Glass doctor got me in for a full replacement within two days. The replacement took only an hour or so, and the work they did was real quality work. Great experience working with everyone at glass doctor, a little delay on the windshield due to the available glass not being up to standard, but the communication was clear and concise. Very apologetic about the delay. The install was completed in my driveway by Brandon. Brandon is the best! He’s great at his job, super efficient and friendly. He even replaced all my stickers, inside & out. I hope y’all hold on to him because he’s out here making your brand look AWESOME! 10/10 this place rocks, and they’ll take care of those rock chips that are driving you crazy.

Glass doctor went out of their way to make this experience easy for me!. My windshield expert Ryan did an amazing job! He was efficient, kind and professional with a ton of experience. They came and got my vehicle while I was at work and brought it back before I was off! I'm extremely grateful they took such good care of me, worked with my schedule and took care of my vehicle! The whole experience went perfect and was executed flawlessly! Will definitely use them in the future!

While on a solo cross country road trip I got a good size rock thrown on my windshield leaving a nickel size star just east of Meridian. I was immediately concerned about my travels ahead into extreme cold and snow with this large windshield chip. My husband looked up windshield repairs in Meridian and found the Glass Doctor as I continued to drive. Tara was great! She told him to have me swing by so they could see if it could be repaired and if so, they could get me in within an hour and keep me on my travel route! Wow!When I arrived, they immediately assessed the rock chip, thankfully fixable! EVERYONE was so very nice and friendly. They slipped me right in and I was in and out in 1 hour 15 minutes.The repair was very well done, you can barely tell where the “star” was. I was very grateful to have this repaired before heading into winter weather on my travels which surely would have cracked the windshield. I tried to take an after photo, but the repair would not show up on the picture-the repair was that good!Thank you Glass Doctor team for taking such good care of me and my copilot, Truman enjoyed all the attention!Highly recommend!

We are so impressed with the service and support we received at Glass Doctor! While listing our house on the market, we found out we had a broken seal. Donald came out the very next day to measure the window and order the glass. The new glass arrived and was installed in less than a week! The front office staff are so pleasant to talk to and very organized. We are definitely Glass Doctor customers for life!

The technician (I forgot his name) was meticulous and quality of work was the best I have ever experienced in my over 80 years of having replacement windshields preformed!!! Steven the person that was at the front desk was also of very high quality and extremely knowledgeable and explained the process in detail and how and why the calibration was preformed. It was nice to also know that he came from a military family and that others in the shop were military veterans. Steven was not military but his patriotism was bright!!!! I would recommend this particular shop if you should ever need a glass replaced on your vehicle ... I drove over from Ontario to their location for my windshield replacement on my KIA Telluride (2022) and think that it was worth doing!!! I am sure you will not be disappointed if you did the same!!! Vandals broke the side window out of my camper shell ! I was told the only one who could fix it was Glass Doctor and they were right! It had to be custom made! They took it out got one made and reinstalled it in no time! They are great people to work with! I will be using them for all my future glass needs!

A mallard duck 🦆 ran into my patio window! I didn’t know who would be best to replace the double pane panel on my window. Glass Doctor did an amazing job! Professional, communicative and it was easy to make it all happen. One stop to verify what needed to be ordered and a second stop to install. Thank you for making my “incident” easy. By the way, the duck is just fine, he lives across the street in a pond…🦆🦆💯

It was a great experience! I called about a day or two before, and they were not only able to fit me in for an appointment, but also were able to come to my house to do window replacement. It's holding up a week from the appointment, and I love how well done the job was. My windshield looks as good as new, even in an older car!10/10 would call again.

I have brought a 1979 El Camino and a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado at different times for glass repairs. Scheduling process was easy and quick. They had all the glass shipped within 1-2 days and had my vehicles done within a day. Customer service was fantastic. Highly recommend this shop.

I cannot recommend this place enough! My insurance was being a bit of a nightmare in getting my windshield replaced and it ended up becoming a few weeks/months ordeal. Anne Marie at Glass Doctors was so amazing in helping me straighten the whole mess out. She was patient and kind, and got them to move the process along more quickly. They were also super flexible with drop off dates to get the work done, and they fixed everything super quickly. Great business and a big thank you again to Anne Marie for making a stressful situation so much easier!

This shop was very efficient and the work performed was high quality. The staff I interacted with were courteous and friendly, and my windshield was replaced in less time than I expected. I used the Merdian location and they were great. From time of damage to installation of new oem windshield was less than 24 hours. Much faster than the larger company recommended by my insurance. Staff was very friendly and punctual.I would use them again and recommend to others.

I was pleased with GlassDoctor. They Did a repair for Crystal Fusion Insurance. I’m totally displeased with Crystal Fusion the crack was too large to repair and it is still highly visible. The windshield should have been replaced. And now Crystal Fusion will not even return my calls or emails. I don’t think a good company like GlassDoctor should do business with a company like Crystal Fusion.

Communication could have been a little better with scheduling. Also with quotes you were considerably slower than the best competition. They were competitive, responsive, and much faster than you. That was SIR auto glass or something. Regardless, they were less expensive but no warranty, like 12 mos replacement, pushed me to go with you. I’mMy PS wiper isn’t sitting right, looks like it was a notch too high. No big deal as I got the windshield replaced and it’s easier to fix my wiper than to try to get someone back to do so.

Everyone was so helpful. My living room window was shattered and open to the outside. It was snowing and temps were in the teens. They were very fast and made sure to get it fixed ASAP. The man who came out to fix it was awesome. Give him a raise!!!! 😊
