Great experience!! 😀 So happy for my first child (puppy 😋)! Prices are steep, but these puppies are very well cared for by staff and AKC registered. Financing options available, which is what we did. No regrets! My husband got the Frenchie he wanted! Halle was super helpful and sweet through the entire process. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a specific breed.

We were not expecting to find the newest member of our family, but it feels like our little boy was brought to us. Could not be happier, and our 9.5 year old boxer is happy with her new little brother. The staff was fantastic to work with, and fun to banter with. Highly recommend!

Great experience adopting our new Great Dane puppy. We walked in and fell in love with him instantly. Both the Manager Emily and the sales person Halle were very sweet and helpful. They worked with us on price and we were able to leave with a sweet new family member. The ladies working here are wonderful and we are so happy with our pup.

Update: We loved our first puppy so much we came back for the other puppy we fell for. Halle was extremely helpful all the way. Very professional and nice and also patient with us as we decided in the perfect fit for our family. Thank you so much!We are so excited about our new puppy. We were able to snag this adorable Fluffy Lilac Merle French Bulldog yesterday!! Thank you to the kind young man Boyd Parks for all the help … two lovely young ladies were there in the later afternoon to keep us informed & entertained as the paperwork was finished!All the pups there are well taken care of; happy, healthy & ready for some love!! 2 stars is because I got the dog I wanted. Unfortunately and foolishly, I paid over 4k for my pup. After having her for about a year, she started having seizures. I now have a over priced dog that needs to take seizure medication for the remainder of her life, however long that will be. I feel like I should be compensated from Puppyland to make things right. Definitely feel cheated. My dog also had severe build-up in her ears that we discovered on our first vet appointment, worst the vet has ever seen. It's all kind of heartbreaking, actually. It is better to look into local breeders. They would at least be willing to work with you if significant issues, such as with my pup were to come up.Update: After submitting a claim and giving them every bit of information and documentation that they requested, we were told to dump more money into more testing. Two years of vet notes and chart info were not enough.Also, after a breeder search of her origin based on her lineage info they provided, they claim they never bred miniature Dachshunds and never have. This all seems very suspicious. Very sad for all involved.

I am deeply concerned about the welfare of the animals at Puppy Land Inc. After researching the facility, I discovered that the puppies' mothers are kept in distant locations, hidden from view, and often unwanted and discarded once they're no longer profitable.This separation from their mothers can hinder the puppies' social development, as they rely on their mothers to learn essential skills and behaviors. The store prioritizes profit over mother dogs and puppies animal welfare, subjecting the animals to inhumane treatment and emotional neglect. These puppies often have difficulty adjusting and can have aggressive behavior despite their pedigrees.I urge others to do their research and consider adopting from shelters or reputable breeders instead, where animals are treated with respect and care." I have nothing against the workers at puppy land, it's the store policies and procedures.

Came in and met Halle, she was super nice and very helpful with our experience. My boyfriend left me stranded here to ensure getting the puppy we wanted and Halle was so kind when my phone was on the verge of dying and allowed me to stay in the play room with the puppy we really wanted. When we purchased our puppy we were not aware she could not be AKC Registered because her parents were not AKC registered. She was registered under a partners plan for mixed breeds. When I brought this to puppylands attention they filed a claim with there Solutions team who sent me an email stating they would do nothing about it. . I have spoke with trainers and Veterinarians and none of them have anything good to say about puppyland. Please do your research before you purchase a puppy from here. . We have a nice healthy dog don’t get me wrong but at the price we paid we expected our dog to be AKC registered. They should spend more time explaining the registration process and less time pushing a puppy on the customer. This place is an overpriced puppymill

I used to work for them as a part time cleaner, they love to mix around pay periods and short people on pay then turn it around back onto the employee and make up any kind of excuse they can to not pay you your full pay period. Don’t go through these guys, money goblins is all the owners are

Store Manager Dustin was sooo helpful and patient through our whole process, we worked with Jenna to get our perfect puppy, they were very sweet and knowledgeable and went through everything we needed to know and how to properly take care of our new baby.
