I had a wonderful experience. I was helped by many but specifically a very welcoming, knowledgeable, patient and enjoyable employee with their wide variety of cheese, meats, crackers and some other items. Ian gave me and my significant other a wonder experience (and hope im remembering his/their name correctly). I really appreciate the enthusiasm and patience and I wanted to somehow express my gratitude as it was the first time trying to make our own charcuterie board- that turned out to be absolutely delicious!!!

Always a great shopping experience. I find something new to try each time I step in. Found poke bowls to try this time. Prices are competitive and my family loves the food so much that we eat everything we purchase, nothing sits for days in the refrigerator due to lack of interest. Beautiful and colorful flower arrangements to brighten up snowy winter weather.

Aurora Mariano’s on Eola is the ABSOLUTE WORST and doesn’t even deserve the Mariano’s name. I stop at this location only when desperate for a close grocery in route home from work. Every time I vow to NEVER return and this time I’m really done. It gets worse every time and today wasted an hour of my life. MARIANOS IS DEAD TO ME LOL. Shotty coupon policies, dirty, long deli wait time, they pulled hot and cold food bars, horribly under-staffed, etc. This visit I decided a trip to service desk AGAIN (as with every trip) to correct pricing errors, was not worth the $3 savings. Never again - ever. HELLO JEWEL and ALDI, MY NEW BESTIEs.

Great selection of alternative proteins, vegetarian and vegan. The sustainable regenerative meat products are also great. Wish there was a cull free egg product but I know this is a wide industry problem.

The blonde woman working the self check out line around 3:10pm on Dec 29, 2023 was really rude and addressed me in a belittling manner. Needs to work on her communication skills with younger people, I’m 24 and younger-looking, yet she was talking to me like I was some clueless child, but at the same time, she was super nice to the older customers. Not an OUNCE of politeness nor a greeting was presented, just profound rudeness.I would also like to add, the red haired gentleman with the glasses working on the floor was SUPER NICE and even offered to grab me a basket when my hands were full! Truly a kind and thoughtful soul, so thankful for him! Will be coming back due to his kindness and excellent service.

Six years ago I would give 4 stars.Currently shopping at Mariano’s is disappointing to see the front end cashier Andrew totally disregard a customer when they were thanking for the honoring of an expired sale price that was not taken off. And then for them to call security out on the floor after their disregard displayed the worst type of customer service there is for a prestigious and prominent Retail store of the area. Make you wonder about the standards and expectations of the employee that is currently acceptable.

I used to like going to this store but now it’s severely understaffed. They have all the checkout people and managers doing the work of 2-3 people and the customer experience is terrible. No fault to them. The checkout takes forever even if you use one of the self-checkouts too.Kroger or Albertsons or whoever owns Mariano’s now needs to pay workers a living wage so they can attract people to work here. It’s unfair what the people who are working there have to go through so execs can get bigger bonuses.I should also mention how the prices have far exceeded inflation and is now just gouging people.

Shopping at Mariano’s use to be pleasant for me until last Saturday. I purchased a few items and went to the cafe to prepare a package to send off at the post office. I bought a cup of coffee and ate a few of my white chocolate macadamia cookies while I prepared my package. When attempting to leave the store my cart was stuck in the door and it would not move forward or backwards. Apparently there is an electronic device on the cart that is attached to the receipt. I went through the self service register but did not pick up my receipt. So the electronic device on the cart thought I stole my groceries, and would not let me leave the store. A manager helped pull the cart back in. We went back to the register I used, to print out a duplicate receipt. Well they could not print one, but the girls remembered me and said I could go. I told them I wanted them to print the receipt and tell me why this happened. I was told that after you purchase your groceries, you have a specified amount of time to leave the store. But no one on the front end told me that and they knew I was going back to the cafe. The manager did not know why I was retained! Make sure you grab your receipt if you go to the cafe! Or just leave the store promptly to avoid being subjected to embarrassment.

Almost all necessary groceries are available in good number of variety. I loved their ready foods, specially the soups. However, the ice cream lady arrogant. She's didn't bother to look at us to answer her questions. They weren't serving ice cream at the moment for some reason but she wasn't polite at all.

Went to buy Fried Chicken. Got in line had a Young Cashier. Called another young girl and they kept telling me we don't take A bank card that is a mastercard. Will let everyone know not to go to Mariano's. Because. Alot of bank cards are Mastercards, Visa. JEWEL,Walmart,Target all take this card. You have lost my Business. . Actually all stores take it but Mariano's.

Very very disappointed. Sunday November 20th, I purchased a pkg of pork chops. They were spoiled🤢. Took them back. Got a another pkg🙂. Only to get back home and these are spoiled as well🤢🤬. Wasn't going to make another trip. Gas isn't cheap nowadays. Unfortunately had to order out😔. Not happy😡

Digital coupons at Mariano’s what a joke! You first need a card, then you need to clip the digital coupons you will use. You go to they store, it doesn’t work, they charge you full price, manager does nothing for customer service and leaves the cashier hanging. Overall charged over $30 for my order. Can’t wait for the Jewel takeover! What poor management at the store on Mew York Ave in Aurora. I will never go back.

EXCELLENT customer service every time. I've had their help several times now with getting set up with my rewards card and getting items on sale. They are patient, honest, and helpful. Not to mention the great sales and discounts on my favorite items.

