Rebecca is a fantastic groomer and is soo good with my dog. My dog gets very nervous in certain situations and Rebecca is so understanding and kind with her. I won't take my dog to get groomed anywhere else!

I’ve been taking my dog here for the past 3 years. I wish I could give them 10 stars! They do an incredible job and I like that they don’t have too many dogs in the salon at once. They bathe and groom my dog in under 2hours. She is not stressed out when I go to pick her up. Thank you, Grooming Spa for always taking such good care of her when she is with you.

I was recommended to come here by two other people who have dogs that don't especially like other dogs. The two women who run this place are incredibly friendly and really seem to enjoy what they do. Since they usually have only 1-2 dogs at a time, they're great about focusing on your pet's individual needs. The prices are very reasonable, too.My very hairy corgi, who dislikes dogs, but, apparently, loves skunks, did extremely well here. In fact, she wanted to stick around even after she was finished! I had her bathed, dried, nails, ears, and teeth done. The works, and she left there very happy and calm. As did i!

I have been coming to the Grooming Spa since Becky and Sandy became owners. I drive out here from Chicago. They are the only groomers I take my Lucky to go see. He is usually a very difficult dog to groom, and I know they always do a great job and he is treated with love. You will love bringing you fur baby here. Thank you ladies for doing such a great job!

Very friendly family run Groomer that does a great job. They only take a couple of dogs at a time so your pets get personal attention and don't sit in cages. They are very popular, though, so expect a week or two wait if you haven't booked ahead!

Bring my dog in for an appointment scheduled a week in advance. Once I get there they tell me, “Oh, I’m sorry we called and left you a voicemail that we needed to reschedule because we had to let a groomer go.” I asked when did you call and person tell me a couple days ago. I check my phone, no one ever called. It’s nice being lied to. Needless to say, will never contact this company again.

The owner Christine was very nice and professional when I called to make my appt. I took my small mixed breed dog to have him groomed and was assigned to a horrible woman ( I think christine said it was her mom...) She was rude and disrespectful to me, and my dog is now bald. I am told by other friends that there is a good groomer there, but they warned me about the mom -- too late, he is down to his pink skin as the weather is turning cold. I am so upset about how I was treated and how bad my dog looks. Christine, you have some loyal patrons, I cannot be one of them because of this experience.
