We booked a 2 hour block of bowling and mini golf for our YSA ward opening social. We had pizza and unlimited soda. It was a perfect beginning to the semester and a great opportunity to meet new people in the ward. Lauren, our event planner was so helpful and the staff was amazing!

Thanks for making my daughters Sweet 16 party so special! I loved the extra details and was very pleased with their service. They checked in and made sure we didn’t need anything else or asked what else they could do to make our party special. Food washot and fresh. We loved having our party!!

I’m a big fan of Fatcats! 10/10I am a “gold cat” (25$ / year membership with benefits) but even if I wasn’t, I would still love Fatcats Rexburg. A few years ago I decided to try the membership, and I love it. We get extra points on anything I buy and can use those points for free movies, bowling, snacks, arcade cards or my favorite $5 movie Mondays. The only things I haven’t tried here is the mini golf. Everything else is great! We always take advantage of the $5 Mondays and see movies without worrying about getting good seats. The employees are always helpful and if anything goes wrong they make sure to fix it! If I was to give any criticism, it would be that they could update the bathrooms and maybe put up a little barrier between urinals. Other than that, I think they are great and are always changing up the arcade and making sure everyone has a blast! I’ve been a happy customer for years and have enjoyed all of the fun premieres and activities they have had. Once again 10/10

Sad to say my experience went from a one star to a one star. One of the things that is important to me is honesty from business that I give my money to. Especially when purchasing an upgrade or a membership.Last visit I was informed about the 2024 Popcorn bucket that you pay 24.95 for and each time you come in to watch a movie that you would pay $3.00 to refill for the movie. I asked is that each refill or reach time I come to watch a movie any refills during the show would be a refill. And was told it was each show that If I came and watched a movie it would cost only $3 for all the popcorn for that movie even if I needed it refilled.Hey that's a great deal and so I went with it.Tonight I was enjoying the movie having when I reached the halfway point and had a bucket of burnt and 1/4 pieces of popcorn and granny's I went back to have it refreshed. Okay that will cost you the price of refill. I explained I had already paid for the refill for the movie and what was in my bucket, it didn't matter they charged me for a refill. I don't appreciate what I was sold and what it is now.Fat Cats has really dropped in there customer service I have been a loyal customer for 14 years.

They took care of everything! Tables, food, decorations, tiny details like sharpies for the cups, and all our bowling needs. Annette made sure all of our needs were met and then some. She made us all feel welcome and special. I never once felt we were a bother. In the words of our daughter “I feel like royalty”. Epic birthday party and we would do it again

What an amazing gem!! My husband and I visited on a rest day from Yellowstone. We are from Montana and wanted to bowl for our anniversary. We love to bowl and arcade. The staff is amazing! The lovely manager (Annette) I believe and the assistant GM (starts with a K) were both so genuinely friendly and personable. We felt like we belonged and not just out of towners. Snacks were delicious and fresh and it was just so much fun!!! Keep up the great work guys. Crushing it!

we watched Mean Girl but we were the It GirlsI didn’t even know these places had theaters but here we are. There’s only about four theaters but they did give out posters and unless your theater has red carpet I don’t want it.

While I get their policy to “put your shoes on before you bowl” but we were in a time constraint and the manager was very rude before he tried to understand who I am. I get giving someone the benefit of the doubt and since I am college age it doesn’t excuse anyone giving customer service before all else.

I like this theatre! The prices are great for movie tickets and they have a pluthera of snacks and meals to choose from. Bowling alley is up to par. It's a good place for a simple but fun date!

Fat Cats has always been a fun place to visit but this visit I went with my husband and baby boy. While getting prizes an employee gave my son a fun keychain to play with and have. He always said hi to us as he saw us that night. Shout out to Scott!! Such a great employee!!! Definitely the best one there!!

The better of the 2 theaters in Rexburg with bigger theaters and additional activities like bowling, arcade, and indoor mini golf, but definitely needs a refresh. We also go to the Fat Cats in Queen Creek, AZ and there's no comparison. We would love a dine in theater option in Rexburg.

We had our team Christmas party here and Cassie and Clayton were absolutely amazing! Everything ran smoothly and they were there helping with additions and keeping things clean. Highly recommend planning your events here with them.

It was very fun and exciting!! However, I was told it would cost $20 for a lane per hour. So, I brought $20 in cash(i lost my wallet) and expected to have enough to rent a lane for an hour. The final cost, even though we didn’t add drinks or food or anything special, was $42.50 on a Friday night. I had to ask my friend to pay for part of it, which is very embarrassing. And halfway through, the entire lane itself stopped working. But they fixed the issue and transferred us to another lane. But, yeah, it was a ripoff.

