I ordered a cake for my grandson’s birthday. It looked how I wanted it but was very dry and had almost no filling in the middle. Was also surprised to find out it had been made three days in advance of when I actually needed it.

Great staff, good selection, shelves are always stocked. You can literally ask any employee for help and they will oblige and go above and beyond to assist you. Recommend trying the deli counter for quick bites, new sandwiches are great, bakery has a fast turn around time on cakes and requests. Our son wanted monster trucks on his cake and they let us bring in unopened toys to put on it, turned out awesome. It's also one of the few places I still see cookies being hand out to behaved kids that ask :). This company equally supports the community through charitable events throughout the year and the trunk or treat every Halloween is amazing. Thanks Albertsons.

Shopping at Albertsons feels like walking into a harassment and discrimination zone. I hate having to go there. The employees and even the shoppers are oppressive. Like walking into a prison, where you cant wait to get out.

Ordered a cake for our two year old’s birthday. The woman at the bakery helped me customize a cake and talked me through what she could do to help us save money and match our theme. The cake turned out absolutely perfect! We’ll definitely be going back for future birthday cakes. *we added the figurines

As someone who does weekly meal plans on a budget with a very tight schedule, the way employees fill my pickup order is very important. Your associate Sky went above and beyond to make sure my pickup order was perfect. She was very friendly and helpful in person as well. I like to use small businesses for things but often times there are too booked to do stuff. Luckily, Albertsons bakery does a great job with cakes. My son loved it and it tasted amazing. Very reasonability priced and easy to work with. I accidentally put the wrong pick up day on my online order but with 1 phone call it was fixed. 👍

We always shop here and love the employees, but.....whenever we get something from the deli IT IS ALWAYS a horrible experience. I wished there was something management would do to fix this. There needs to be more than one person helping the customers and they need to have a bit of urgency in doing so. We fill like we are putting them out by coming to help us get a cut of deli meat or cheese. I have had other friends that shop here have the same experience. Please fix it, we love this store!!

I had one bad experience with the Deli food but the staff has always been polite and helpful. It has the remodel done but still feels like a small town kinda place.I always liked the ghetto hilcrest the best but its a good spot. Produce is kept organized and clean

Honestly I have to say the team members in the bakery department at the Albertsons in Kuna did a fantastic job on my son birthday cake it looks FANTASTIC. Thank you all and Thank you Malia in the bakery department as well for making this cake happen. 💯👍🏼🚫👻😃

I normally don't post reviews but I feel this is a must. I always use the local Albertsons and normally always have a great experience with the cashiers but today was horrible! The younger cashier thought it was more important to continue to tell her co worker about a tweet about being a Psychopath then to Acknowledge that I was standing there while she started ringing up my groceries! She did not say a word to me or even make any eye contact. The young man ignored her as she proceeded to ask him "did you hear me" as she starts to abruptly slide my chips and taco shells towards him. I asked her to stop throwing my things and then she proceeded to get a real attitude towards me. Being a cashier means having some customer service. She by far was the worst.

First time pick up. Felt sorry for girl that was bringing groceries to the car she was by herself.. I sat in parking lot 20 min. Waiting for groceries . Was stressful to her. Missing several items wish i would of known could of done substitutes. No produce bags for vegies. I will try again maybe it was just an off day.

Ever since they did the remodel, seems like everybody seems to be a bit happier. Great place to shop. It's always clean. Usually can always get exactly what I need with no issues.

It’s been 3 times I go in at afternoon/night and the same cashier doesn’t even say hi and throws things like she doesn’t care! She’s always on her Apple Watch she doesn’t even tell you your total or greets you. I think customer service is important she doesn’t reach that goal I’ve heard it from various friends/family. She’s always on the 1-3 cashiers I’ve I’m not wrong is Brittany or Britney

Very disappointing that this store is ALWAYS out of stock on very common household staples. I do not know what they have changed in the last 3 months but it has been frustrating. Our family is now shopping at a different store.

If you shop in store yourself, it’s okay. I will never do an order pickup again. They marked my order as received about 10 minutes before they came out to my car. Probably to avoid getting in any kind of trouble. Substituted my items with smaller quantities with no price altering? I hate to do Walmart Grocery Pickup but at least they know what they’re doing🤷🏼‍♀️

Some prices seemed high, but good sale items available too. Bread for example. Orowheat varieties were over $4 per loaf, while milk was only $1.39 per 1/2 gallon. Employees were friendly and greeted me with a smile. Service deli had Turkey pot pies that were still warm for around $3.30.Well you can tell it's been a while, since I wrote my last comments. Milk is now over $3+ a gallon, $2+ for half gallon. Bread is more expensive too. I spent over $25 for milk, sliced turkey ($8+ for .6 of a pound), cottage cheese was $4+, and $4 for a "share"-sized package of Hershey Kisses.This Albertson's has gone through a remodel and some modernization. There are more self-check out stations (10 or 12) now. There are still 5 or 6 cashier stations, but only 2 of those were open today (and most days).

Anyone else remember Paul’s? That place was legit. Now Albertsons has taken over. But Albertsons is not bad, pretty much the same thing. A little pricey for goods but it saves you a trip to Meridian.
