Oh my goodness! Today was my first time into Northwest Pets and I was immediately greeted by Jordan and she spent about 20 min helping me find healthier food and food allergy solutions for my dog! She had SO much info and knowledge and was so sweet! The rest of the staff was amazing too. This is NOT your general big box pet store - this is a great place with incredible customer service, amazing healthy products, and a staff that ACTUALLY know what they are taking about! Highly recommend coming here for all of your pet needs. *Also, they have adorable neck bow ties and other fun accessories and toys for dogs and cats too!

Very impressed with the staff at Northwest Pets. Jenna was super helpful in picking the best dog food, treats and supplements. It was a nice surprise to learn that they give an adoption bundle package to people who adopt a pet from a shelter or rescue. Great to see a business supporting and advocating for adopting pets. There are so many wonderful dogs and cats in need of loving homes. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and healthy pet products.

I went in to ask about prescription dog food because my Veterinarian suggested my dogs may do better on a hypoallergenic food. I was so impressed with the employees. They were able to explain the differences and benefits of each choice and help me choose the best food for my schnauzer’s. It wax the best experience I’ve ever had in a pet store.

I needed some new harnesses for 2 of my 3 dogs. The woman who greeted me was SUPER HELPFUL, friendly and patient with both dogs. She showed me where the harnesses were, made some helpful suggestions and even took measurements on both dogs to make sure the fit of the harnesses was accurate and comfortable. Additionally, the store was well stocked and ridiculously clean.

I would consider Northwest Pets more of a boutique than anything else. They carry select products and items are a little more expensive than your general pet stores. That isn’t necessarily a bad thing if you know that going in and you are looking for that specific product. I went in looking for a new leash. It appeared that the store is set up based on brand rather than product. I found leashes in various different locations rather than all together, which was a little annoying. The store was well stocked and very clean. The employees were polite and professional. I would go back if they had what I needed, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way if I knew another store had the same product.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience here. I recently started my dog on a raw food diet and had question’s on what I’m even doing. One of the employees Marina? (I am horrible with names. Sorry) helped me out and went WAY above and beyond to help me figure out what I needed and resources to help for further down the road. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Amazing service, we went in because we have two Newfoundland puppies and our vet advised us to get off the grain free diet we had them on. Needless to say searching online for a quality dog food that has grain is a nightmare. The staff here showed us a couple of options and even offered a sample to see if our pups liked the food before buying. All I can say is we will forever more be buying our dog food from Northwest Pets!

My dog loves the Fromm's dry dog food selections! Especially the Fromm's Pork and Applesauce one!! They said most picky chihuahuas love that particular flavor!!

We have become regular visitors because of the fantastic service, advice, and products at this store. I've been bringing my dog for about 4 years now. He is always showered with treats and love, and I always get amazing service. Every employee is knowledgeable and friendly, and they remember Micah when we go in. I've received good advice and recommendations. They also carry great products. Every food is high quality, toys are durable, and there are many local or nearly local products. I'm continually impressed with this business and plan to keep coming back for a very long time.

Great prices for high quality products. The staff really know what they are talking about and are super friendly. Our Australian Shepherd Mix loves rope toys but always destroys them within a couple of days. We bought one from Northwest Pets and it is still perfectly in tact 3 weeks later with lots of play time. Highly recommend this store to anyone!

This is a nice little pet store with all the necessary items you would need for your 4 legged pets... stopped in to look for some treats for our pets... prices were about average for the goods purchased, however we wish there were more selection... but the staff was friendly.... and helped us find items similar to our regular purchases elsewhere...

I love this store! All staff is beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Their twice-a-year truckload sale is a great way to stock up on QUALITY dog food and save money, and the best part: They're locally-owned. I've patronized both the Meridian store and the one in Eagle. The Eagle store has a top-notch dog bath.

I have been buying my dog food from here for a couple years now. They are the best! They have tons of top quality dog products as I always receive outstanding customer service. I love that after buying the 12th bag, I get one free. I often get reward points and get $5-$10 off occasionally as well. I feed my pups the Acana brand I have the happiest and healthiest pugs. The quality and price of this food is so worth my dogs health. They look beautiful. Northwest has the best selections a of unique toys too! I love Northwest!

Northwest pets has super helpful and friendly staff, and were very knowledgeable in what types of food we should switch to when we described our dogs allergies. We've been buying the nutri source food for a couple of years now and our dogs all love it, and their coats show it! They always let you know about big sales and buy one get one deals etc when they're coming up too.

I've been buying our dog and cat food here for 2 years. VERY knowledgable about different breads and food allergies. Based on the owner's suggestion, I switched food and my dog's itchiness is gone! They also have the best collars and dog toys as well. Durable and cute!

These folks know and care about your pets. I have 2 standard schnauzer. My female was having weight issues. They recommended a food . In six months my girl lost 10 to 12 lbs as per vet check up. They have helped my daughter twice now. GREAT selections and customer service.

The staff at Northwest Pets are very helpful. They have good knowledge about their merchandise. If you inquire about a situation with your pet they are able to make suggestions. I love this store. It's got some fantastic foods, and if your pet is picky, you can return food in the original container and they donate it. Really really great place. Highly recommend them!

Excellent service. Knowledgeable employees that treat your petsso well. They often give samples too. My Yorkies has some allergies and with the quality food it has helped a ton. Thanks North West pets. I love looking at everything too!

They are doing curbside pickup as of 3/25, just call beforehand to make sure they are open. Super fast and easy, and I love that they are having people stay out of the store to help cut down on interactions. The fewer people we have to interact with, the better for all of us! Thank you!!
