Worst pharmacy in a 50 mile radius I stopped getting my prescription filled here after being mocked for filling birth control... yeah great thing to mock people for... ridiculous. Last straw today when a tech yelled at me. I already changed my prescription to someplace else hopefully the people I pick up for will now too.

Big shout out to Trisha, Isabel, Jacob and Dave for truly making customer service and their patient's health their #1 and top priority! They are all spectacular and helped us navigate how to get a very very expensive and hard to retrieve epileptic medicine filled very quickly. They bent over backwards, forwards, side to side all at once to make it happen and be the least damaging on our finances. My son's medication got shattered all over the floor (glass jar) and they 💯 made our family's problem their problem and saved the day.So thank you from the dad who's very grateful for the folks at Sav-on pharmacy the in payette Idaho Albertsons, we'll be filling there for as long as you'll have us. Thanks

The only thing I like about this pharmacy is the drive though. I think its convenient. I think the techs are really rude. I know everyone's busy, but there is no customer service here at all.

One vehicle was at drive thru window for over 15 minutes. Total wait time with 5 cars ahead of me was over 35 minutes. Terrible service inside and out. Thinking it's time to move scripts to Walgreens or Walmart

I recently had an unfortunate experience of getting a eyelash stuck in my eye, and the team at Albertsons Pharmacy in Payette, Idaho were incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. Pharmacist Dave provided excellent advice on an eye wash and relief, and even demonstrated how to move the eyelid to remove the eyelash. His expertise and patience made the experience much more bearable. Overall, I had a great experience at Albertsons Pharmacy, and I appreciate Dave taking the time to help me out. I would highly recommend this pharmacy for their exceptional customer service and knowledgeable staff.

Decent enough staff but I have had so many issues getting my HRT meds specifically and they always say that they are either out or never got the prescription even after my doctor has sent it out multiple times

This pharmacy is completely incompetent. Literally have 4-6 people working and nothing getting done. Every single time I have had to deal with this pharmacy it is a mess. 7 cars in line at the drive thru and slower than any pharmacy I have ever dealt with. It doesn’t matter when the prescription comes thru they will literally not have it ready until you come to pick it up and they make u wait while they fill it another 20-30 minutes. This pharmacy is down the street from my house but I will be changing pharmacies because I need my medication and they are going to cause huge problems for someone. I would 100% NOT recommend this pharmacy.

This pharmacy has been going down hill for awhile now. I went in to get some prescriptions and had received a text that both were ready. I get there and they tell me one isn’t ready.. when I explained that a text was sent out saying both were ready, the pharmacy tech told me, she didn’t know what to tell me..And wasn’t really wanting to find out what happened.. So she called the pharmacist over to let him know I was mad..Thankfully the pharmacist was nice and got it filled right away

Extremely unprofessional and unethical. This pharmacy advertises that they accept walk-ins for Covid-19 vaccines from 10 am until 6 pm, Monday through Friday, but when you call them, speak directly with them, and inform them you are coming in—they tell you that they have reached their quota for the day once you arrive. Despite the fact they were informed prior via phone, told me they can distribute the vaccine, and it was only 5 pm. This isn’t a good look. I’ve been to other Albertsons and never received such poor treatment. Luckily other Albertsons will have my business, but this one will not. I will never return.

Letter I sent through the website:"I have been using the local sav-on pharmacy for over 2 years now and in that time these issues have begun, continue and get worse. In that time I have become extremely upset from the lack of courtesy and consideration. I am someone that has to consistently rely on the availability of others to get needed medication. When we drop off a prescription and are asked when we want it, we always say as soon as possible. We are given a 20-30 minute timeframe to pick up and when we return are told it has to be ordered and should be in tomorrow. I call to check BEFORE leaving and am told it's ready only to arrive and it is not for various reasons. Prior authorization, did not get delivered or any number of excuses. I ask to check if it's covered, is it in stock and did it go through the insurance. I still get excuses upon arrival, despite doing their JOB for them. I can only speculate at the fuel wasted for the incompetence of this pharmacy. Last night I went to the ER only to have this happen yet again. Enough is enough. I have begun to look into other pharmacies for myself and my son as I am tired of going without my medication and same with my child. I have brought the problem to the attention of the technicians, pharmacists and store with no improvement. In fact it has only gotten worse. I have been told once that when they place an order it is russian roulette on what is delivered. more than 2 years and bringing multiple people in and this the customer care that I and other patients receive."Lucky someone hasn't died yet.

During my temporary stay in Idaho,my Dr failed to use the tamper-proof paper for the Rx he mailed me from Kansas. The pharmacist went out her way to solve the problem. She was pleasant as well helpful.

The customer service was far from friendly. No greeting, no smile, no thank you. I will never use this arrogant, unfriendly and rude pharmacy again. My recommendation is not to use there “service” and hire better quality of techs.

After extremely rude dismissive attitude at Rite Aid ( IF you can get anyone to answer the phone) I decided to use Albertsons pharmacy and so glad I did! They are seriously kind and helpful!! Thank you for your efforts and kindness and answering the phone!!
