I go shopping here for my cats. They're older and picky, but I've found a variety of food and treats they've taken a liking to. They even paw at the bags we bring home! The rewards program is simple and requires no fuss-- you just shop and earn points. All the staff are kind and helpful. Thanks for helping keep our kitties happy. :)

I was in the area, so I thought I'd take my dog here for some birthday toys and treats. Nobody really pay us any attention, there were like 3 people gathered around the counter chatting. Couldn't even find toys for him because all the toys are for bigger dogs. I wasn't impressed at all. I ended up taking him somewhere else where the employees are always super friendly, and he always gets treats and attention.

I’ve been going to this Bentley’s Pet stuff for a little over 3 years now and I only have all positive things to say. Since the pandemic, the groomer has changed quite a bit, but the current groomer Melissa is great! She’s very friendly, does a great job grooming and super helpful with scheduling appointments especially through text. Also the staff there is great. It’s harder to get supply on pet food but they give samples for your pet to try and call you when the food is in stock. I appreciate their help and knowledge.

I drove 10 miles to pick up dog food and I only had two $100 bills the total for my purchase was $97 and I was only going to get less than three dollars back and change and they would not except my hundred dollar bill. I explained that that’s all I had and they wanted me to go to the bank and exchange it, I thought that was poor service so now I’m driving all the way to another Bentleys because I will not buy dog food from the store again

What a lovely experience at Bentley’s. Our minigoldendoodle is a skittish guy and needs a little extra love when getting groomed. Melissa made sure he felt right at home and eased him into the process while addressing all of our questions. His cut came out adorable and it was such a comfort getting to see the grooming station before leaving him. The entire staff at Bentley’s was so kind and warm and the store was flawlessly clean! They have certainly gained a new customer for sure. Couldn't recommend them enough!

There aren't too many stores that you can walk into and take anything off the shelf, knowing that it won't have harmful ingredients in it. What I like about Bentley's is just that- fair pricing, and good chews, treats, food, and toys, minus the preservatives like BHT, artificial colors, arts artificial flavors.

Cute shop with quality food and treats for my dog. I go here for my pups treats. Whenever I had questions about my new puppy or needed suggestions for my puppy they always know how to guide me. Every person working there is kind and knowledgeable about dogs!

Even though it’s pricey, I keep going back to Bentley’s because Carlie is so friendly and knowledgeable. I always have questions and she is right there with an answer. She takes the time to listen and, based off of what I tell her, she’s able to recommend the best products for my pets. Most recently she’s been super helpful with explaining allergy relief, why allergies are bad right now and how to lessen the itching my dogs are experiencing.

I love Melissa (the groomer). My mini schnauzer has severe anxiety and Melissa is so patient and kind. She even lets me stay with her during the grooming. She puts so much care into what she does. It’s just a bonus that the cut is perfect as well. ❤️

The staff at Bentley’s is always so warm and welcoming! I am sure I can find cheaper grooming services elsewhere, but the friendliness of the staff keeps me coming back. The service we receive from Brittany for my two German Shepherds is second to NONE. Thank you, Brittany, for the amazing job as usual!

We were nervous about getting our dog groomed since she is deaf and can be easily frightened. We decided to give Bentley's a try since it's one on one grooming and Brittney was a breath of fresh air! She made sure to take her time and give our dog her good job sign to ensure she felt comfortable. We will definitely be using the grooming at Bentley's from here on out.

I seriously love this place! My boyfriend and I only get pet food here and other miscellanies stuff and all the staffs are super friendly and knowledgeable. We have been going here for almost 2 years now.When we first went to Bently’s we just got a German Shepherd and they recommended great subscription boxes and answered all the questions we had. Our cat also had a problem with throwing up after eating and we thought maybe he was just eating too fast. We use to feed him royal chain. So we decided to change his food to Essence Ranch & Meadow Formula Grain. Once we started him on the new food he stopped throwing up! It’s a miracle and we’re so happy we found this store!

The girls working here are always knowledgeable and friendly. The last time I was in, I complained about having a super SUPER chewer and they had lots to suggest. I like being able to grab pretty much anything off the shelf with the confidence of knowing nothing in what I'm buying is full of gross or unnecessary ingredients.

What a delightful experience I had today with the staff at the Algonquin Store. The owners should be happy they have such a dedicated employee.I was greeted right away and engaged. Upon explaining what I was looking for we both went to the aisle and started looking for the pet food I was interested in. I was even given a little education on how to find the phosphorous content. I will be back....