I’ve been shopping at this location for over five years now, but today I decided to shop somewhere else from now on.They are always in lack of products, like vegetables and fruits especially, even if they do they are bad.Meat department got worse, most of the meets are grey/red color, the other day I bought shrimp and had a food poisoning.Avocados are $1.49 each and they are absolutely awful and all rotten, mangoes as well.Watermelons are bad also.I’ve been shopping at other Marianos location but this one is the worst by far,Good bye neighbors.

I have been ignored by employees at the deli and the meat counter while they stocked or changed paper rolls instead of helping the multiple waiting customers. I didn't even get meat from the meat counter because they wouldn't acknowledge my presence as they scurried in and out of the back room.8/14 6-7pm for manager reference.

Great selection and always fresh food. Really like the fresh made cheese popcorn. Competitive sale prices. Usually go once or twice a week. I’d give it higher rank but check out can be a nightmare. Only 4 self check outs and for whatever reason this neighborhood is full of shoppers that are challenged and don’t understand the concept of self check out. It is Not for a cart full of groceries and for godsake use a credit card. Waiting for someone to feed coins and bills into the machine after scanning 35 items makes me want to blow my top off.

The customer service worker Lara was extremely rude. She appears to really hate her job and she treated my son and I like an inconvience to her day. When I walked up for help. She looked right at me and walked away. I waited and asked around if any could help me. Two other amazing associates called Lara to the customer service desk to assist me. Once Lara arrived she snatched my receipt and left the desk again. After she returned she explained she couldn’t not help me. She handed me my receipt and looked at me like she was disgusted. I’m unsure why she treated me so horrible. I really feel she was a racist. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life and all I did was ask for help. I just want to warn others of this cruel employee.

Terrible selection of meat and produce. The good meat behind the counter lasts maximum 1 day. The sale meat lasts you through that night only.Go to Walmart. Same produce. Cheaper price. Better air quality control for meat.

I grew up shopping at Kroger, so when I moved to the area, I was glad to find that Kroger owned Mariano's. Kroger brand food is usually pretty decent. The employees are all very nice even though they are understaffed. The meat counter is always filled with fresh stuff. I love that they have Italian sausage for super cheap. The produce can be so-so at times. That seems to be a trend at a lot of places right now though.

Decent store for groceries. With respect to veggies and fruits, they need to have more organic items. They also need to have more in-house bread. Flowers are very expensive. Milk is very good.

Very similar to HEB if you're from Texas or Publix if you're from Florida/Alabama.A little pricey but better options than Jewel Osco in my opinion.They have these butterflake rolls that they make that are sooooo good and a fresh juice counter by the front entrance that has great juice options as well 👌

The worst grocery store in our community. Absolutely no integrity. The price of an item rings higher than what is marked in the grocery area and they have been adjusting the price for me for the last 3 weeks. So I told them today to either mark the correct price so that the marked price is the same as what I am being charged. They quickly go and replace the $1.99 tag with $2.29 tag and then asked me to go with them to show $1.99 price knowing fully that I had already talked to the lady in the grocery area about it before picking up that items and she had already told me that the label is $1.99.. Jewel grocery will never do that.

I want to give a shout out to your prepared foods department....awesome variety of foods that are delish, incredible broasted Chicken and a deal, great Mac & cheese white cheddar, Italian pasta salad yummy, buttered potatoes, prime rib good for quick lunch, vinegar coleslaw, incredible cakes, pies, & pastries and many many more itemsReasonably priced. ....my husband goes there after work most Saturdays instead of fast food, WAY better too!So thank you

The grocery part of the store is great. I usually go here to get something from the Squeez’d smoothie bar.For some reason it’s rarely staffed now, but they do have pre-made smoothies in a cart in front. Unfortunately, when they are out of the one I want it’s either impossible, or takes forever to get someone there.Today I wanted to order two. One for now and one in the plastic 20oz bottle they put the ones in the cart in because I wasn’t going to be news done tomorrow. The girl working had the bottles out and was working on other smoothies. I asked for two and one in the bottle so I could have tomorrow. She stated I could not get one in the bottle as those were for to-go. I stated I was taking it to go. She wouldn’t do it and said she was going to make some soon and I could wait.What the…Why would I wait when she could just make two and pour one into the bottle. I wasn’t asking for anything ridiculous or time consuming. She had the bottles out already and was going to fill them anyway.It’s extremely frustrating that customer service has gotten down to this level of laziness these days.

Love this grocery store. Everything I've ever purchased that is made fresh on site is amazing. From the bakery to the sushi it never disappoints. Fried chicken for the big game? No problem. Pot pie for the loneliest of Tuesday nights? They got you covered. Fantastic prices as well. If you don't have a Mariano's card, you are literally wasting money.

I love the deli and meat department here. Great, ready to grill meats, awesome side salads, nice salad bar in fact, to go lunch deals from deli, actually a wine and beer section to rival most liquor stores. This place is high on my list and if it was a little closer to home would be a regular. I still make the drive. Give it a go!

The bang shrimp salad featured in the deli section is highly delectable and richly.good, excellent coffee station, the associate tending to the carts with the goatee (name escapes) was profoundly helpful in answering my product questions. Always good experience.

Locations are great! I have one right near my home! The grocery prices are reasonable and the home cooked meals are very tasty! I was surprised at how good their meatloaf was and their spicy chicken wings were very flavorful! The egg potato salad was a bit meh. However, If you don’t feel like cooking but desire a home cooked meal, I would suggest take out at Mariano’s!
