Was misquoted by double even after checking multiple times on the phone. Got my dog back just to have his hair completed cover my car when he got in. They did not brush his hair out at all for the deshedding that i paid for. Don't go to petsmart for grooming needs. Lesson learned

They do an ok enough job here. But it could be a lot better. I find the grooming areas very dirty. Lots of fur on the ground always, and dog urine as well. I brought my dog here and when he left they left a chunk of fur in his eye. And once again very dirty so it feels like counter intuitive. The dog gets clean then walks through the most smelly fur filled grooming area. I wish they can try and keep the grooming salon in cleaner shapeUpdate: I was there recently and the leashes they use is so rough it cut my dogs skinZero stars

I have 3 German Shepherds that I have brought in. Each time I have paid for the Dulex to get their nails grin and all the other things that are helpful with a dog with an under coat. And every time they NEVER do their nails. At $75 a pop to not even get the main service that we are looking for done is ridiculous especially after specifically stating the nails each time. This has been the same situation with my mom and her 2 dogs as well. Currently searching for an in home service if anyone has recommendations.

Great place, but busy. They tend to schedule several appointments at the same time, so expect delays when dropping your dog off.

We went in to get our dog groomed and it took us 25 minutes to get just checked in for an appointment we had. The lady at the desk for the dog groomers had absolutely no clue about anything and was 0 help. We had to literally do her job for her.

Their staff is well educated and friendly. The sales floor and displays are clean and well kept.
