Sales experience is generally good (purchased two RVs from here). Service department though needs more staff and better communication. Recently requested help purchasing a replacement part for my RV and they just never called me back. Ended up grabbing it elsewhere. Once you've bought your rig, just don't expect much after that.

Most rvs are Garbage built. So i thought the "lifetime warranty" sounded good. What a pathetic program, takes forever to get anything done and your rig has to have annual inspection paid by customer, about $400, or the warranty is void. Not worth overpriced rvs..

Purchased our Grand Design from another dealer and Blue Dog has become our home service center. Andy and the service department team have gone above and beyond to help us address our questions and issues. Be sure to plan your service ahead because they are popular but get the job done!
