Really nice dude with blond curly hair worked at the register today. He was very kind, considerate and had a super positive and personable attitude. I mean, if you guys know who I’m talking about you gotta give that man a raise! Super awesome! Also the shelves have been stocked very neatly the last couple weeks!

The male checker is so very dull. Almost rude. Just doesn't seem like he should be on the floor around customers. But...the worst part. Prices went up and they literally have nothing anymore. Greeting cards and small like kitchen utensils.

Great for super last minute birthday presents for little kids. Contrary to certain advertising schemes, not everything in the store is $1.00. One plus is that lately there has been so much stock on the floor unopened that I have boxes to stand on to survey the entire store. (You can’t find that at Costco!)

Store looked messy. Only one cashier who appeared unfamiliar on scanning items, use of credit card machine and making change. Extremely slow. I biggest complaint was that she kept wiping her nose with her hand then handling customer items being purchased. No attempt was made to sanitize her hands after wiping her nose.

I don't know who is the manager at this location, but as others mentioned before, the store is in need of deep cleaning and organization!It's a total mess in there, it's like a tornado ravaged through the shelves.Nothing is in place or organized.It's hard and tiring to look for stuff and find what you are looking for.Most of the stuff is on the floor, boxes stay unopened, shelves are a mess.Please take action!The Dollar Tree store in Pullman, WA is very clean and organized and so enjoyable to walk through and find the stuff I am looking for.I've seen a couple of times the employees in Moscow just sit around checking their phones when they have no customers checking out, instead of actually going and organizing the mess on the aisles of the store!

I have never been in such a clean, organized and spacious Dollar Tree. It will be a must when we visit Moscow. :) Lovely folks!

Very messy and rude workers nothing is organized they tore out the carpet cause it was too hard to clean but even the hard floors don’t get cleaned I told the workers about a mess on the floor 3 times before someone actually went to go look. The Pullman dollar tree is more nicer and cleaner and friendly people there as well. I wouldn’t be shocked if is shut down. If they can’t get it cleaned up and looking better and stop taking days off and make excuses to get out of not cleaning the place up I will call the health department and have them inspect the place so they better get to cleaning before I call the health department and have them go and inspect the store and they will close the store until it’s fully cleaned up and safe to reopen if they can’t do that then the health department will shut it down due to health hazards so they will be without a job and won’t be paid since there’s no paid leave.

Great prices, even though they went up a quarter lol. It’s a dollar tree so it’s messy but it is clean. Staff were friendly. Didn’t interact much with them but none of them seemed rude. Definitely go back to get more cheap stuff to decorate my home. Love cheap things!

I like this place the staff are friendly nice customers down to earth place don’t care if it’s a mess usually it’s not some people just post bad reviews because they need a place to be negative. The cashiers get paid zero dollars basically if they take a little time for longs lines who cares they are not making a livable wage, no health insurance and they get paid for part time, they aren’t allowed to work full time, because they would have to have benefits. How much do they make, they barely get by and people can be super rude to them. People be nice to the working poor, we are all mostly working poor in Idaho Washington, otherwise we wouldn’t be shopping at the dollar store.

The Dollar Tree was such a mess it was unreal! I've worked retail for over 36 years and if that was my store I'd be embarrassed to even say I work there! The store needs to be faced and straightened more than it needs more merchandise put on the shelves.There was boxes of freight sitting in every aisle, leave it in the stockroom until you get the place straightened up! There was merchandise on the floor in the aisles, every aisle was in disarray, it's not safe, there are so many tripping and falling hazards,its like this everytime I go in there, it's never cleaned up! The district manager needs to take charge and get this store in order. I've seen this store when it's been cleaned, straightened and faced and it's so much easier to shop and such a better shopping experience for the patrons of the community.

I've always liked our Dollar tree store, so it was another good visit. Rachael was very nice and seemed to be great with every customer who came in. The only drawback today was that it was hard to find parking due to the fact that church was in session and the mall that this Dollar tree is located in is owned by the church so they take up all the parking.

You know in a zombie apocalypse how people go around and have to raid the stores, well this place looks like it already was raided. I mean what a complete mess total disaster. I'm pretty sure there were more things on the floor than on the shelves.

My friends and I go to the dollar store almost every time we hang out so we can get drinks and snacks for good prices. Well the last time we went we were all just looking around and then they started blaming us for shoplifting. The workers were following us around and we were being watched from cameras. Honestly I don’t think they should not trust us. I think the only thing that made it look weird is that I had a small speaker in my pocket and some cash. So when going to the dollar tree make sure you are on your A+ behavior or they will follow you around and think you are shop lifting.

I can’t even believe how nasty this place has gotten, I’m afraid of catching MANY DIESEASES walking in these doors, like ifYou’re looking for Covid you might as well shop at the dollar tree Becuase they clearly DO NOT CLEAN !! You can tell nobody does their job with the amount of boxes on the ground, the bathroom looks like a truck stop with many who knows what kind of diseases are in there, and the carpet looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed Since the mayflower set sail! Y’all really need to do ya job. I feel so gross shopping there now

I get very few things here, especially since they went up so much in price - 26 cents doesn't sound like much, but that is 25% of the original price that they added on. Plus, there are very few workers so lines are long.

This store is BIGGER than our Pullman store ..OMG...today it looked like a hurricane went through the store...it was trashed!! Poorly stocked and cashier had one speed....SLOW!! So disappointed to have wasted my time to drive out of my way to Moscow from Colfax...:/

Here every staff is 1 dollar. You may find something good there. You can find many stuff for home decoration, cooking wares, stationery and so on so. There is a high level supermarket in this location, so don't worry if you want to buy all your need in this location.

Staff friendly. Lots of "disposable " handy for camping. Appreciate them making bathroom available ---but it was very unkept.
