I had so many problems with Walgreens in Kuna it would give me so much anxiety. Every time it was a different battle to get my medicine. They always wanted me to personally call to ask them start the prescription.. so I’d wait forverrrrrr on hold to ask them to start it even though isn’t that the point of my doctor sending it in to them? Every single time they’d need to call my insurance or doctor to verify even though I am religiously on the same meds. Even after all that they would randomly cancel it or say it’s ready and I’d go to get it and it wasn’t even started. It’s not easy for me to get around some days so I had to figure out something else. I finally switched everything to Custom RX a few months ago and they are amazing. The process of switching was so much easier than I thought. They are super friendly. They answer the phone quickly. They even deliver which I haven’t done but it’s a nice option. I am literally amazed how fast they fill my meds when my doctor sends it in. I feel so relieved not having to stress every single month. Thank you guys for all your hard work.

Lately the service is so slow and they never get med refill dates right. I called three times today and got the texts all my meds were ready. I like picking up all at once. Then you get there and no one knows what’s going on and you ended up waiting 30 minutes just to be told your meds can’t be picked up yet. I am all for supporting local but dang this is like the fourth time. The one guy is always able to and super efficient and friendly.

Custom Rx does an amazing job with their customer service. The people on the phone are always friendly and willing to help. Their delivery service is also very convenient. Travis, the pharmacist has great attention to detail and is very quick to communicate any potential issues with my prescription. I have been to other pharmacy that are part of a big chain in Idaho and other states and their customer service does not come close to Custom Rx. Keep up the great job!

I cannot thank Travis and his team enough for all they did for my pup. I had an Anatolian Shepherd, Bella, who had seizures for 6 years, which was most of her life. Any time I needed last minute refills because I would space it or had a hard time with the vet getting her meds refilled in a timely manner, they always made sure we were taken care of and always made me feel like she was a priority. My girl passed away a couple months ago and I just wanted to make sure to thank them for all they did for me and my girl. They are a great pharmacy with great people who care about their customers and they work hard to keep their pricing reasonable! Thank you again Custom Rx!

My wife's father was an independent pharmacist run out of business by the Walgreens and Rite Aids of the world, so we vowed we would always support the small, local pharmacist. We have never been disappointed with Custom Rx. Travis is a gentleman, and treats us with the utmost respect. BEST pharmacy I have ever used! I live 25 min away and I have no problem making the drive because I know when I use them I will never run into any problems or have a long wait. And their staff is so friendly! Also, you can get specialty prescriptions here too! My son's pediatrician only knew of one other pharmacy in the area that does that, and it's in Eagle! I recommend this pharmacy to everyone I know, and if you don't live in Kuna, it's worth the drive.

Best pharmacy ANYWHERE! Seriously, have you EVER gotten a phone call to just remind you ahead of time of their holiday hours? They do that!! They'll remember you, deliver to your home, and they have a drive-through that's fast; heck, they've EVEN filled a script for me while I'm IN the drive-through! I can't even consider moving out of Kuna, because these folks are just that wonderful!

I know that the staff cares about me and my health. When I have a new prescription they let me know what to expect. It is nice to have that little heads up. I always recommend them to my friends that are looking to get away from the big name drug stores.

Travis is a fantastic pharmacist. I go every week to pick up my prescriptions and on Friday's they have cookies and coffee. It is always a treat to go into the store and see the smiling faces of the happy staff and customers.

They are so wonderful. I have my pet's compounded prescription here and they're just wonderful to work with. I call up and they know my pets name. They also deliver so you don't have to use anything in Boise.. Best service ever

Ok, it’s Christmas Eve in Meridian and I’m frantically trying to get some help before everything shuts down for the holidays.
