This place is just outrageous. We had ordered 2 cookie dough blizzards but one was small and the other medium. Originally, the lady at the window said 2 mediums so we had to correct her and say one was a small. When we got to the window, she had threw the change in my hand after I paid and closed the window. It took about 45 minutes for our blizzards to come out because there were 2 workers but only one of them was actually working. We got our blizzards but both were small,melted and had barely any cookie dough.

Food was fresh but service was sub par and they will nickle n dime you. Ordered a 4 pc chix tender /w onion rings and was only allowed 1 condiment and when I requested another I was told it would be just under $1. Funny thing was 1st condiment cup wasn't even 2/3 of the way full (yes these were hand packages cups). Won't be back!!!!!

Usual good Dairy Queen ice cream, conveniently located in Arcola, just off the Interstate. There is drive thru, dine-in and online ordering. Good chilli-dogs and chicken tenders. Plenty of parking. A good choice for when you are traveling on the road and close to a gas station, so you can take care of everything before getting back on your trip.

We stopped in to order a fish sandwich and chicken strips. We planned on dining in but it was so hot inside we made it a to go order instead. I mentioned how hot it was and the counter person said, "You think it's hot in here?"As far as the food goes, the chicken strips were room temperature at best. They were also very dry. The bun on the fish sandwich was over toasted to the point it was very hard and not edible.No wonder there was only two people in the dining room.I do not recommend this DQ restaurant.

If I could give no stars I would. My foodWas very cold. The manager was literally going back and forth with me about ice cream & What size I ordered. The Indian man. He wouldn’t give me his name. He said he was the owner & manager. They are very unsanitary. So nasty! Do not waste your money or take your kiddos. So disgusting. With horrible customer service.

I stopped in for a drink and a pup cup after a softball game this evening. The employee, maybe a manager, offered the pup cup for free, which was super nice. As my bestie finished her treat in the parking lot, the employee popped his head out the door to ask me if she needed some water. It was such a sweet gesture that warmed my heart. I don’t get down to Arcola often, but if I do again, I’ll definitely return. Thanks for going above and beyond!

Gross. Thankfully the bathrooms were at the entrance and we stopped there first. The women’s bathroom was horrid. Gross stuff growing in the toilet bowls, no soap, one toilet had the tank lid sitting on the toilet seat but no out of order sign. I turned around and went across the street to the Golden Arches.

Exterior was updated, interior dining area was updated too. However, neither of those things make up for the food quality. Burgers were cold (dare I say they were microwaved?!) Fries were not crispy, sundae was half melted when served. Service was adequate, but not overly friendly. Look for a different DQ on your route! Lots in the area.

I order a 4 peice chicken strip basket, a small cookie dough blizzard with marshmallow, and a large Dr Pepper with no ice. I got a 3 price chicken strip basket and no toast, my blizzard had nuts in it and was almost melted, and my drink had ice in it. I also did not receive a receipt and when I got home (I live two blocks away) my food was cold like it had been sitting out! It also took forever to get and I was in the drive up. Not happy and I will not be getting food from here again! Thankfully I’m not allergic to nuts or this could have been really bad because I didn’t know until I took a bite! Honestly I wish I could give no stars! I will say the staff were nice and did replace my drink but I didn’t notice anything else until I got home.

Quick and great food... The bathrooms are less than desirable though, considering I am an average frame person and I could not sit down in the stall without my knees hitting the door in front of me. The bathrooms were not the dirtiest I have been in, but they were also not the cleanest.

We went through the drive thru for ice cream on our way home from Champaign. The service was good, polite and fast. The ice cream was good. I had a hot fudge malt and it was blended well.

This place is so dirty. The person preparing the food was not wear gloves or hair net or a hat. They had just opened and there was food pieces on the floors and tables and chairs and the bathrooms were gross I WILL NOT EAT Their again it was filthy

Nice dining area. Chicken strip basket didn't taste that great, and like someone else commented, the gravy was like water. I'm here at noon on a Monday, and only 2 other customers in dining area. Nice place, but needs work with their food quality.

To no fault of the workers there tonight that I could tell, the experience could have been better. I visited this location on our way back from the August 21 Solar Eclipse and I think whoever did the schedule here did not get the memo. The line was extremely long, saw one couple leave the line. My friend and I got in the line twice though, once for breakfast and then for icecream. There were 2 registers but only one was being used. The staff was handling the pressure well though, they didnt look phased. My friend and I were going to use the washroom but didnt see it until we were leaving because they were hiding in the room between the 2 sets of doors and we heard others complaining about the state of the facility. Overall a good experience.

Ice cream is always good but the bathrooms are disgusting. The men's room adult urinal was on the verge of overflowing and my grandma told me that the women's room reeked and that she could barely breathe the whole time she was in there.

Had a very long wait, and the food tasted like in been in the microwave for 45 minutes. The staff was nice friendly and polite, But the bathrooms where gross and most of the tables hadn't been wiped off. Overall the restaurant wasn't very clean.
