False advertising of sales. They had multiple signs up stating buy 1 get 1 free on hat/glove combos, when I mentioned the signs stating the sale the cashier walked over and ripped the signs down in front of me and said the sale was old.

They need repair their, discount app for discounts.. I had 22.00 on coupons clipped..only would acknowledge the Saturday 5.00 off coupon..even tried to scan the products. Had to pay full price. They said it happens a lot..but on more positive note, I like Family Dollar an the manager an associates.

They are switching out the dog treats my dogs love,Lovin' Tenders, for Ashland Farms. My dogs are not happy.

2 girls working at store talk about customers in front of you then don't get your order straight and forget to put items in bag. The other day one was sitting at computer starting at it the other was stocking I did there 5 min and finally asked who was working she didn't get up just said she will be with you in a minute. Act like the y don't want to wait on you last 3 visits I left not happy at all

If I could have rated this store negative I would have. A certain Employee was rude to my 3 year old daughter asked her unless she was buying the Halloween mask not to touch it. First of all I understand covid is going on but there are other proper ways of speaking and to an adult clearly not to my 3 year old child. She was rude and it was better I bite my tongue than to put her in her place.

I'm physically disabled, but, like the vast majority of people, there are still times when I have appointments that I can not miss. When this occurs I route my trip, in such a way that, I can get as much done, as possible, in a single round trip. This is often the deciding factor as to which Family Dollar store I shop in. The absolute majority of Family Dollar Stores that I shop in have very kind, informative & helpful employees. The small number of times that I have left a Family Dollar Store feeling disappointed or unfulfilled has, virtually always, been because of an out-of-stock situation! So, in my eyes, the employees are the real, "Stars!" I have always felt justified in recommending people shop there.

Bad. No longer One of my favorite stores.Last visit sucked. Store to packed with products so hard to move around. Counter at cash register was sticky and dirty. Eve. After telling the girl she did nothing.I'll go to Payette from now on.

Decent prices if you only need a snack. Has a variety of items. Has some new candy, prices are now being hit by Bidenflation. Store lobby had been rearranged a bit.

There is a guy that works the evening shift that has a really bad attitude and talks very rudely to customers and plays his music loudly. There employees can not answer questions correctly. I was told I could return an item if I opened it and it wasn't like I expected then they wouldn't let me Because I opened it after the clerk told me I could, no more the 2 minutes before. And when I said she just said I could his comment was "I guess she forgot, but that doesn't matter we are not going to do the return."

The family dollar in weiser idaho is very convenient and carries a lot of quick necesity's for under $5 dollars which is a big help!

Tried to go shopping here this morning wasn't able to due to they had just got down waxing the flroores so the customers had to wait another 30 minutes after opening to go inside
