Staff is always friendly and helpful. Usually very well stocked too. But damn do they need a new facility. Kimberly has grown and ifls growing exponentially... this little shed isn't going to cut it anymore. The employees and customers deserve a better facility. But other than that we love the staff and goods this store provides.

The barcode scanner did not want to activate and scan my barcode on my phone screen. I typed in my code and the door immediately popped open with my package. No problems, other than the pin and map photos from Google maps is about 2 blocks off(to the north) and on the wrong side of the street. I submitted an edit and added some photos. The locker sits outside of a grocery store (Ridley's Family Market-which was putting off a delicious smoked meats smell while I was there at 5am)on the north side, well lit at night, easy to see if no cars are parked in front of it. 24 hour access is confirmed as the locker is outside, completely exposed, no doors or stairs or ramps to access.

Everyone is Super Nice & very helpful. Their fried chicken is tasty and also the doughnuts. Produce looks healthy and fresh!!! They have asded self checkouts!!

I love this grocery store so much! The produce is fantastic! I live closer to many other markets in Twin, and I prefer to drive to Kimberly for certain things.

I like Ridleys in Kimberly but the produce isn’t good Califlower is got mold on it the bell peppers are not crispy when buying them very soft like they are old and cuncumber the same Avacado are all wrinkled up overly rip u can’t eat them I bought one that was soft I took it and opens it that day was blackUr prices are so high and you took the Ridleys bakery away except donuts the other product is so expensive I miss the bear claws from Ridleys I have been buying for a lot of years then you take them awayIs seniors can’t afford this store anymore we live off Social Security with 40 fools rd a month maybe food stamps

This family friendly locally owned chain of family stores is almost as good as Simerly's....when it is too far away though I am so content to shop here. Friendly and kind, and very easily accessible.

This is the worst market I have ever been at! Not a good place to get groceries. Molding bread products, and the produce is very old most of the time. The store is old and is truly a health hazard! And This place is not only a rotten store but now there scanning your driver's license if you buy beer! Won't buy beer there anymore. They must be selling your private information or informing law enforcement.

The cashiers are the sweetest people ever. Very friendly, but the store itself is a hazard. The roof leaks. I've seen moldy product on more than one occasion. On a separate occasion the freezer wasn't working and everything inside was mostly thawed. You look where the meat is at, and inside the grates is nothing but dried blood, and debris. And the cost is almost double on the majority of products compared to Smith's. I believe a lot of the health hazard concerns could be corrected with some updating, and some deep cleaning.

Fell down in the parking lot last Friday, not a bad fall just slipped on some ice, a nice person saw me fall and came over to me and make sure I was ok. I informed the acting manager and left my cell number, no incident report was written, and the manager didn't contact me to see if I was ok. I wonder what would have happened if I was hurt badly? I have a feeling that I would get NO help from Ridley's.

Watch your receipt's and expiration dates. Marked prices seldom are the same at the check stand. On more than a rare occasion, employees fail to rotate new inventory to the rear on shelves. There is some nasty barbeque thing at the front door.

Some staff are the only good thing at this place. But save yourself agrevation and take the drive somewhere else. The little man acting like a big shot, suppose to be management is severely lacking training, professionalism and has zero customer service training! Very sad. Prices not visible, sale items never posted properly, he did run and check on price only to return to say that sale ended yesterday. As management he should of posted the correct prices!!! Instead no response to his inadequate sloppiness in representing your store! This little guy can take some courtesy lessons from your clerks!!!!

A nice location for Kimberly. Ridley's is a really awesome, local grocery store which has everything you need in a short basis. Prices are a little expensive compared to other stores in the Twin Falls area, however for a local company, it's definitely worth the prices when we need something fast. The store is always very clean and the employees for the most part are very respectful, and personable.

Basically still the same good ole store I grew up going to. I enjoy their meat department and produce the best. Their prices are comparable to others. However they have the best fruit and veggie trays hands down!

It's wonderful that we have this store in our community. Not only is it conveniently located but they have everything you need & are very giving to the community in return. I love their rewards program too...what other grocery store offers this?!? Love Ridley's!

Great little grocery for our fair city. Only drawback is you have to watch expiration dates, especially on the dairy products. They ten not to get rotated regularly which sometimes pushes some dairy past the expiry and still on the shelf. Prices are reasonable and competitive with the big stores in Twin Falls. Love the convenience of it being close to home.

Great local establishment, these folks are hugely involved within the community. They have a wide varying selection of grocery options and even liquor. As they are a grocery store with a liquor store inside of it, very very rare in idaho. Staff is friendly and remembers your name, you really feel like part of their family after a while, and vice versa! Thankful they exist, and hopeful they continue to.

Nice small town grocery store with friendly employees. It tends to be slightly more expensive than Smith's with less variety in brands, but it is great for quick trips or when I don't want to drive all the way to Twin Falls from Murtaugh. During the summer months they have a fabulous outdoor garden center. The deli prepares fresh fried and rotisserie chicken and has a handful of store-made sides that rival homemade ones.

Great place to run in and grab what you need without the hassle of a huge store and no lines! Also they have newborn and preemie diapers (huggies brand) for the same price as everywhere else we've looked and Ridleys is so much closer! We love this place, great produce too!!!

Friendly neighborhood employees with great knowledge of the store which might I add is clean and well organized. Only reason for not the 5th star was the line I stood in was insane and seemed to not move for at least 15 minutes. But can be improved and re rated

If I wanted to shop at Walmart and wait for someone to help me I would have. We had company coming or I would have left. I waited 20 minutes at least for someone to help I the liquor section and a gentlemen before me was 10 before that. to be helped. Where the hell is the manager. I won’t be back along with a few other customers that were waiting.

Clean and stocked with food! They have a small but pleasant and professional pharmacy! The Employees are always helpful and nice! They have access to sanitizer for hands and cart at the front doors!

My wife and I went to buy there're hamburger on sale as usual they were out (this is not the first time). We asked the meat Mgr if we could get some on the shelf. With a very nasty attitude the meat Mgr told us she was out and could not help us. We went to the store Mgr to see if he could substitute something else and well he could not help us either. If they have a sale they should have enough of that product. I will not shop at this location if you want nice people and great customer service and enough product go to the Jerome location.Thank you and have a wonderful life.
