We love Cindy! We get my corgi shaved to keep him dry in the summer and cleaned up in the fall. Plus my elder dog Arlo just had his toenails clipped. Cindy is quick and efficient. She makes sure my pup Dudley doesn't have to wait in a kennel for long stretches around his appointment like his old groomer. We always get great results and very fair pricing. The shop is clean and quiet. Very personable and convenient.

Needed a quick nail clipping on my English Bulldog, and Ann was able help me out. Very friendly and helpful. Thank You.I’d also like to comment on a previous review by K W… I can tell by your other reviews that you are a truck driver (BTW so am I) running all over the country being a complete Google Review Karen. Don’t pull into a small town and complain that we don’t have enough groomers because you expect them to drop everything to do a full groom on your dog.

This is the best place! We’ve went to a couple places in the area, and this is hands down the best. She’s patient with our boys and when our one pup had some skin issues, she was patient, caring, and accommodating during that time. I love that it’s a drop off right before their appointment and then we come get them right after rather than them being there all day. Thank you for taking such good care of our pups!

My dogs have been going to Ann for about 15 years....she is the best and sweetest groomer around and I know my dogs are in good hands. I will surly miss her when we move. It's going to be hard to live up to the standards my dogs have been used to over the years.

No call back in 24 hours. Another in town not taking new customers. Another no openings. Not a friendly dog grooming town here in Post Falls for someone passing thru for a short time. Oh well. Moving on.

We didn't have a appointment...My little dog really needed his nail's cut.Our dog was just fine with her..she took her time &easy going. I will always take our dog to her good service is hard to find.Thank you for helping us.

Kira did a alright job, but I will not be going back. She needs a serious attitude adjustment.I asked when they closed and she said whenever I picked up my dogs. I was working for another 30 minutes and told her I’d be there as soon as I can and give her a call when I was on my way there.Again, she never told me a time I had to be there.Not even 20 minutes later she leaves an unprofessional and unnecessarily rude voicemail because I had not picked them up yet.There was absolutely no reason for her to react the way she did when she was the one who never set a time.I hope she doesn’t treat all of her new clients this way.

I have been there twice now with my dog Parker and I'm extremely happy with their work. As an ex-professional groomer (who can't groom anymore), I pride myself in knowing groomers and what to look for in a good shop. They are professional, clean & good with the dogs. While my dog hates the grooming process, he LOVES the results! ;)

This is the best groomer I have found so far. Their prices are affordable and they treat your dog as if it was their own. My dog normally hates going to the groomer ever since we started using Dog House Grooming he loves it.
