Coupons won't work. Prices aren't accurate. WiFi is down a lot not allowing for card purchases. Ailes are full of boxes needing to be stocked. I was excited when the store first started but it has become disappointing. Today November 14th 2023 the even decided to close early even though they're supposed to be open till 10:00. I pulled up at 9:56 and they were already shutting the locking the doors before I could get of the vehicle.

This store is very disgusting to go into. Trash on the floor, clothes on the floor, boxes stacked everywhere. Can’t get down the isles. inventory seems to always be in boxes and not on the shelf. Employees seem understaffed. Things need to change at this store. I would be embarrassed if I was a manager of the store in new Meadows Idaho. Corporate needs to do a surprise visit on the store.

I like shopping at Family Dollar, but the bathrooms are not clean and the store is always filled with stuff in the aisle so it's not easy to get by. And most of the time the staff is not friendly.

Aspasia Croft is an old employee btw so don’t take that review as truth. Great family dollar really turning around great employees. they seem a little tired but all super nice great management! Just needs a little help with hiring! And that tom smith reviewer was a rude guy i was there when he went into the store.

Dirtiest store I've ever been in. Stuff on the floor everywhere. Boxes stacked everywhere. It's like no one actually works there. I would not recommend going there. I think if corporate when there they would be appalled

The staff is rude. The store is dirty. The shelves are never fully stocked. They have boxes everywhere you can hardly get to anything. The staff stands around and gossips about customers and other employees. Super unprofessional.

Technology sucks! I won't shop there again. Can't even get the register working. Stock is empty. Understaffed. Where's my grocers? You took away a family business, and can't even provide!

Understaffed, store was a mess with boxes all over the place. I had to return an item. They require a manager to approve returns, but the manager was nowhere to be found? They made it feel like I was bothering them. They told me to come back later.

We stop here all the time. Wonderful selection of low budget items. Check out the CD a nd DVD corner. I buy lots of cheap movies a nd CD'a there.
