on Monday and I promise you won't find a better deal. Very scenic country setting great conditions on fairways and greens. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars would be the traps. Kinda rocky,and very hard but they were working on them as we played. If you are in the area and like golf I suggest you play here. You will not be disappointed.

Staffs are very friendly and honest, charging me only usd 30/ pax. Bad rental clubs though. Challenging course, a little soggy. I enjoyed a good day of golf in Carbondale!

From the Chicago suburbs. One of the most fun layouts I have played and I have played in several states. Great rate and Don in the golf shop was fantastic. A must play if you are in the area.

The DISC GOLF course that’s on the property has always been overgrown, poison ivy everywhere due to it not being maintained. I don’t recommend this course unless you want to loss discs and get a ton of poison ivy and ticks!!!

We played a two day scramble at Hickory Ridge over the weekend. Course was in great shape for late March, greens were excellent.Friendly staff as well, STRONG 💪RECOMMENDATION!!!

Wonderfully affordable venue that's home to the SIU golf teams. Dense tree-lined fairways that, at times, made me seem like I was the only person playing the course. Huge greens and bunkers along with rolling fairways, make this course challenging. Definitely try this place--

I didnt expect much from the disc golf course because it was at a golf course but I was pleasantly surprised. There was a good mix of open and timber shots. It took me about an hour and a half solo at a fast pace so I'd suggest blocking off 2 to 2.5 hours to play it

Course Ranger is a joke. Yelled at us for slow play when we followed a high school practice match. Go to Keller’s or Jackson County instead! Much nicer staff! Don’t waste your money on this course!

a little off the beaten path but well worth it, great course and still plenty green despite the lack of rain this summer. Wasn't too expensive but wasn't cheap either. Would play again if I am in the area.

What a gem for this area. They do need to fix or abandon the sand traps (a total mess)! And it wouldn't hurt that they marshaled the course to move play along a bit quicker.
