After coming to Walmart, trying to return a fishing reel, or exchange it for a fly reel. The manager Janice denies me any type of service. I’ve been a valued customer for years. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at your establishment. It’s a shame that I’m stuck with this monopoly. I am now tired of Walmart. I dread going to the store anymore. I have to do their job at the checkout line. Then I have to show my receipt and prove that I made a purchase. Then when i have to possibly return it I’m told no because I spent too much money on it and I lost the receipt. Walmart, you are now considered a joke. You guys truly are a bunch of crooks

Why is it okay for you to mis-stock your merchandise, allow customers to come in believing the prices those items are advertised for and then when us customers call out YOUR failure to do your job correctly, you fail to honor your marked prices? You made my little girl cry because your easybake ovens are priced at $15, not $30. It wasn’t “misplaced” by another customer. There were 4 others in the same place. That is very unethical! She won’t be the only upset child as neither for front end “coach” or cashier bothered to go correct the problem rather mock an upset parent and their autistic child who doesn’t understand why she can’t have that item despite having enough money saved. Shame on you!

It's frustrating to be surrounded by so many pet dogs while I am trying to shop.These are not trained animals, but dogs pulling on leashes and wandering and sniffing. I do not feel safe shopping at this store.

The employees are super friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well kept, and the grocery pick-up staff also do an incredible job.

The place was a mess. Many things were out of stock. The employees were more interested in feeling the to-go orders then helping anybody get anything or find something. Give it a very low rating and I've been going there for many years

It's Wallies & I check myself out but I must say when I need to find something the employees are mostly pretty helpful except in the auto area where it's really hard to find any help. I needed blubs for car and ask several diff ppl for help they were sending someone, tictoc, overall waited abt 25 mins. And he gave me the wrong ones. U need ur phone to look up what kind (no books anymore) my phone was in the car. Sooo I waited for nothing. Like I said it's Wallies where u really don't get good prices anymore. Btw the bulbs(2) H11 were $36. Ended getting right ones frm AutoZone for abt 6 a piece.

We live in SpoValley and have a fine WM nearby. Just the same we often go to the PostFalls WM. We pick up items (Bar S Beef Bologna for example) that aren't carried at our nearby store AND THEY STILL USE PLASTIC BAGS in the PostFalls store.Aside: While a guy is in PF, he (she if ya like) just as well buy gas - quite a savings.

I just have to say you have some of the kindest workers. I was having a problem and took 2 hours to solve while I had my 4 momth old with me and the lady's at customer service on December 13th between 12 and 4 pm where so sweet and understanding and just the kindest while I figured stuff out with checking out. Best experience in Walmart in a long time!

As I've always stated, Walmart most always has the best prices and typically has most everyday needs from A to Z! Rarely do I find cheaper prices elsewhere, though. I do give credit to each and to every business that provides good service.

This Walmart has a different feel to it than the average Walmart. It has almost a "Target-like" atmosphere to it and has much more sleek and modern product highlight areas than any other Walmart I've been in.

We spent the night in our RV on the way to Olympic Np. They had signs to let you know where to park. Lots of campers and people staying in cars. Police did drive around. Was a safe semi quiet spot. We had a Semi generator going on/ off all night and a couple trains. The Walmart had everything we needed.Thanks Walmart.

It's always busy, and getting an actual cashier is a joke anymore. There were no carts as ya walk in so waited over 30 minutes for a cart. My question is if you're not paying checkers to do a job why can't they be bringing carts in at least..

Folks were having a hard time finding items that they wanted to purchase. A lot of people wandering around, they were asking me if I seen them. I must say that I had a great experience in the electronic area. Very good assistance from staff member named David. The items I needed were in a locked cabinet. He found the exact item I wanted.

Very bad customer service. I am requesting a return at this location and the person in charge of this place told me that the return could not be made because I did not have the original packaging of the item. And he simply told me that he cannot do it even if I showed him the credit card with which he had purchased and all the necessary information to do it. went to another store and they didn't make it difficult for me.

Well since they have been doing the change it seem like customer are not there priority, my husband ask for help with dog he couldn't pick cause he had surgery he was told they didn't have enough employees when there is they are just busy moving the store around you would think customer would come first but I guess not, it's sad they have gone down hill!
