Liz is absolutely amazing. My family adopted a kitty from the shelter that was partially shaved, and still had mats. Liz got her completely shaved and took the time to teach us how to maintain her coat once it grows back out.

Liz did a wonderful job for my Ragdoll cat! I could tell after I picked up my cat that she didn’t miss a detail. The quality of her work was A+ and we couldn’t be more happy with the grooming. Liz is great! Bert looks so handsome! Liz said he was anxious during bathtime. Hopefully, more visits will help. Our senior cat visits in two weeks. Pricing is very fair with how much work she does. Definitely coming back.

I reached out to this business via the message feature to get a quote/set an appointment to have my dog groomed. After three hours my message was read and twelve hours later no reply. I am severely disappointed at this poor customer service/interaction as I was excited to find a groomer that could work with my night shift schedule.

Liz has groomed Lou dog for a few years now and we'd never go anywhere else. He comes home looking so handsome and smells wonderful. He can get nervous but he is always happy with Liz. Highly recommend.

I am newTo the area and a brand new customer coming from a regular groomer in Snoqualmie WA, and I brought my mini toy Australian shepherd in for a full groom with 1” trim, and Liz did amazing 🤩. She was kind and listened to my request and answered my questions and made me feel comfortable leaving my baby w her! We will definitely be calling upon her services again in the near future! ♥️

I have been bringing my pets to Liz for 3 years now. I have a mini golden doodle who's hair gets matted so easily and a collie/lab mix. Liz is fantastic, very professional and does an excellent job. She strives to provide excellent customer service and my dogs look so beautiful after every visit. Her pricing is very reasonable and I go out if my way to bring my dogs to Liz. I highly recommend!!

Liz was amazing with my little kitty! She got all her mats out, clipped her nails, cleaned her ears, washed and dried her and did a deep combing to get her under coat out! She's so soft and smells great! She also had a cute little bow collar on. She wasn't traumatized for her first time being groomed. Liz is great with animals and you can tell she loves her job! What a professional! I highly recommend her.

We love Liz at After Hours Pet Grooming! she is the most caring groomer I have ever had. She makes little Molly"s experience so caring and gentle. Liz just trimmed "Charlie" our Boston Terriers nails and i was very impressed with her technique. Her grooming area is very clean, up to date equipment, and cute! Liz does a wonderful job. My Whetland terrier poodle looks like a show dog when she's done. He is so soft and fluffy it's amazing. She spends a lot of time and doesn't have other dogs there with your dog. She will text a reminder the day before your appointment and text you when she's done for you to pick up. She makes it so easy and convenient; and they look and smell terrific when she's done.

I took my dog to Liz for the first time today. His former groomer of many years recently quit grooming. I was nervous to take him somewhere new, he was shaking and nervous too. When I picked him up he looked great, smelled great and was in a great mood! We will definitely be back!!

Liz at After Hours Pet Grooming is a wonderful groomer! She has taken care of my Persian kitty for over a year now and I am completely satisfied with her work. She always takes such great care of my cat and when I pick her up( after only a couple of hours), she is bathed and smells wonderful, brushed beautifully or shaved and de-matted, claws clipped and a precious bow around her neck! And, to top it all off, her prices are completely affordable! I would highly recommend this groomer and her facility!

I cannot express how happy I am with this grooming experience. My cat Oliver came out so great!! I am usually very nervous when it comes to leaving Oliver with anyone that I don't k ow as he can be rather nervous when being groomed but I was especially impressed that she sent us pictures with updates as to how Oliver was doing while he was there. And when we picked him up he had the cutest collar with a little bowtie!!10/10 Highly recommend!!!

My Yorkie had been mistreated by a lady in Post Falls before going to After Hours Grooming so I was very nervous. My dog never seems scared to go which is wonderful. Liz has always done a beautiful job on my Shih Tzu and just loves animals so much that I love bringing my dog to her. She listens and she cares and does exactly what you ask her to do, and pays attention to any changes on your animal and notifies you of it. I think she's a great groomer

Liz is the best! Pest priced, best and sweetest most genuine person to take your dog to and does the best work. She always did a beautiful job with or shitzu and even did an amazing job deshedding our husky. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. She's amazing.

Called and wouldn't even give me a price on getting my Samoyed groomed which is all I was looking for. They acted like I wanted lessons in grooming; I do not. I have watched many tutorials on it; I have a step by step pamphlet my breeder gave me; I have all the tools I need, but its an extensive job since it has the double coat. She pretty much told me my breeder doesn't know what they are talking about when I said she told me to get my dog fully groomed every 3 months and a good brush down once a day; that it should be at least every couple of months; that they constantly blow their coats if you google search it they blow their coats 3 times a year (just like my breeder said) granted if you get a Samoyed neutered it can change their coats, and they can constantly shed, but that does not happen all the time but can. Totally unprofessional. The first thing I asked was if they groomed my kind of dog all they needed to say was no I don't, and we could have moved on and not make it seem like I am a bad owner for listening to my breeder over a groomer I randomly called to get a price quote especially when my breeder grooms her own and owns 3 full sized ones.
