REVIEW FOR W+ PICKUP: I arrived at pickup and called the number on the sign to let them know my location. I had only been sitting a couple of moments before a young lady approached and asked the name for pickup. She checked for the order on a handheld device and told me someone would be out soon. As stated, within moments a very polite young man came out, confirmed the name, apologized to me for the wait (under 5 minutes) and asked if I would like the order to be placed in the trunk which he proceeded to do after my confirmation. The entire process from arriving to leaving took less than 11 minutes. All the staff were very friendly. There were no substitute items to review so it was simple!Going in to the store, it seems lacking severely in organization. Cats are blocking aisles and you can't find an employee available to assist.

Spineless management. Used to work here, they dont care about their people. Jilberto in auto has cross threaded so many plugs and ruined customer oil pans. -5 stars, as a former employee dont work here if you like being happy

Store has overall good service. Just don't go shopping at the firearms/ammo dept. Very poor service at least to my kind. I was looking for a pocket knife. Attendant never acknowledged me.

Love this place and their friendly environment the night manager is kinda hot and always smiling the guy that walks around and deals with supervisor like things haha and Debbie at the courtesy desk couldn't be a better person for the job wow give her a raise already! Love this place it's clean and bright and always stocked up. Super super cool dudes

I bought tires at the Nampa, Idaho, Walmart by Idaho Center, Boulevard the people that work there in that tire department are great. When I went to the mountain home tire department about eight months later because I had a slow leak in the tire. They had a man there by the name of Gene verey rude. Who just treated me terribly he was rude even the employees there came up to me and told me he talk to them the same way and they’ve complained. I had a slow leak in the tire. I asked him to take the tire off and check it, but I had purchased the tires there at a Walmart And just put my spare on because they didn’t have the time to check it right then and I would come back and pick up the tire later. The man said he wasn’t gonna put a tech on it just because I had a slow leak so I ended up by spending an hour standing around there waiting for them to finally take the tire off the car. They told me it was unrepairable. I asked if they could put the spare tire on and the man caused a big scene about that , one of the employees name Cody helped me out. I talked to one of the store managers and I hope that something will be done about this man who is just incredibly rude. Go to Les Schwab if you have a tire problem. And on top of all of that, they took the spare tire from underneath the tire, put it on the car, but refused to put the tire that had the leak underneath the truck where it belongs they just threw it in the bed of the truck and sent me on my way. and my whole intention of when I went, there was to buy a new tire if the tire was too damaged to be repaired but they treated me like I was trying to get a tire for free or something.

Has what we need.I will say the T-shirts in the craft area are crazy on the sizes! V-neck vs non v-neck. The non v-neck shirts are much larger than the v-neck shirts. So if your friend is making a shirt for you keep in mind the difference in size! And they don't have 1x and the jump between XL to 2X is HUGE!They have mini peanut butter m&ms and mini skittles!! I was pleasantly surprised when I found them! I thought I got the plain mini m&ms and as I was eating them I thought they tasted different and I looked closer at the container and they were peanut butter! Even better! Such a fun product! Thanks Walmart for carrying them!

Decent option to stock up on some USB c cables and aux cables not made in China.And limited edition fruity kit Kats, sad I didn't see any coffee nut m&ms though :(

Tire center did not have our tire size in stock, had to stay the night in town because my doughnut tire would not work to go over 100 miles to home.

Watch out for the online order taker and the oversized carts, they block the isles and come out of nowhere. I guess they expect you to move out of their way. I suggest the put bike bells to warn people.

Stopped here on the way to the Grand Tetons. Walmart was clean and we'll stocked as usual. We had intended on staying at Mountain Home FAM Camp but by the time we were done shopping we decided to just crash in the parking lot. Management was okay with it (asked beforehand). It made a quick morning, grabbed a few last minute things then headed back on to the highway.

Most screwed up store I have ever been too. I am not sure if management does not know how to train or if everyone there does not understand that they are there to serve the public. If there was a way to post this with no stars that would be done. I give a no confidence vote into this Walmart.

This is your average store, nothing special, nothing terrible. They, like most places nowadays, have trouble with having fully stocked shelves. (particularly in the grocery department) The produce isn't quite as nice as the other big grocery store in town, but the prices are better so I count it a trade off.The store is clean and they have a large variety of general merchandise, just not much of it.Now that some time has passed I would like to add that I often get frustrated in the grocery department as I am looking for specific items. I have a terrible time finding things. I don't know if it is just set up weird or what, but I spend Way too much time wandering the same isles over and over trying to find something specific like powdered bullion, or sesame oil. Just when I am about to give up, is when I find it ( if I find it). I don't seem to have this issue in other grocery stores.

We live 20 min. and 20 miles from Wal-Mart, so you can understand how I feel about this, and this isn't the 2nd time this had happened to us. We place an order for an online grocery pick-up order of $270. When I picked it up and came home to put it away, there were about $100 missing of meat and cheeses, and the food we needed to cook dinner for that night. The lady who is in charge of the pick-up department said I had to call the 1(800)# to get it fixed. I told her that it was her department's mistake and that she should fix it. She hung up on me.If you use Walmart's online pick-up, don't trust them and check that you get every item you pay for.

Great customer service.(Service:5 stars, Store organization:1 star)We came by in the evening to exchange incorrect paint from a pick-up. No one working knew how to mix paint but Dennis and George went above and beyond to try and fix the machine and sort out how to help us for close to an hour. We ultimately had to come back the following day, but both gentlemen worked hard to make things right. Service was excellent.One star for the store itself. If the paint counter is open, someone on shift should be able to mix paint; otherwise, have paint counter hours like any hardware store.Also, this location has been unable to process returns on pickup items for at least eight months. Customer service can't scan the pick-up order code and their fix is to offer a gift card. For larger purchases, I would like my money back and there's no reason the system should still be broken.

This particular Walmart is out of ocean spray cranberry juice cocktail 50% of the time. I drink it all the time. It's my number one favorite drink and it's very frustrating to not be able to get it at the only store in town. Well we have an Albertsons but the cost is $2.00 higher and on social security disability income I can't afford $2.00 a jug more.