We really had a great experience at Fatcats Rexburg celebrating my Daughter’s Birthday. Our party host Clayton was amazing and was there for anything we needed and made our Daughter and our guests feel so special and comfortable. This place was awesome from the moment we stepped foot in the door to the moment we walked out to head back home. They definitely held up their promise because we absolutely left with a smile! We played glow putt-putt golf, bowled for an hour, ate some yummy food and still had time for some fun arcade games! The only thing we didn't do was a movie but it was well kept too! The employees were all really nice, knowledgeable and helpful for us having the best time possible! Thanks guys!

Every bowling alley in IF had leagues on Sunday so we decided to drive up to Rexburg and check out Fat Cats. They had lanes available and got us right in. My only real complaints are that the pins wouldn't reset a couple of times and they didn't add any extra time despite us asking them to and the guy just saying "I'll check," the pizza was pretty expensive for what you got, and the toppings all fell off (should put the cheese on top). Drinks were also expensive. I would go back for the bowling, but would probably grab lunch somewhere else along the way. We didn't go to the arcade, golf, or theater so I cannot comment on those.

We were warmly welcomed and quickly helped to our lanes. Cassie, Clayton and Abby were on the spot with whatever we needed—including mouse removal!! They made sure he was removed, then cleaned and disinfected everything! They followed thru with every need and were on top of everything!! We will definitely be back with the whole crew for next Christmas! Thanks. 😁

Great place for mini golf! My son had a blast and was not over priced. Only ten holes, but that was plenty for our young one. Arcade was small, but had some great games. Not over priced and got a good amount of tickets. Employees were friendly and answered all my questions.

Our company Christmas Party at Fat Cats was absolutely phenomenal, prior to our party the amazing staff at Fat Cats had everything set up for us. They had the whole bowling alley reserved for us. All of my employees that were able to make it to the party had an absolute blast, we will be using Fat Cats in the years to come for our Christmas Parties!Thank you Fat Cats!

Giving 2 stars because we got a discount back and the customer service was good. but the bowling lanes are getting old and function horribly. They have no controls for the bowlers to use themselves to create or control their game, everything is done from the front desk. They tried to fix but they kept malfunctioning, even when we moved lanes. They need a mechanical update stat! Charging a bit much for some non-functional lanes. We experienced this for all 3 lanes we purchased.

I take my kid here quite a bit, this last time I was not impressed at all. We were playing arcade games and we were not receiving the tickets from the games on our card. We went up and talked to a worker who had a manager come talk to us. While we were waiting there was another couple people that had came up to the counter having similar problems with other games. When the manager got there we continued to explain what had happened and it was a large amount of tickets. He took the card, to "check it" came back and basically told me I was not telling the truth. He said he couldn't find anything on the card for that game. Explained that he put 6 dollars on our card for us. Which is way less then what we spent. At this point we felt extremely disrespected and could understand if the machines were having problems but we also dont think the manager made it right. Hopefully it worked out better for the other people having problems. However the prize counter worker Michael was amazing with his customer service skills and made us feel alot better about the situation with what he could do. Michael was empathetic and polite and treated us like real humans through the frustrating process.He definitely deserves a bonus! Got to keep the good ones around.

THIS IS THE MOST AMAZONG PLACE ON EARTH. I have been to many Arcades, bowling allies and movie theaters, and none have come close to this place. First I have never had a bad experience with the staff here, it's like they hire only happy and friendly people. I have been coming here for years now, and i have never felt less than first class. Even when the ocational arcade game breaks, they are quick and helpful. (Im a huge nerd, so I love seeing the inside of the arcades, and the workers were kind enough to allow me to watch as they fix them)Second, they rotate things; the prizes, games, and movies constantly change. I will admit I'm disappointed when one of my favorite games gets put away, but they always come out with new and fun games.Third, very few of the games are rigged, and honestly, the ones that I find are slightly rigged are just plain fun to play. Along with this, the prizes are so fun and not outrageously ticket expensive.Fourth, they deliver snacks to you during the movie. (this is also the only place I have ever been where they had red cream soda) their funnel fries are great. With unlimited drink refill and a party room party pack that you can buy birthday parties here are amazing.And lastly it's just a great atmosphere, I know I've already mentioned this but the staff are so genuinely nice. This place is so clean and perfect.If you are thinking of going here for fun, I highly recommend it.This is also the best place in town to book parties/birthdays, heck if I could I would book my wedding here.

We love the summer specials! Bowling and goofy golfing for $1 a game, shoe rental is $1. Our bowling lane broke and they quickly tried to fix it, but couldn't so they moved us to a new lane. They also have the bumper lanes that automatically pop up only the ones that have asked for it. Arcade, movies, and VR area. They have it all!

Jacob was awesome at helping my son with the Arcade!! We went to celebrate my sons life being saved and he had a blast!! Once Jacob heard why we were there, he made sure that my son had a blast and was able to enjoy the experience!!Thank you so much!!
