They should really teach their cashiers some customer service. Tall guy was ringing people up and instead of saying he is closing the lane he just puts up the lane closed sign as I am setting my items on the counter and walks away completely ignoring me or even just taking the second to say hey they'll grab you on the other side. Would have taken all of 2 seconds to be just a tiny bit considerate but no he couldn't do that. These are state employees who should have attitudes that reflect well on the state. Hopefully someone takes the time to show this guy how to properly serve customers.

Head on over here to help out freinds and buy most of my liquor here. Excellent selection, well stocked, good prices, Great staff, and easy in and out. There is a sister store just a few miles away that is smaller but well stocked.Can't go wrong by stopping here!

Older lady working. Tropical rum had a specific sale price tag... rang up for higher. I brought it to the lady's attention. Showed her the tag. She ripped it down and said "that was November's price!" Very rudely and stomped off. Mind you, this was in January. I asked her to honor the price since it's their job to take months old sales prices down if it's no longer on sale... she got an even bigger attitude. No customer service skills whatsoever...

If I could give zero stars, I would. 1 girl was very helpful and Doing all the work, while the other one was one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. She was extremely rude in her tone of voice and the way she rudely told my sister to put her backpack-style purse up front, when she could have politely told us backpacks weren’t allowed in the store and asked her to put it up front instead of how she yelled across the store “I need that bag up front now”.Then, as our mother was paying for her alcohol, she aggressively said she couldn’t sell it to her until she saw both of our IDs. Again, totally understandable, but you’re working in customer service so you should be well trained in politely carding people. Also, let’s point out that we were both in line behind her with our own purchases so obviously we are expecting to be carded. I actually take it as a compliment when I’m carded, but the way she demanded it was completely rude and unnecessary.When I showed her my ID, I suggested to her that it is possible to politely ask instead of being rude. Then she became even more volatile and started shouting about “It’s policy!” Well obviously being polite to customers isn’t part of their policy.Let’s also point out that she completely ignored customers at her register to flirt with some guy when he walked into the store.We both decided not to support a business with such terrible customer service and left. She shouted at us the whole way out the door, in front of multiple other customers. That woman needs to find a new profession because she is lacking in people skills.

If your store says online that your open at 11:30 every day even easter you need to be open at exactly that time there was me 15 others outside waiting and still not open that's pretty low when you think about it

Typical liquor store. Has the variety of booze, to choose from. They have a variety of sizes for nearly all of it. (1/2 gallons, pints, single serve,etc). They have little shopping carts, so if you are shopping for; several gifts, a big holiday party, a special birthday or a big crowd for an up n coming BBQ or sports event on the tube...it makes it easier! During a few soon-to-be-holidays, you'll find specials, with a bottle n a couple glasses, OR a decantor, OR a teddy bear, etc....helps you out with gift giving!
