Need to move your removable stand up sign. There is a Elementary school right across the street from you. People can't see the road to pull out with your poor sign placement. I've called and explained how dangerous this is, but no one took it seriously. The day I called I was nearly t-boned. Not only can the people exiting the parking lot not see, but the people on the road, their vision is obscured as well. Please do the right thing and find better placement for your sign before someone gets hurt.

Honestly - the workers are nice. But the last two times they’ve messed up my order & this morning was kind of the last straw for me. I waited 15 min in the drive thru just for them to completely biff it. I probably won’t be returning. Frustrated and did not start my morning on a good note like coffee & breakfast is suppose to. I don’t appreciate paying extra for sides that I don’t even get.

The gal who helped me at the drive through window was very professional and sweet. But the very unpleasant manager was so rude. My daughter wanted the “happy camper” a drink we order often from here. She told me in the drive through that is not a drink they carry. She said we have a blended moxachino and I said no because I have no idea what it was made of and it didn’t seem right so I just got a simple hot chocolate instead because I understand they are busy and I didn’t want to make things difficult. So while we waited in the drive through I looked it up so that for the future I could figure it out and order the correct way with no confusion. So I let the lady in the drive through window know that it is a drink they have. When the lady let the manager know I could hear her yelling from in my car about it. I was so disappointed as I go here often. I was honestly just trying to get the right drink for my daughter. The happy camper is a toasted marshmallow moxachino as we found out. I wasn’t able to let you know that because it was clear to me that there was no point in trying to talk to you as you already showed me how unprofessional you are.. And yes maybe what you were tying to tell me was the right drink in your mind but you mentioned nothing about the toasted marshmallow and just said that’s not our drink. but I don’t know because I don’t work there and we’ve always been able to just order the “happy camper” without being yelled at about it. In the future maybe try to be a little more patient and understanding. My sweet daughter and I we’re celebrating our Christmas together this morning and she was so excited to get moxie as it’s just treat she gets sometimes and you just ruined our experience.

Love moxie Java. I am so glad there is still one around! There coffee is simply delish! I personally prefer moxie above all others. I grew up going to the one in Caldwell. I just wish the kuna atmosphere was better. It feels pretty bland inside just tables and chairs no lounging couches. Although the coffee makes up for it and there’s a fire place!

We live in Meridian so this is a good 20 minutes out of our way. With that said, I will have to admit it is most definitely worth the trip! In fact, from now on if we have the time, this Kuna location is where we will be going. Service is top notch as well as the drinks. Best Dirty BlackBerry Chai around. Son claims his Peppermint French Vanilla Breve' is the best he has ever had.

My friend and I always have coffee here and on one of our coffee moments we ended up going for coffee a little later then we had expected. The young lady who was closing that night was so awesome and sweet. My friend and I really appreciated her for allowing us to stay while she got the place cleaned up... Wonderful customer service! Their Coffee and breakfast wraps are good. Most of the time the customer service is awesome. There are a few bad apple's anywhere you go, though. Occasionally, I get a bad coffee. But I've been going here for years and overall it's a good experience and good place to go. I'd definitely recommend them!

Visited for the first time on the morning of 12/4. The coffee was delicious. The barista however, seemed irritated we were there, was not polite and never smiled. In my opinion, the customer service is part of what makes or breaks a coffeehouse experience, and also determines whether or not I tip.

This place is not good. Unless you like powdered coffee drinks that cost $7. If you do feel free to go you'll love it. Service is marginal. Price is excessive for what they offer. Nice to see they support teachers bit that doesn't excuse poor coffee.

I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I have been there many times and 90% of the time they get my drink wrong they don't know how to do special orders. If you ask for something just a tiny bit out of the norm they can't do it or they do it and then get it wrong. I'm just tired of trying to fight to get a simple drink I'm done going here. Coffee should not be this hard to order it is so simple my sister is a barista so I know that it should not be this hard.

Hours of operation are horrible. people that work a 9 to 5 can't get a coffee on the way home because they're not open. even when their website clearly says 8 PM.

The drive thru staff is always friendly. The coffee is okay for a small town shop, but myOnly complaint would be the wait time. If your on your way to work I wouldn’t suggest stopping for a cup of coffee.

Amazing service, they literally deal with my anxious bum every day. They also have free wifi so dont be afraid to ask them. Super friendly staff. Even better, amazing drinks. Also really good chilling study music, or y'know just old pop songs that are relaxing. Overall relaxing environment

I bought 4 drinks.Milky way hot was goodHot chocolate was goodBlended redbull drinks are separated when they are given to you. They need other ingredients like the Southside moxie Java does. So the contents dont separate. Ok at best.Iced 16oz white chocolate had coffee grounds in the drink. Not good.So 2 drinks were good and the other 2 drinks need help.

I don't even want to give them one star. My first and last time going to Moxie Java. The lady was explicitly rude. The coffee tasted awful. And her excuse was she was the only one in the store. If you ask me if your trusted enough to be the only one in store 2 customers shouldn't take a half hour to help. I ordered a white chocolate mocha and a pickle dilly sandwich. She didn't even try to take the order of the lady behind me. I literally turned off my truck so I wouldn't waste gas. Either way. I strongly recommend to stay away from that particular moxie Java. Very unsatisfied.

My only gripe is I feel like the coffee is never quite hot enough but other than that, they are my favorite local Kuna coffee place and their staff is always good. And I will continue going there as long as they are around.

The staff was sweet and kind. Made great suggestions for diet restrictions, and they were quick as well. The lobby was clean and welcoming. I would go again
